I have been using this garage on and off for the last 36 years, I always recommend them to everyone. The staff at both the bottom and top unit are always helpful and good for advice. They always try to fit you in and will never do any work that is not actually needed, very reliable & trustworthy.

I have been using Mach1 for a couple of years to MOT & Service my Gixxer. Andy is a very hardworking, attentive and down to earth family man and this shows significantly through his garage! Nothing is ever to much trouble (even though they are a very busy garage) and the work conducted is within a timely manner. I had a few issues this time around with my bike not starting on the morning of the MOT and Andy set a date and time to make arrangements for the bike to be collected. Things weren't as simple as we thought, but through persistence and hard work, Andy got to the bottom of it. Everything was well communicated from MACH1 and all genuine parts were discussed with myself before being purchased and fitted. If I could apply more than 5 stars I would. The service provided by the team at MACH1 is unmatched and definitely feels personal from a fantastic family run business. Excellent service. Had a sudden car emergency which proved to be a false alarm but they checked it (didn’t have to wait very long even though they were clearly very busy) and didn’t even charge me as the car was all ok. Highly recommended.

Had a wiper blade snap off on the motorway and needed an emergency fix as was on the way to Dover ferry. Despite it being 10pm they responded immediately tried to help straight away. Sourced and located the necessary part and came to fix, all in absolutely terrible weather too. Highly recommend this service

Great service, came out for a warning light managed to fix on first call out. Even looked the rest of engine and under the bonnet over to make sure no other issues and gave me advice without pushing business on me. Very polite and respectful. Really appreciated their help so close to Christmas. Will definitely use again!!

Easy to book and quick service. Big shout out to the lovely man who should have failed my car due to worn tires, but instead told me exactly where to go locally to get new tires fitted straight away so my car could pass. Amazing customer service.

After getting a bad experience with a local repair center I checked the reviews for Napier service station got booked in for a full service plugs etc what a wonderful professional job they carried out Luke was fantastic helpful full of knowledge and explained everything I was great full my car had no adviserys after the service I can honestly recommend this place the price was cheaper than I thought so was extremely happy I will be going back to Napier service centre and Luke was happy to help me with some wrap for the car roof and mirrors absolutely fantastic thanks Luke and napier service station they can count on my business
