Great service - provided a new tyre after a puncture that could not be repaired. Friendly and explained and showed me exactly what was wrong. Had a replacement tyre and replaced very quickly. Highly recommended.

Went there today as had a slow puncture. A young lad dealt with it, checked the tyre and confirmed he could repair it. Gave me a very good price. Was polite through out. Also checked all other tyres for pressure. Would recommend and use again.

Put my car in for brake replacement after another garage said they needed replacing, which they didn’t. Great honesty from GR who rang me up and said they had plenty of life in them, rather than just replacing them and charging me. Great to see such a trustworthy company. Strongly recommend.

Very happy. Unlike other test centres they will only fail the car if there is an actual problem. They will not over exaggerate problems for the sake of making money. Excellent knowledge of the law, and they are happy to share this. I could not be happier to recommend.

Lee is a legend , One of the friendliest guys ive ever met and knows what hes talking about ; i cant rate his service enough. The centre itself is like something out of a training video ; absolutely spotless. Took in my rebel 500 trike In with a busted clutch Andy,Sam and Steve took a look and fixed her up real nice now she runs like a dream really helpful and knowledgeable bunch very helpful when it comes to trikes which is good because a decent mechanic who will work on trikes is rare and not to pricey. Used for MOT's of motorcycles' and now a car. Failed me twice, but both times really clear explanations why, and no pressure to use them for the necessary repairs (I didn't once, did once). Long opening hours (great if you work long hours yourself), and I just feel really safe when they pass the vehicle, and really empowered when one fails. One of only two places I would trust with my motorcycles (BGM being the other).

Always bring my cars and bikes here. Andy really knows his stuff and is a lovely fella. Very fair and will always explain things if required. Friendly and reliable service.

Couldn't fault the service, took my mates rust bucket of an Impreza for a service and despite it's really poor condition I was well advised on the best repairs to get roadworthy again. Their mechanic Charlie was kinda cute too

Called in on off chance on a Saturday afternoon with concern over my rattling exhaust . My friend found her way around to the workshop and asked a young mechanic to have a look to see if car was safe to drive. He was so obliging, he immediatly got under the car and managed to secure the exhaust so we could continue with our journey. We will definately use this garage again.

My take too place for my family and i's cars. Used Valley Autos for years. Always honest and the work is done properly. Not the cheapest, but you pay for work that's done. And I'd always go back. Never any issues and you'll get a call before any work needs carried out. There great. Just had my Sons car done with a full service , mot and various bits (tyre, track rod ends etc) done. Yet again can't fault Valley Autos fir being prompt, calling and getting tge job done properly.
