Alan and his team undertook an excellent refurbishment of a flat roof at my property. It also included replacing two worn out roof lights, which had seen better days. I cannot speak more highly of the team effort, standard òf finish and tidying up after themselves. In addition, they came later to fit a new dry verge system to both gable ends. There can't be many firms who charge less than the original quote and, indeed, their expertise is second to none.

We have used this company for roof and chimney works on 3 properties on 4 occasions. From estimate through to job completion, site clearing and invoicing I thoroughly recommend. On some occasions they have given a suggestion that saved me money rather than max money out of me for the job. Very difficult with roof and chimney work to verify work needed and done but Alan and his team have provided before and after photos. A very satisfied customer, thank you.

I have no hesitation in recommending Adam Grasby Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work. The service I received was amazingly professional from the outset. The quote for the work was very competitive compared with others we received and it is also very helpful that Grasby Roofing can provide a scaffolding service as well if required.The whole process was super efficient. Although this was a relatively small job, the scaffolding went up, the work was carried out and the scaffolding came down within a period of one week. The quality of the work was excellent and I intend to use Grasby roofing in the future which is highly likely as we have a period Georgian house with the original roof which is susceptible to tile and Kent peg slippage in high winds. On a personal level, Adam is a thoroughly nice and genuine guy. His advice in general reflected his years of experience and very importantly I felt confident that he was the man for the job.

Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place. All rubbish cleared and site left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using this company in the future.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

Matt and Alex carried out the safe removal of asbestos roofing sheets from our garage, as well as from the 3 adjoining garages in our block, and then replaced the wooden joists in each and installed dark grey metal box sheeting - all in one day and contending with some awful weather! Matt and the team turned up on site and got to work in no time at all. We had our old asbestos roof removed and replaced with a lovely steel sheet roof with anti condensation felt on the underside. They were incredibly professional and efficient and the garage now looks amazing. They were also able to remove one of the side panels and fit a door to allow access from the garden. Tom has spent the last couple of days replacing our soffits and doing some guttering work...a few weeks prior to this he did some roof work for us as we had an internal leak in one of our bedrooms . We are very happy with all of the work,the soffits look great and we no longer have a wet wall indoors! Tom came out to look at the job and got back to me quickly with a price and date for work to begin. He re-bedded all the loose ridge tiles on the roof and replaced any broken tiles. He also repointed some brickwork. All the work was carried out with care and all debris was cleaned up afterwards.

Tom was recommended to me and everything you want from a tradesman. Tom came round to survey the job on a Sunday and quoted via email and not just verbally. Easily contactable and even more importantly Tom contacted me regularly with arrangements for scaffolding and updates on the repair date, due to the awful weather.
