I saw this firm on facebook. Being the cynic that I am, i wondered if this was a scam. I visited their site in Ashford and was pleasantly surprised. What a lovely set of people. They couldn't deliver when they were going to because of the unusual amount of snow and ice on the roads but they kept in touch daily and delivered as soon as the roads were clear. Purchased sheet materials from Jamie and the team and would definitely recommend. Materials arrived, delivered to my door as arranged. Materials were in A1 condition, no faults or damage. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful, prices were very competitive. Brilliant 👏🏻👏🏻

Tom and Kevin fixed my leaking garage roof. They removed the existing gully and replaced with new and replaced all rotten felt. They did a grand job and were very tidy. They took on the extra unexpected work without drama once tiles were removed.

Nick and his team carried out a significant amount of work on our 1850 Kent Peg Tiled, cottage. We had a roof valley completely stripped and retiled, 3 of 4 tile-hung top floor elevations stripped, insulated and retiled and a leak around a chimney fixed with new lead flashing and tiles. From the moment I met Nick I had complete confidence and trust in him, both in terms of his knowledge and experience in working with heritage properties, but also his professional and friendly manner. Nick has professional and personal integrity and is as honest as they come. No corners were cut, everything was done as it should be and lots of repair short cuts that had been taken over the life of the house were put back to how they should be. They encountered a few additional problems throughout the project, but Nick’s comment was always, ‘don’t worry, you’re in safe hands’ and, indeed, we were! Nick’s team are superb and adhere to his requirement for everything to be done correctly and neatly, as if they were working on their own properties; particular thanks to Tom who did a superb job for us. Nick’s team were extremely polite and respectful to us and our property, they turned up exactly when they said they would and kept us fully informed at every stage of the work. I wholeheartedly recommend Nick and his company: extremely knowledgeable, professional, reliable and honest- a ‘safe pair of hands’!

I cannot recommend Jim at Calnan Roofing highly enough! he has completed varying jobs for us over the years on our house projects and most recently installed a complete new roof on our new Barn. Jim managed to source some reclaimed tiles for us so that the building matched in nicely with the rest of the house and his eye for detail and perfect finish are second to none. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else!!

We used Jim and his team to tile our extension using Spicer clay tiles. His work is fantastic and he takes great pride in his craft. We would not hesitate to use him again and we are already recommending him to others .

Matt and Alex carried out the safe removal of asbestos roofing sheets from our garage, as well as from the 3 adjoining garages in our block, and then replaced the wooden joists in each and installed dark grey metal box sheeting - all in one day and contending with some awful weather! We have been so impressed by their professionalism and workmanship and have no hesitation in recommending them. From the initial visit and quotation through to completion of the job and supply of the waste consignment note, it has been a pleasure dealing with Matt and Alex. Matt and the team turned up on site and got to work in no time at all. We had our old asbestos roof removed and replaced with a lovely steel sheet roof with anti condensation felt on the underside. They were incredibly professional and efficient and the garage now looks amazing. They were also able to remove one of the side panels and fit a door to allow access from the garden. Very good experience overall. They done some maintenance for us such as rebedding some ridge tiles, rebedding a verge and a gutter clean once completed. I highly recommend them.

We had Alastair and his team over the entire Summer fully re-roofing our house with reclaimed Kent pegs and adding breathable insulation. All of the team were a joy to deal with and when any unexpected issues occurred, Alastair was quick to highlight them and suggest solutions. The quality of work was exceptional and we are having them back next year to re-tile and insulate our vertical tile hanging. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Tenterden Roofing did a wonderful roofing job for me a couple of years ago. They quoted a fair price which they stuck to. They supplied good quality materials that matched very well. The workmanship was really good and they used a good & competent scaffolding contractor. The roof, flashings & bargeboards look fantastic and you can tell it's been done to last by people who know what they're doing. Tenterden Roofing are thoroughly recommended.

We had to 'bite the bullet' and get the front part of our roof repaired and re-laid along with all the lead work around the chimneys re-done. Throughout the whole process Tenterden Roofing Co have been outstanding. The team of Alastair, Matt, Matt and Nick did an excellent job. Brilliant! I had a hole in my roof that had been bugging me for weeks. Not too big but enough to start to cause a problem shortly with the winter weather coming in. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case! Would definitely recommend.

They arrived on time and were quick and efficient, and charged less than quoted because when he got up on the roof found one bit of work wasn’t required.
