Best dental practice ever! I recently had to have 4 teeth removed & I was very nervous. However, 35 minutes after my appointment started I left with new teeth & absolutely no pain! I would & do recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service. All the staff are super friendly. I had my wisdom tooth removed last month and I was apprehensive, the dentist made me feel at ease and advised me where necessary. I requested to bring my appointment forward and they were able to slot me into a cancellation. I would recommend the practice to friends and family

Good dentists are hard to find. I have found the impartial advice refreshing. Always a warm welcome greeted with genuine interest and willing to listen not preach. Receptionists very friendly, not the usual stoney face with zero humour. Almost like going....if you know what I mean!

All staff were friendly and helpfull. The Dentist Dara and her assistant were very thorough and I felt at ease throughout. I must say the best dentist I have been to and I am over 60. I would recommend to anyone, very professional. Thank you

I have always found the service very good. Whether it has been a routine appointment or an urgent appointment, I have always been seen more or less on time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I always feel valued and confident with the treatment that I receive and would highly recommend this practice.

The hygienist Catalina was very kind and understanding as I was so nervous. But she understood how I felt and reacted in a pleasant way. Her nurse too was very caring. I had not had hygienist treatment for over 20 years so Catalina the hygienist put me at ease as much as she could

Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. This is a super experienced team, thank you so much!

Had invisalign and other treatments here. Whole experience of the practice is amazing. Shirley and the team were amazing throughout the Invisalign treatments and very supportive.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sikander for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and Monica. Whether it’s a simple cleaning, a filling or more complex procedures like crowns or bridges, Dr. Sikander handles it all with the highest level of professionalism and care. Monica always makes us feel welcome and at ease, especially my kids who used to be scared of dental visits. Dr. Sikander’s attention to detail and patient-centered approach are unmatched and we trust him completely with our dental health.

I have been going to Dr Sikander for the past 8 months - I’ve had several silver fillings changed to white ones, a root canal and a crown done with him. He is always so helpful and gets me in last minute. I’m not the easiest patient with my busy schedule but he always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive my treatment on time. The root canal was probably the scariest thing I’ve had done but I felt no pain during the procedure and the tooth has given me no pain whatsoever since! The crown looks amazing too, I’m so happy with it. Thank you for all your hard work over the last 8 months (and for always putting up with me and the kids)

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. I would, and have recommended to others.

Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I came to Smil as a nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist for over 12 years. I had a check up at first where they scanned my teeth and explained I’d need a filling! They were able to fit me in the following morning and Dr Neil was amazing and put me at complete ease! It was pain free and I am now hoping to start Invisalign

I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. Safe to say, I definitely will be returning and I will be highly recommending these guys to anyone looking to get their smile back or even just a routine check up🫶🏻

I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.

I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I have never felt so happy to have found GM dental and implant centre. They made me relax for the first time ever in going into a dentist's. The lady I saw today was welcoming and totally put me at ease, she listened to my fears and never once made me feel silly. Everything was explained in great detail and I am so glad I went and I will be staying with them.

Last night I chipped my composite bonding off my front tooth and called the helpline. A lady called Rachel was very helpful and booked me an appointment today at 9:00am. Romy was absolutely fantastic, she made me feel comfortable straight away and made me aware of each step she would take to fix my tooth. She was so thorough which her check up & the results were amazing. I am so happy with the results and cannot thank her & Rosie enough for their support today! I have now made premier dentist Chatham my permanent dentist & cannot recommend them enough!

I’m not normally one for writing reviews but my experience of having an emergency molar extraction on Friday was such that I have to mention the professionalism and care afforded to me by both Romy and Gill. I had a problematic molar removed on 6hrs notice. The experience was very well handled by the practice and from what I witnessed all staff members conducted themselves in a professional manner. I have very little discomfort following the extraction which is probably how careful and patient the dentist was. Instant relief both mentally and physically

Went for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and ended up needing root canal, my dentist Jason was beyond amazing, at every opportunity he could he would squeeze me in to continue work on my teeth, always asking if I’m doing okay and honestly one of the most polite person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting if it wasn’t for Jason i don’t know if I could of carried out the extensive dental work I needed with anyone else truely a spectacular dentist, I’m truly forever grateful and indebted to you good luck in your future endeavours I’m going to miss your, “ your my best patient “ comments a lot

My experience at the practise has been absolutely amazing with both the dentist (Dapo) and my hygienist (Ayanda). Both have worked with me to truly make a difference in the health and quality of my teeth and I can't thank them enough. You'll get excellent service here, specialist treatment from professionals who really care about the result and how you feel throughout whatever procedure you're getting done at reasonable prices. You'll love coming to the dentist after meeting with them.

I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

I had to find a new sugery when my dentist retired. The reviews of Franklin house were good so I booked myself in. I was extremely impressed. No hard sell, no unnecessary treatment, helpful, friendly staff. I have also recommended them to my husband and my neighbour, neither of which had attended a dentist for many years. I left the surgery feeling like I had been listened to, rather than talked at, which is like a breath of fresh air. 5 star recommendation.
