After discussing my flat roof job at length with Colin, he viewed the site and provided a competitive quote. On the day, Colin and his experienced team arrived on time and replaced my very old felt flat roof with a new fibreglass one including new boards and fascias. They also fixed a botched job from a previous roofer on another part of the property. They worked very hard and were friendly and tidy, completing the job on time and on budget. Work involved replacing a timber box end to the roof and repair to another box. Scaffolding was erected and later dismantled efficiently while the work to the roof was performed quickly and equally efficiently. The site was left clean and tidy.

He met me on site and arrived on time which is a bonus as a lot of roofers seem to vaporise when an appointment is made, never to be heard of again. He completed the work ahead of schedule. Upon recently moving into our new home we shortly discovered signs of leaks coming into the bedrooms. We were recommended to Adam at Grasby Roofing from a family member, who came round a couple of days after contacting him to have a look at the problem. I have used Adam previously, to replace the underlay of my roof. So I knew his work is of excellent quality. So I knew when I need more work done such as servicing a flat roof, replacing flashing and replacing guttering, soffits and facias. I could call on Adam to provide a good price and carry out a good job. This was carried out with a minimum of fuss and in a timely manner.

I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.

After a couple of years of searching, people not turning up or not sending quotes, we finally came across Kent Coast Studios. From start to finish, everything was professional. Gary kept us up to date with ordering and time expectations. The work was completed in about three works with both Gary and Steve working very hard to get things done. One or both would stay each day so we were never left with a half finished job. Where they could they isolated the area to reduce dust and everything was covered in dust sheets. They cleaned up after themselves also as they went along. Although we had some big changes made, you would never know from the outside. All the brickwork was carefully replaced to match existing brickwork. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Affordable roofing company was friendly and reasonably priced compared with other companies. The work was done quickly and to a good standard. We would use them again.

John was quick to provide a quote.Materials,skip and scaffold all in place by an agreed start date. The team of workers are a credit to him.They arrived on time were courteous and polite.Soon set about their task and in no time had all roof tiles,baton and old roof felt removed. New felt and batons were quickly installed along with the flashing and tiling. All done within a day ahead of schedule.A good job,well done.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again
