I was lucky enough to find Broadstairs dental surgery via a recommendation, and it is by far the best dentist I've experienced. James and the team are extremely welcoming and reassuring. It was clear right from the offset that I was in good hands. James is wonderfully informative and the treatment is very thorough. Huge thank you guys!

Just had my first appointment at The Dental Surgery. It was an emergency appointment, I’ve been in so much pain with a gum infection so I was quite anxious as to what would be done but I shouldn’t have worried. James and his team are amazing! At reception, Penny is really helpful and welcoming and then, in the surgery, James explains everything he is about to do and is really caring and gentle. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

My experience with james on having treatment is outstanding. He makes you feel very reassured and explains everything with every step of the way. I am a very nervous person anyway, which made every step taken with compassion and patience. He has made me a very happy lady with my new teeth. All the girls are so lovely and professional and take time for you at all times. The minute you enter the surgery, there is an ora of relaxing energy that you feel, which makes you so calm. I have been going to The Dental Surgery now for many years as my medication had affected my teeth quite badly & thank goodness James expert dental work corrected them. I only recommended James once again to my oxygen rep. today. who was installing new equipment for me & he needed a dentist as he was in agony. The Dental Surgery is absolutely excellent, I’ve had great experiences. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt at home as everyone is extremely friendly, polite and well organised. The receptionist was very helpful with finding a booking and I received reminder notifications prior to my booking. James and the assistants at the Dental Practice were extremely kind and made me feel at ease before carefully and softly working on my teeth, checking in regularly how I’m doing. I’ve never been numbed so painlessly and carefully. They also explained technical aspects to me very nicely and assisted me in setting up an effective dental routine. They are affordable and offer various payment options. I would highly recommend the surgery.
