We are very happy with the work Victor carried out for us. We discovered we had a small leak around the soil stack in the roof by chance when we were having our bathroom refurbished and Victor fitted us in at short notice. He is a genuine tradesman who knows his trade and takes a pride in what he does. He explained the issue and what needed to be done and his quote was very competitive. Victor did a great job, he was very careful not to damage any roof tiles and left everything neat and tidy. The leak is now fixed. We’re so glad we found him as we were struggling to find someone reliable and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling him out whenever we have any future issues with our roof. M Roofing and Building Limited , were so unlike the ‘fly by night’ contractors that swoop in after a storm and don’t do the job the right way and may not be licensed. Victor Martinez provided professional service with great looking results. Between providing a free estimate to completion of work, it was 10 days. Victor thoroughly explain the damage found via photos and the plan to repair before any work commenced. The work was done on time, and he did a great job with the clean up. I was also shown photos of my both of our roofs (house and flat roof extension), which look so much better and are now watertight. I have would highly recommend Victor. In fact, our neighbors need work done and I have passed them his information which I wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t happy with the results.

Joe and his team have just finished repairing my roof. Tiling, lead work and new gullies. The whole process went very smoothly from a quick response to the initial request, quote and started working within a few days. In all five days work was completed to a very high standard. Top Rank came to fix a leak in our pitched concrete tile roof - the only company to promise to fix the leak, not just fix some new tiles and hope it solves the problem. During the work the team discovered a tear in the felt and replaced it at no extra charge. One year on, we’ve had no sign of any leaks so I can be confident they solved the problem. Top job.

These Guys are true professionals. They do what they say they're going to do. I had an issue with one of my guttering clips they even came and did that for me even though it was nothing to do with their installation! They are reliable and friendly too. Chris, the owner, talked me through the options, with no sales pressure, and everything about the process was crystal clear. The quote was precisely broken down and there were no 'hidden extras'. Vijay and his Team at KRS were great. I had no problem when I needed some additional tiles to make up a shortfall and always found them very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.

MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?

Very pleased with the roofing work done. My ridge tiles are now complete and look very professionally finished. Jake is a real craftsman and is passionate about his work. He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. Hayley in the office was also great, with good communication and fast responses to questions. A*** would highly recommend.

Tile blew down in the gales, Billy had two guys round within about 20 mins of calling. Very friendly, professional guys and had the tile back in place and stuck down 45minutes after I'd called! Good price and a top service, will be using again.

Would like to write a quick review as billy and his team did an amazing job on my garage roof when it was leaking, mould and had multiple tiles loose/ missing, billy and his team never stopped working until the job was done for a great price, great work and would defintely recommend!

Work completed to an excellent standard and all rubbished removed at end of job. No further leaks despite heavy rain! I kept them updated, were polite, clean and professional, good communicators. Would definitely recommend. Kind regards. Mitch.
