After discussing my flat roof job at length with Colin, he viewed the site and provided a competitive quote. On the day, Colin and his experienced team arrived on time and replaced my very old felt flat roof with a new fibreglass one including new boards and fascias. They also fixed a botched job from a previous roofer on another part of the property. They worked very hard and were friendly and tidy, completing the job on time and on budget. The results are fantastic and I'm very happy with it. I would highly recommend Frampton Roofing.

Really pleased with the work that Colin and his team did on our house… working with All About Asbestos they removed a tatty old asbestos roof, cleaned off a load of dead ivy and created a sleek new resin roof. Whole job completed in a few hours, nice people, good price. We’d be more than happy to use Frampton Roofing again.

Excellent, professional, friendly and quick work. Exactly what we wanted when we needed our flat roof re-done. Came by and looked at the job and by the next day, it was all completed with no problems at all. On top of that, they kindly helped with our guttering too! 100% recommended.

I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place. All rubbish cleared and site left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using this company in the future.

I had a leak in my roof causing water ingress in several places. John came out and assessed the problem the same day and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very reassuring and within a couple of days, a member of his team came out and resolved the issue. Photographs and a clear explanation of the work carried out were provided. I have additional issues with my guttering, roof and chimney stack and will definitely be using Broadstairs Roofing again. They are trustworthy, reliable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent local roofing company who I’ve used a few times now. They replaced my ridge tiles on the top and side of my roof following storm damage a few years ago. They came quickly to replace all the tiles before we had any more bad weather. I recently had a loose tile on my bay roof and John came round and re-set it for me. I cannot recommend them enough, they will always come out as soon as possible especially when you have an emergency. Will rebook them again in the coming months to clean my roof, which is full of moss and constantly blocking my guttering and covering my patio. Great company who always provide a great service!

The team at Broadstairs Roofing replaced our house and shed roof. They advised on materials and problem resolution. They replaced, improved and simplified the previous unsightly guttering. I called Adam as I had some tiles come off my roof in the bad weather we had. I explained to him where it was and he said he better come and have a look straight away as he didn’t want to make it worse than what it was he came out Suggested what the problem was and rectify and pointed out that I also had a few bonnets which need pointing in he came the next day replaced the tiles pointed in the bonnets and also capped off my chimney fantastic would 100% recommend him no hassle cleaned up after him and left the place as it was New I’m really pleased that I was recommended by another person who he did work for which was my auntie he replaced their roof which again looks fantastic if you want a good Roofer call Adam.

One if the things we liked about Adam of Greaby roofing was when he came to quote for a new roof. He came looked at what needed. We asked Kent Coast Studios to convert our garage into a studio. They also had to replace the existing flat roof and rebuild one of the walls. Our experience was very positive - detailed estimates were provided and the work was completed on time, to a very high quality and to budget. They came up with creative solutions and the result exceeded our expectations. They were very polite, clean and tidy and we would definitely recommend them and also use them again in the future.

After a couple of years of searching, people not turning up or not sending quotes, we finally came across Kent Coast Studios. From start to finish, everything was professional. Gary kept us up to date with ordering and time expectations. The work was completed in about three works with both Gary and Steve working very hard to get things done. One or both would stay each day so we were never left with a half finished job. Where they could they isolated the area to reduce dust and everything was covered in dust sheets. They cleaned up after themselves also as they went along. Although we had some big changes made, you would never know from the outside. All the brickwork was carefully replaced to match existing brickwork. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
