They replaced our roof last year and we have had absolutely no issues since, they where always happy to answer my silly questions. Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

The team at Broadstairs Roofing replaced our house and shed roof. They advised on materials and problem resolution. They replaced, improved and simplified the previous unsightly guttering. I had a leak in my roof causing water ingress in several places. John came out and assessed the problem the same day and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very reassuring and within a couple of days, a member of his team came out and resolved the issue. Photographs and a clear explanation of the work carried out were provided. We had a one ridge tile and the whole column of tiles below it replaced on the very edge of our end of terraced house. I approached Broadstairs roofing for a quote, John called me back within 24 hours to discuss my roofing problem, as per the website, and came round within the next few day to provide a quote. The work was then programed in within the next few weeks. The work was completed with no issues and everything was cleaned up after, the end result looks great. John was very approachable and customer focused, really taking the time to discuss the approach to the replacement of the roof tiles ensuring I was happy every step of the way. Great local roofing company would highly recommend.

Luke responded to the job request on Checkatrade promptly, gave me a quote and carried out the work the next day. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient, and charged less than quoted because when he got up on the roof found one bit of work wasn’t required. I contacted Luke and left a message and he got back to me within the hour. I told him the problem I had with my guttering and he said he would call round that day. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam Grasby Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work. The service I received was amazingly professional from the outset. The quote for the work was very competitive compared with others we received and it is also very helpful that Grasby Roofing can provide a scaffolding service as well if required.The whole process was super efficient. Although this was a relatively small job, the scaffolding went up, the work was carried out and the scaffolding came down within a period of one week. The quality of the work was excellent and I intend to use Grasby roofing in the future which is highly likely as we have a period Georgian house with the original roof which is susceptible to tile and Kent peg slippage in high winds. On a personal level, Adam is a thoroughly nice and genuine guy. His advice in general reflected his years of experience and very importantly I felt confident that he was the man for the job.

On the day, Colin and his experienced team arrived on time and replaced my very old felt flat roof with a new fibreglass one including new boards and fascias. Really pleased with the work that Colin and his team did on our house… working with All About Asbestos they removed a tatty old asbestos roof, cleaned off a load of dead ivy and created a sleek new resin roof. A fantastic local business like ourselves who have completed works on a number of our properties and long-term rentals, a rapid response service. They have recently purchased a cherry picker and this has come in very useful on our tall buildings. The building I have attached a picture of you can clearly see we cannot easily have scaffolding so the new cherry picker does the job fantastically only having to block the road for a few minutes saving valuable time and money.
