5 Gold Stars for Daniel Van Wyk. My experience in getting new dentures has been a pleasant experience; for the first time in my denture-wearing life. And I am delighted. Highly professional but warm and friendly with it. His attention to detail and to my comfort and his perfectionism in the construction of the dentures was exceptional. They have been super comfortable from Day 1, and aesthetically very pleasing. I'm giving the highest recommendation possible. Thank you Daniel Wan Vyk and The Denture Clinic. First visit was for broken dentures, my mum was distraught. We were so impressed with the professionalism and understanding that Mike Pond showed, mum decided to get completely new dentures, and I can honestly say, mum has had about 4/5 different dentures and the new ones from Broadstairs dental clinic are second to none, as is the serving ce received by all we have come not contact with. Everyone has been so keen nd, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend without a doubt. Thank you all, thank you Mike Pond.

I find the staff courteous and helpful. I've had 2 implants here. The treatment is first class. Things are explained every step of the way. I'm very pleased with the end result.

The staff at Southbank Sedation have been extremely helpful to me and my family. We are very grateful that they always go out of their way to accommodate our needs. They fully explain any diagnosis and treatment options in a friendly and sensitive manner. Thank goodness we found them 😊

All staff have been amazing. I struggle with anxiety and other things but everyone has been so welcoming/ supportive. I've been seeing Andrew and hes just an absolute god send. Never met someone so passionate about their job and compassionate for others! Very grateful to have been recommended this clinic and would recommend it to anyone myself 🙏

The Receptionists were welcoming and friendly. They explained everything clearly. The Practice was smart, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of seats available in the spacious waiting rooms. The dentist, Dr Hugo Marques was chatty, friendly and very thorough and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. The dental nurse was friendly and polite. The procedures were explained well and I felt very pleased and confident about my treatment. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

My crown came off and I rang immediately. Was given an appointment for the following day. Was given excellent service, reception and dentist. Feel so lucky to be an NHS patient at this dentist for at least 30 years! Thank you 😀

I have been going to The Dental Surgery now for many years as my medication had affected my teeth quite badly & thank goodness James expert dental work corrected them. I only recommended James once again to my oxygen rep. today. who was installing new equipment for me & he needed a dentist as he was in agony. I was lucky enough to find Broadstairs dental surgery via a recommendation, and it is by far the best dentist I've experienced. James and the team are extremely welcoming and reassuring. The Dental Surgery is absolutely excellent, I’ve had great experiences. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt at home as everyone is extremely friendly, polite and well organised. The receptionist was very helpful with finding a booking and I received reminder notifications prior to my booking. James and the assistants at the Dental Practice were extremely kind and made me feel at ease before carefully and softly working on my teeth, checking in regularly how I’m doing. I’ve never been numbed so painlessly and carefully. They also explained technical aspects to me very nicely and assisted me in setting up an effective dental routine. They are affordable and offer various payment options. I would highly recommend the surgery.

Just had my first appointment at The Dental Surgery. It was an emergency appointment, I’ve been in so much pain with a gum infection so I was quite anxious as to what would be done but I shouldn’t have worried. James and his team are amazing! At reception, Penny is really helpful and welcoming and then, in the surgery, James explains everything he is about to do and is really caring and gentle. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I attended this practice during the pandemic due to a extremely painful tooth that was causing me not to be able to sleep or move my jaw. The staff were so polite and friendly. They followed all the new covid rules yet made you feel welcome and safe. I had to have a tooth removed which I had never done before and they made me feel comfortable & safe due to my anxiety. They made my follow up appointment quickly for me and called me the next day to check I was feeling ok. I would recommend this dentist to anyone

I attended a first appointment today and cannot praise Derek enough.He listened, took extra time to fill my tooth and scale and polish.I didn't feel the needles at all which was fantastic. The whole experience with all staff was friendly,efficient,relaxed and I wish I had made the decision sooner.I can't recommend 1st-Impressions highly enough and am so grateful.

I have been coming to this practice for a number of years now. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Derek and his team are thorough and always provide great advice and service. Derek really puts you at ease. Pricing is also very reasonable. Hands down the best dentist I have had.

We arrived in Ramsgate 9 days ago and I got a bad toothache because a tooth had broken over a long time and had grown into the gums. Now of all times it was making itself felt. We found help here straight away. Everything went smoothly. The whole team around Derek Watson was really great, friendly, uncomplicated and very knowledgeable. The doctor had to pull the tooth. He did this really quickly and painlessly. Even after the anaesthetic I didn't feel any pain and was given an appropriate dose of antibiotics before and after. I can really recommend this practice.

I am very nervous when it comes to dentists, and in particular needles. However, Derek and his lovely dental nurses and receptionists were so warm and welcoming they made it feel as if I were being treated by old friends, I've never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair. To say I am happy with my new mouth is an understatement, it feels so good not to have to cover my mouth when laughing, or feel ashamed of my smile. Thank you 1st Impressions would gladly recommend

I recently had a Wisdom tooth extraction at My Dentist, Margate, which I was dreading, having had a very painful experience at another dentist whilst having a similar procedure. Fortunately I didn’t feel any pain, or discomfort during my appointment with Dr Ayub. I can recommend practice for their very professional and caring approach to patients.

Have been coming to this dentist for a few years now as a family of 5 we have no complaints. Helpful receptionists, nurses and our dentist is superb! Absolutely fantastic with all 3 of our children they are never worried, put at ease and generally like coming and seeing the dentist. Dentist is friendly, kind and funny towards the children. No complaints here feel very lucky to not only have a dentist in the current climate but a fantastic one too!
