Posted on behalf of my mother regarding the excptional service delivered by JTF Roofing: I would just like to say a big Thank You to JTF Roofing. I phoned and spoke to Jordan about the problem I had regarding a leak and that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He said he was in the area and that he would be round in twenty minutes to take a look. Once he arrived he took a look then asked if his work colleagues could join him. On entering my home they were extremely polite and they all removed their shoes, even though I said it would be okay. Jordan was able to find out where the problem was and sorted It straight away. I cannot praise them enough, they were professional, polite had good banter and worked well together. I will recommend Jordan and his team at JTF Roofing to anyone who needs a job doing. If I ever need a roofing company in the future I know who I would have carry out the work. Thank you again Lynn

I can't rate Jordan and JTF Roofing highly enough. I had a small job that needed doing and Jordan was here within a couple of hours of my initial call and was able to complete the work there and then. Absolutely Fantastic Company to deal with. 10/10 We had to have a new Pitched roof as well as a new flat roof for our House. After receiving quotes from a couple of other roofers, who had not filled us with confidence, we contacted JTF Roofing Ltd. Jordan Jones visited us and gave us an in-depth assessment of the work required, which he followed up promptly with a very reasonable quotation. Once we awarded the job to JTF, they agreed a start date and started promptly. We dealt with Jordan and Rob. Throughout the job they have been extremely professional, polite, courteous, as well as clean, tidy and considerate of our neighbours. Jordan coordinated with the flat roofing firm on our behalf which made the the whole process smooth and stress free. I have no hesitation in recommending JTF Roofing Ltd to anyone, I will also go as far as to say that if someone wanted to see the standard of their workmanship, I would be happy to show them.

Had a previous bodged installation (by another company) of a dry verge to the gable end of our house removed and replaced by JTF Roofing. They did an excellent job in very difficult rain soaked conditions. Well done to all concerned. I highly recommend this company.

Chris has done lots of work for us over the last few years and most recently today he has hung Christmas lights around our roof line and they look wonderful. Chris is reliable, friendly and nice to have around the house.

I found Pride Roofing Kent Ltd on the KCC Trading Standards website and would thoroughly recommend them. Chris, the owner, talked me through the options, with no sales pressure, and everything about the process was crystal clear. The quote was precisely broken down and there were no 'hidden extras'. His team were friendly, reliable and considerate and completed the work on time and to a high standard. A company giving excellent customer service, delivered everything they promised and who I would certainly use again.

Craig and his team done a fantastic job on our roof. Craig was very prompt to come round and quote, he was very thorough and knowledgeable and then returned a few weeks later to carry the works out. Craig and the team were very friendly and carried the works out efficiently, tidy and to a very high standard. We are over the moon with the works carried out and couldn’t recommend enough!

Can’t recommend Craig and his team enough. They did the roofing on my first renovation which was amazing work; professional and friendly. Having bought a new home and having issues, Craig was my first port of contact, he came straight out to check it and will be carrying out the works needed. 100% recommend.

Carl came via the loft company we were using and was an absolute credit to the roofing industry. Polite, super hard-working, and his workmanship was excellent. He stripped, re-felted, battened and fitted the front roof along with tiling our new dormer. He also installed the soffits, fascias and edging too before tidying up the chimney and taking off the TV aerial. All in it took about 3 weeks. I've also no idea how he managed to carry all the old tiles down a ladder (thanks for stacking them so neatly at the bottom too) and then take all the new ones up all on his own. To quote our neighbour we talking to the other day "he's a proper roofer". Thanks again!

Our 80 year old roof was showing signs of its age and Galley roofing was recommended by friends as the right company to give it some much needed care. Carl visited to carry out a survey and freely shared his expertise and provided options and advice on the pro’s and con’s of suggested works to carry out. We settled on having a number of roof and valley tiles which had cracked and perished replaced along with all the ridge tiles. The work was completed to a very high standard. Carl’s professionalism and pride in his work comes through in every aspect of delivery. I would highly recommend using their services!!

We have a 400 yearly property which needs constant review. We had a large hole to the side of the peg and tile house and a few tiles missing on our roof. Brilliant work on a first floor leaking roof at a wood burner chimney exit point. Two previous roofers failed to solve the problem, but after a thorough inspection, the problem was identified and speedily rectified. Thoroughly recommend this competent family business. Dream team!

From the moment I spoke to Malcolm, he was the only person that fully inspected my roof and the issues I was having, he explained everything to me clearly, gave me various options and recommendations on works, and a very fair price. I was confident from the start that they were trustworthy and honest. Mitch and the team arrived at my home, all very pleasant and polite, a really nice group, and have done an outstanding job. Not only do these two brothers have a speedy response, quick booking time, professional and high grade work, but also able to be innovative with great ingenuity thinking outside the box on a tricky and unusual task that saved me me from spending money unnecessarily. They also have a great character and humor, along with pleasent manor. I'll get them back if required. This is the second job they've done for me and I am well pleased.

Great professional service. They cleared all the moss and random plants that were growing on my roof and in the guttering. They also fixed a couple of guttering issues I have had for years.
