Called Broadstairs roofing due to leak in attic conversion roof. Came out the next day, was very friendly and made sure details of the problem and potential solutions was explained clearly. Arranged and finished the job quickly and to a high standard. Would happily recommend John and his team.

The team at Broadstairs Roofing replaced our house and shed roof. They advised on materials and problem resolution. They replaced, improved and simplified the previous unsightly guttering. Leadwork looks great and our shed has a renewed lease of life. The result is a sleeker, sharper, more contemporary look for our 1980’s house.

Excellent local roofing company who I’ve used a few times now. They replaced my ridge tiles on the top and side of my roof following storm damage a few years ago. They came quickly to replace all the tiles before we had any more bad weather. I recently had a loose tile on my bay roof and John came round and re-set it for me. I cannot recommend them enough, they will always come out as soon as possible especially when you have an emergency. Will rebook them again in the coming months to clean my roof, which is full of moss and constantly blocking my guttering and covering my patio. Great company who always provide a great service!

I had a leak in my roof causing water ingress in several places. John came out and assessed the problem the same day and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very reassuring and within a couple of days, a member of his team came out and resolved the issue. Photographs and a clear explanation of the work carried out were provided. I have additional issues with my guttering, roof and chimney stack and will definitely be using Broadstairs Roofing again. They are trustworthy, reliable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the work that Colin and his team did on our house… working with All About Asbestos they removed a tatty old asbestos roof, cleaned off a load of dead ivy and created a sleek new resin roof. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place. All rubbish cleared and site left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using this company in the future.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. A terrific company to do business with. Our roof was properly failing and had come to the end of its life having been put on in 1901. They quoted in writing very quickly , were very competitive on price including VAT and offered a 10 year guarantee. They turned up on the first day without any fuss or drama . We are so happy with the outcome on our Edwardian house. The roof was completely replaced as was the flat roof to the rear. David and Ralph were punctual and present each day as agreed and only when bad weather intervened did they take a break. This they did over Whatsapp and email so all very transparent . They also arranged and liaised with scaffolders and other contractors who used the scaffolding to access the high parts of the house that needed a bit of attention. They improved our chimney stacks , finials and guttering as part of a complete makeover as well as sorting out the council required notification/sign off . I was happy to receive great advice and information about our new roof. All in all as painless as it could have been and we felt like important and valued customers. Awesome.. Highly recommended

A fantastic local business like ourselves who have completed works on a number of our properties and long-term rentals, a rapid response service. They have recently purchased a cherry picker and this has come in very useful on our tall buildings. The building I have attached a picture of you can clearly see we cannot easily have scaffolding so the new cherry picker does the job fantastically only having to block the road for a few minutes saving valuable time and money.
