Used this company as we were recommended them from a family member and what a great job they did. They covered our flat roof on a recent extension we had and also finished the roof on an out building cabin we have which is a fair size. Both roofs have withstood all this rain and very bad weather we have had with ease as with so much rain we have seen there has often been big puddles left behind sitting on the roofs until they finally drained away and cleared. I've struggled for a long time to find anyone to clean, sand and seal my large driveway and patio, but luckily a flyer came through the door from Knowles Contractors and they did a great job. M Roofing and Building did a fantastic job on my garage roof! We were always kept informed of what needed repairing and how, given an exact quote before work began. Throughout the repairs, we were told what was going on and most importantly all workmanship was to a very high and professional standard. A skilled tradesman and an absolute perfectionist. All debris was cleared and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. Can’t recommend them enough and if you're in need of a reliable, trustworthy tradesman!

M Roofing and Building Limited , were so unlike the ‘fly by night’ contractors that swoop in after a storm and don’t do the job the right way and may not be licensed. Victor Martinez provided professional service with great looking results. Between providing a free estimate to completion of work, it was 10 days. Victor thoroughly explain the damage found via photos and the plan to repair before any work commenced. The work was done on time, and he did a great job with the clean up. I was also shown photos of my both of our roofs (house and flat roof extension), which look so much better and are now watertight. I have would highly recommend Victor. In fact, our neighbors need work done and I have passed them his information which I wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t happy with the results.

A year ago, Joe repaired the lead flushing round my chimney. I was really pleased with the job. These Guys are true professionals. They do what they say they're going to do. I had an issue with one of my guttering clips they even came and did that for me even though it was nothing to do with their installation! They are reliable and friendly too. Excellent job, no more roof leaks! Top Rank came to fix a leak in our pitched concrete tile roof - the only company to promise to fix the leak, not just fix some new tiles and hope it solves the problem. During the work the team discovered a tear in the felt and replaced it at no extra charge. One year on, we’ve had no sign of any leaks so I can be confident they solved the problem. Top job.

He would text or call to update me and this was really appreciated. The job was installation of Velux windows and I was not disappointed. I organised the plasterer and decorator outside his quote. John and the team carried out a complete overhaul of our roof - taking down two chimneys, making good the other two chimneys, re-tiling a low-level roof and the main roof, and replacing the guttering. John was fantastic to deal with throughout, with quick and clear communication, a reasonable quote, and then all the work carried out quickly and professionally with no issues. Highly recommended.

Came around quick to have a look and do a quote. Quote came back speedily too. Took a bit of time to organise dates for the work (which was quite urgent). Offered to do a little bit of additional work on arrival (nothing that hadn't been suggested by other contractors in the past) which we thought was good value and went with. Overran slightly due to supply shortage but still done quickly. One month from contacting them to final completion which we thought was excellent. All the paperwork we asked for was sound. Good set of lads doing the job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again (and frankly hoping to as there is some more work needed on a different roof).

John was polite and helpful throughout. He arrived as agreed to inspect the damage to lead flashing on parapet wall and advise on repair required. Once agreed he promptly arranged a date to complete the work and again he arrived as expected. The work was completed within the timescale agreed and am happy with the repair carried out. I would recommend John for any project you have, either large or small.

John made this experience nice and easy from start to finish. He was able to come and take a look at the roof on the day we called him, and gave 2 options and quoted for both of those. We went with the full refelt option, and the work started a couple of weeks afterwards. Everyone involved was polite and within 3 days work to refelt and replace any damaged tiles was completed. John answered any additional questions promptly and we would not hesitate in engaging with this company in the future.

William and his team did an excellent job. We took a risk employing this company as they were just starting out, but it paid off. They were professional, kept to time, priced reasonably and did everything to a good standard. The Council's building control inspector was very strict but even he couldn't get over what a fine job they did.
