Excellent dental practice with very friendly, efficient, experienced and honest staff. I regularly see Dr Basset (dentist) and Ander (hygienist) both of whom are brilliant, communicative and expert. The practice is very conveniently positioned in the centre of the town with lots of parking options near the shopping centre over the road. Over the past few years I have recommended Bower dental practice to my family and friends - all of whom have since happily stayed with the practice.

I can’t rate the practice highly enough. Dr Nathan is so kind and gentle with both of my children. My son had a tooth extraction today and Dr Nathan carefully explained what would happen and put his mind at rest. The level of care is absolutely excellent.

Always so polite, friendly and welcoming. Phil is always thorough with explaining what issues there are and what can be done including costs. Been going here for over 10 years even since moving out the area as I cannot fault their work. Would highly recommend.

I am VERY nervous and stressed when visiting the dentist almost certainly because of very bad experiences when I was younger. A friend put me in touch with this practice quite a few years ago now when I needed some urgent treatment and since then I have been treated by three different dentists there, all of whom have been so kind and understanding of my worries and concerns. I have been to see Alanna a few times recently for a particular problem and she has made the whole process a lot easier for me to deal with. I don't think I'll ever feel completely comfortable visiting the dentist but she does her absolute best to make me feel a little more at ease. She is caring and compassionate and for that I am very grateful.

My appointments with Phil are always good. He is very thorough and patiently explains his thoughts. So far thanks to his, and his hygienist’s, suggestions aimed at keeping my teeth healthy I have had few procedures. Those I have had have been sensitively managed and implemented. I would unreservedly recommend him.

Dr Patel has always been very professional and has explained in detail all required procedures. I had a root canal procedure on an existing root canal treated tooth which also had a crown. In the end all was done to my satisfaction. I know very few people who enjoy the dentist but my experience was great. I do also enjoy the option of comminicating and making appointments on WhatsApp.

Dr Patel was really professional and thorough in her examination. I had to have a troublesome filling removed and redone. It was close to the nerve but the procedure was painless so I was extremely happy. I will absolutely continue my dental treatments at this practice.

I needed an emergency appointment as an overseas visitor. Not only were the team able to fit me in to see Dr Field but went out of their way to assist with booking the appointment. The friendliness over the phone was surpassed only by the warmth and gold standard care during the appointment. If I were a local I would immediately choose Tunbridge Wells Dental Centre. A special acknowledgement to Lynda and Emma.

Tunbridge Wells Dental Centre offers all of these, and some. Mike is an excellent dentist who really cares about his patients’ well being. He is super-calm, ensuring even the most nervous patient can relax & shake off any fear of the dentist’s, and very knowledgeable. Mike and the team are extremely thorough and professional. He explained everything he did very carefully to both myself and my 3 children. He has a great rapport with the children (aged 12, 10 and 7) and helped them all to feel at ease. He also reduced the quoted price of treatment by £100 because the three appointments took less time than he had planned; he rightly explained that he always likes to allow more time than needed in case of any problems or anxiety. An excellent service all round, I would thoroughly recommend.

First-class dental practice! The whole team are well-informed about patients and my entire experience over 2 years has been very positive. I've had root canal treatment with Ian, an implant with Peter and regular visits to the hygienist followed by check-ups with Peter and i've been very pleased with the advice and care on every occasion. Have recommended several friends and all my family members are patients!

I have been going to Dr Kay in Rusthall Dental Practise for many years. In the past 8 months, I have been seen them frequently for Invisalign’s fitting, scans etc. I could not praise the team more (including receptionist Cheryll), as they have been treating me ‘above & beyond’!! First class dentist - he had my wisdom tooth out in minutes. I was seen really quickly and x-ray plus extraction all done at the surgery unlike my current NHS practice which would have had to send me to Pembury for the x-ray and to another site for the extraction for double the cost and a much longer wait. Many thanks to Cheryll the receptionist who puts you at ease- I wouldn’t go anywhere else when you have an issue or an emergency. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this dentist enough, I was really scared of having a wisdom tooth removal after a previous bad experience but the dentist helped put me at ease with his kindness and humour. I unfortunately ended up with an infection but the after care has been amazing with the dentist making time to see me quickly and treating me appropriately. The surgery has a homely feel that instantly puts you at ease with a lovely receptionist who takes fantastic care of you. 10/10 highly recommend.

Incredible, compassionate and professional service! From the entire team including Dr Monibi who helped make my son feel so supported and understood. He made him laugh and comfortable. Also provided us knowledge of how to medically help the situation with his teeth. He offered us an emergency appointment due to my son struggling even when we were under another dentist initially. Now we have moved our whole family to this practice as we know we have found the best place and most supportive, knowledgeable service. Thank you to them all!

Great. Relaxed not too clinical atmosphere plus professional treatment. Impressive technical equipment. Convenient location in central Tunbridge Wells-I can walk there. Had 2 molars extracted without stress last week- took the teeth home in wee envelopes with messages for the tooth fairy- I’m old but it was a lovely touch!

I had the Guided Biofilm Therapy the other week and then a checkup today and both were professional, informative appointments with such a lovely team! My teeth felt so clean after my first treatment, i would recommend it to everyone! So much better than your average hygienist appointment.

Wow , what a great experience we’ve had . From the start the receptionist was amazing so kind and sweet . The approach was very gentle and understanding and making us feel extremely comfortable . The visit was so helpful and made amends with looking after my daughter who has sensory problems and never stays still. So accommodating and relaxing environment. They had toys , music , a TV reflector on the ceiling so settle her and feel comfortable. I’ve been to many dentists myself and never been to a place like this . Would give 10 gold stars if possible and would recommend you always and forever! What an amazing practice .

Dentistry is expensive. Therefore I want my dentistry service to be professional and caring. I have found Caring Dentistry to be just that. I have no desire to use any other practice even though CD is 10 miles distant. Trust them!

Absolutely delighted to have discovered Dr Ross Barden is still operating locally, not having seen him for a few years. Superbly professional as a dentist, knowledgeable and very mindful to minimise any potential pain (eg. swabbing gum with a local anaesthetic prior to injection), and operates without fuss or delay. Very satisfied with quality of work thus far (given that my current procedure requires further visits). An added bonus is the high quality of comedic banter between him and his dental assistant Amanda, which was a welcome distraction for me in what some patients would regard as a stressful process. So much so that I'm looking forward to my next visit. They are a great team.

As a terrified patient, I was immediately put at ease by the reception team, who were very kind. Dr Patel and his dental nurse then supported me through the experience, both being so very patient and caring. Brilliant dentist! I was terrified of dentist before attending and now I will happily attend. Had laser treatment which saved me a ton of pain and has worked wonders!!! Dr Pedja Pavlovic is great and has a brilliant sense of humour that put me right at ease and the nurse that supports him is just lovely! The hygienist are also brilliant and really take their time and explain everything! Even after my treatment plan I will be continuing for my dentist and hygienist appointments at the practice traveling from Hastings because I trust them and they have saved my teeth and gums!
