I am really pleased with the quick service I received with my ball joint replacement and the guys are welcoming. Got turned away by other garages because they couldn't fit me in till August. First time using Gents and I will definitely use them again in the future. Took my 2016 Mercedes c300 in for a full service as it hadn’t been serviced for a while. The technicians thoroughly inspected the vehicle and found a few areas that needed rectifying. They sent a detailed report and even took photos to show me some of the defects. Very honest, thorough and friendly staff. These are clearly professionals who know how to work on high quality cars and are transparent in their service and much cheaper than main dealership. Please don’t hesitate to use Gents, would highly recommend

I have been taking my car to Gents Garage for the last 6 years, and today, as always, I received a first-class service from Chris and the team. I'm always highly impressed with the care, attention to detail, professionalism and passion to deliver a quality service to customers which means my car always passes its MOT without a hitch and I have had endless years of faultless driving as a result. It is one of the best garages I've ever had the pleasure to be a customer of, and I would not go anywhere else now.

I used Gents garage in recent times for what turned out to be suspected oil cooler failure on my 2013 Mercedes E350. Mercedes wanted a small fortune but as I had my car serviced previously and heard many good reviews I opted for the work to be done at Gents. They did it 'by the book', quite literally as per Mercedes guidance and doing the necessary checks on the cylinder linings etc. This work was done in October and the car is running great since. Even provided me with photos for my own benefit later to prove to a new owner the works been carried out....and it isn't a 5 min job.......would certainly recommend Gents garage.

Excellent family run business Steve and Sons and all of the Team are professional from start to finish with the highest standards of customer service and expert knowledge of Mercedes vehicles. They provide The most curtious , convienient and speedy service around. Always reasonably priced too.

Steven is a true expert. Two other garages couldn't tell me what is wrong with my car and Steven and his team needed less than 2 minutes to diagnosticate it correctly. Also, at the same time he ordered the part, got it and replace it same day. He gave me a courtesy car for the time being. He advised me about another issue he found on the car, he even showed it to me. The car is now fixed and when he said how much it costs, I believed it is just the part but when I had to pay and saw he is asking me same money, I understood that all reviews about him are true. The prices are very reasonables and the service is more then impressive. I have no words but to say a big THANK YOU to Steve and the whole team for their help. From now and as long as I have the MB, I will only go to his service. 🙏🙏🙏

I have used Tilyards for years and they have always been exceptional and reasonably priced too. In the past I had been totally ripped off and paid well over the top for work on the car that didn't need doing. It was because if this I tried Tilyards who told me work I was quoted for didn't need to be done etc. I always trust them and the mechanics are always so helpful.

Had a clutch fail on our fiesta - Tilyard Autos were able to squeeze us in at the last min and completed the job the same day. They explained the condition of the old clutch and kept me updated through the whole process. This is such a great garage - this is now the 3rd time they have fixed our car and it is now the only garage i trust.

Had Cam belt changed here and heat sensor. Staff are efficient and have all the knowledge required to give a great service. Well run company who look after their customers. Happy to recommend.

I have used H&C Motors on several occasions now - always they have been flawless and I have no complaints with the car or the service. Couple of days ago my car suddenly started to have a ticking sound from the engine. Richard and his team checked the car on the same day and found the problem. My car was ready the next day for pick up. It was a fantastic service highly recommended and I would definitely recommended them.

This business has excellent customer service. I was kept informed of the progress of my job from start to finish .They solved my problem for a fraction of the cost i had been quoted by the dealership. I will definitely be visiting them again. The owner and his staff certainly understand the importance of good customer relations and the need for trust. I was very impressed.

Recommended by my local garage due to HandC being a specialist in my vehicle make, great communication, all booked in via email and followed up then kept up dated via text and phone. Christmas is not the greatest time for extra cost of unexpected car repairs but price was more than fair and agreed up front. My local garage may have just lost a customer.

As normal, great customer service and very accomodating to me as a disabled person. Explained what had been done and very informative too Throughly recommended and i take our three cars there as they are trustworthy moreso than main dealers in my experience. work done included new tyre, tracking and brake check this time.
