Very pleased and happy with my new flat roof, the garage has been leaking and in disrepair for years glad to finally have a roof fit for purpose. Would highly recommended south East roof repairs and the whole team can’t thank them enough.

They responded to my search for a roofer within a couple of hours and after my acceptance of their quote they started work next day and have now completed the task within 12 days cleaned up and left everything tidy. I can not recommend them highly enough they started work at 08 o'clock and didn't finish until dark. If you need a roofer these are the people to hire.

One of the properties we manage had a roof leak we subcontracted South East Roof Repairs LTD to come and inspect the roof. Michael arrived with he’s team of roofers to carry out the inspection. The roof needed to completely lifted and redone as the wood was rotten, and not able to be repaired. The work was carried out to a very high standard ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Extremely happy with the work carried out to fix this leaking roof. We would definitely recommend Michael and he’s team and we will use them in future for our sub contract work.

We had new facias and sofits and some remedial roof works done and the results are excellent. Our property looks like new and we are very pleased. The guys doing the work took pride in their work and were very efficient, friendly and always left our premises tidy when they had finished for the day. Patrick, the owner, was very friendly and professional and explained what needed to be done and the work was carried out to the timescales agreed. We recently had some emergency repairs done to our roof when slates fell off in the recent storms. Patrick and his team were super fast in responding to all queries and getting out to do the job. They replaced the slates within an hour of arrival and went above and beyond to help us with major leaks we were having elsewhere. Including coming back to the property multiple times. I phoned and spoke to Jordan about the problem I had regarding a leak and that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He said he was in the area and that he would be round in twenty minutes to take a look. Once he arrived he took a look then asked if his work colleagues could join him. On entering my home they were extremely polite and they all removed their shoes, even though I said it would be okay. Jordan was able to find out where the problem was and sorted It straight away. We had Max come out to look at our flat roof extensions which were in need of replacing. From the initial stage of coming round to look he identified the best solution and ways we can improve our energy efficiency whilst rectifying the roofs. A quote was supplied soon after outlaying clearly the work that would be carried out and the materials used, also any gaunrantees on the work aswell. Planned in the work for us as soon as he could making sure that it would be completed before the weather turned. Whilst work was in progress max identified ways to reduce the cost of the work being carried out, he notified me immediately for confirmation to approach in that manor. Max's team are very hard workers who are focused on the job in hand and making sure we are all up to date on what is going on and what stage they were at. They are all very polite, tidy working and respectful to the neighbouring properties whist work was being carried out. Before departing they made sure everything was tidy and back to how it was when they first arrived. Matt and his team carried full roofing works at my house including new felt and batten, new dry ridge system installed, local repairs to my garage roof and a replacement velux to my loft. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done perfectly. Always polite and courteous, and kept the working area spotless after each day. Needed new guttering all round the house that was left off by a previous roofing company, spoke to several roofers who all had concerns about the polycarbonate roof on conservatory. Matt was the only one to say about putting scaffolding up, he also pointed out that we would be wasting money if we put fascia and soffit up as the house did not require it. He also pointed out a couple of mistakes left by the previous company. Matt and his boys spent 2 days doing a brilliant job that I don't think anyone else would have, very informative, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and definitely use them again.
