Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.

MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?

Very pleased with the roofing work done. My ridge tiles are now complete and look very professionally finished. Jake is a real craftsman and is passionate about his work. He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. Hayley in the office was also great, with good communication and fast responses to questions. A*** would highly recommend.

We engaged Max and his team to repair and completely retile the roof on our detached property, and also to replace all of the aging wooden and tiled exterior wall cladding with modern composite cladding. They did such a fantastic job that we then asked if he would consider building a very large deck at the rear of our house. They returned only 2 weeks later and built the deck with composite boards to match the new cladding with steps and built-in lighting. It looks stunning. We honestly couldn't be happier, and it's given our home a major face lift. Seriously high standard of work and attention to detail by a very professional and friendly team. These guys worked right through the 38C heatwave and finished off the job by vacuuming any trace of debris off our lawn! Not sure what more you could ask.

We had new facias and sofits and some remedial roof works done and the results are excellent. Our property looks like new and we are very pleased. The guys doing the work took pride in their work and were very efficient, friendly and always left our premises tidy when they had finished for the day. Patrick, the owner, was very friendly and professional and explained what needed to be done and the work was carried out to the timescales agreed. We recently had some emergency repairs done to our roof when slates fell off in the recent storms. Patrick and his team were super fast in responding to all queries and getting out to do the job. They replaced the slates within an hour of arrival and went above and beyond to help us with major leaks we were having elsewhere. Including coming back to the property multiple times. Not only do these two brothers have a speedy response, quick booking time, professional and high grade work, but also able to be innovative with great ingenuity thinking outside the box on a tricky and unusual task that saved me me from spending money unnecessarily. Brilliant work on a first floor leaking roof at a wood burner chimney exit point. Two previous roofers failed to solve the problem, but after a thorough inspection, the problem was identified and speedily rectified. Thoroughly recommend this competent family business. Dream team!

Posted on behalf of my mother regarding the excptional service delivered by JTF Roofing: I would just like to say a big Thank You to JTF Roofing. I phoned and spoke to Jordan about the problem I had regarding a leak and that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He said he was in the area and that he would be round in twenty minutes to take a look. Once he arrived he took a look then asked if his work colleagues could join him. On entering my home they were extremely polite and they all removed their shoes, even though I said it would be okay. Jordan was able to find out where the problem was and sorted It straight away. I cannot praise them enough, they were professional, polite had good banter and worked well together. I will recommend Jordan and his team at JTF Roofing to anyone who needs a job doing. Absolutely Fantastic Company to deal with. 10/10 We had to have a new Pitched roof as well as a new flat roof for our House. After receiving quotes from a couple of other roofers, who had not filled us with confidence, we contacted JTF Roofing Ltd. Jordan Jones visited us and gave us an in-depth assessment of the work required, which he followed up promptly with a very reasonable quotation. Once we awarded the job to JTF, they agreed a start date and started promptly. We dealt with Jordan and Rob. Throughout the job they have been extremely professional, polite, courteous, as well as clean, tidy and considerate of our neighbours.
