My Invisalign journey with Smïl started 14 months ago, when I first had the 3D scan, which for someone with chronically crooked teeth the process sells itself! Although my journey was long, I cannot even begin to describe the end results and how pleased I am. I’ve had my teeth whitened and my front top 4 composite bonded and now I have the smile I’ve wanted for many years. Dr Neil Underhill of Smïl is truly amazing and provides such a wonderful, professional service that is second to none! I cannot recommend Smïl and Invisalign enough. Go book an appointment now!!! I am not someone to write an open review but I recently visited Smïl and the dental clinic is truly a hidden gem in Chatham. I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the dentist and his nurse. Dr Neil was exceptionally outstanding. The treatment was so precise and seamless that I felt no signs or symptoms from the tooth I had been suffering with for months. It’s as if the filling isn’t even there! Needless to say that the rest of the staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless, with state-of-the-art facilities, and their communication in between appointments is outstanding. There were couple other happy patients walking out, which speaks volume. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional treatment! It’s worth it. Thank you Dr Neil and Smil team.

I couldn't be happier with my teeth! I have had lots of dental treatment over years and the results from Smil are by far the best. I feel my teeth are looking great and natural again. Neil and the team are very warm and welcoming which make a normal dreaded visit to the dentist calm and relaxing.

I came to Smil as a nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist for over 12 years. I had a check up at first where they scanned my teeth and explained I’d need a filling! They were able to fit me in the following morning and Dr Neil was amazing and put me at complete ease! It was pain free and I am now hoping to start Invisalign

Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Dr Syed Shah left me with results I didn’t think were possible and his artistry has been admired by many. Thank you so much Thorndike will be recommending you!

Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I have always been apprehensive about visiting the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Fahd was truly exceptional. The treatment was completely pain-free, and Dr. Fahd's comforting manner made all the difference. He took his time to explain every detail of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. One lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person at every appointment and query - sorry I can’t remember your name but you are one of a kind, you are incredible and I’m glad I get to speak to you and you help me out till the end . Brilliant service from reception, to the waiting room and the dentists (and dental nurses). Super friendly, willing to talk you through the processes/treatment and literally don't want to rip you off with unnecessary treatments. They come up with alternatives and want to help you. Can't fault the reminders you get too! Can't believe we have this dental surgery in Chatham. Highly recommended

The hygienist Catalina was very kind and understanding as I was so nervous. But she understood how I felt and reacted in a pleasant way. Her nurse too was very caring. I had not had hygienist treatment for over 20 years so Catalina the hygienist put me at ease as much as she could

I have always found the service very good. Whether it has been a routine appointment or an urgent appointment, I have always been seen more or less on time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I always feel valued and confident with the treatment that I receive and would highly recommend this practice.

Good dentists are hard to find. I have found the impartial advice refreshing. Always a warm welcome greeted with genuine interest and willing to listen not preach. Receptionists very friendly, not the usual stoney face with zero humour. Almost like going....if you know what I mean!

Had invisalign and other treatments here. Whole experience of the practice is amazing. Shirley and the team were amazing throughout the Invisalign treatments and very supportive.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. I had a dental filling done by Dr. Waqas Sikander on 9th August 2024, and I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Monica, the dental nurse, made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly manner. Best dental practice ever! I recently had to have 4 teeth removed & I was very nervous. However, 35 minutes after my appointment started I left with new teeth & absolutely no pain! I would & do recommend them to everyone.

I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. Safe to say, I definitely will be returning and I will be highly recommending these guys to anyone looking to get their smile back or even just a routine check up🫶🏻

I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I have never felt so happy to have found GM dental and implant centre. They made me relax for the first time ever in going into a dentist's. The lady I saw today was welcoming and totally put me at ease, she listened to my fears and never once made me feel silly. Everything was explained in great detail and I am so glad I went and I will be staying with them.

Have just come to the end of having an implant placed by Maurius, was very apprehensive as have always had that fear of dentists but Maurius was amazing,very understanding and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, Very professional and thorough,cannot praise him enough! .. plus a big shout out to my regular dentist at the surgery Rakshini,she gives me the upmost care and understanding when I have my checkups!

Always attentive and caring and take a keen interest in your Dental Health and general wellbeing. A very busy practice but well organised and efficient. Two schemes NHS and Subscription. Care plan set up and advice given on every step. In my case pain free and no unnecessary treatment. Dentist proficient and explains procedures. Reception staff excellent

I called Ashley Lupin to ask a few questions since I have not been to a dentist in a few years and was recommended this practice by friends. I am someone who gets nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist, hence why I have not attended in so long, and when on the phone the young lady (I believe her name was Charlotte) made me feel very calm and relaxed and answered all my questions and even said when I am ready to make an appointment and if she is in she’ll take special care of me and let other staff know about my nerves so they are aware and can make me feel relaxed and at ease. It was nice of Charlotte to go above and beyond for a potential patient, she didn’t need to at all. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Recently, I reached out to my dear friend Dr Maddy here in the UK, though I was hesitant and uncertain if she could even assist. Not only did she agree to help, but she went above and beyond, arranging multiple video calls and doing everything possible to support us remotely. My 69-year-old father had been struggling with complex dental issues for months, worsened by his history with blood thinners and heart problems. Being in the UK, I couldn’t speak directly with his doctors to get a clear picture. But when I finally reached out to Dr Maddy, she listened carefully, gathering all the background information, then organized a video call with my father to understand his condition firsthand. Dr Maddy thoroughly reviewed his X-rays and pinpointed the root cause with remarkable precision. She even consulted with her colleagues to confirm her diagnosis, since the local dentists were unresponsive to collaboration. She then guided us on what to communicate to the local doctors, and thankfully, her advice helped them accept the recommended course of treatment. My father’s recovery began almost immediately, reducing his severe pain by around 50%, and he continues to improve. This experience has shown me just how crucial an accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment can be. Lovely ladies at the reception who always make me feel more at ease. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but throughout years of patience and reassurance from both the dentists and dental nurses I am much less fearful. Appointments are generally on time and the waiting area is comfortable. It's nice to listen to the radio whilst I am waiting for my appointment

I had a difficult extraction under sedation with Dr. Madi Rizal, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Dr. Rizal’s skill and calm demeanour put me completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous going in. She explained everything clearly beforehand, which made me feel reassured and prepared for the procedure. Her nurse, Emily, was equally wonderful – so kind, attentive, and calming. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Together, Dr. Rizal and Emily created such a warm, caring environment that I felt genuinely supported. I’m so grateful to both of them for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.
