AJ Sparks recently repaired a hazardous drain in the car park at The Miramar care home. Their team responded promptly, addressing the issue quickly and professionally. The repair was thorough, and the drain is now not only safe but better than before. We were impressed with the quality of work and their attention to detail. We had a porcelain tile semi circle laid as well as a path and a rear paved lounging area. We also had new turf laid. Ashley was super professional from the beginning and was very efficient with initial quotes and suggestions for our ideas. We had an awful bumpy lawn and we now have an amazing garden that we can't wait to enjoy when the weather turns. Our little girl who is 4 was finally able to ride her bike on the new path and she was so happy! All of Ashley's team were super friendly and excellent at their jobs. They were always on time and very respectful and tidy.

Ash and the boys worked flat out on what was a challenging job for them, they turned up every day they were supposed to and the workmanship, organisation and general cleanliness/tidiness was exceptional! Ash was constantly keeping me updated and checking in which was a nice touch. Absolute best in the game and a really good price, already eyeing up their next job to get them back

I cannot recommend this company enough! From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Ashley has great vision if you’re at all undecided and the team of staff are extremely hard working and professional. They all did an excellent job in transforming our garden and the tidying and cleaning at the end of the job was exceptional. Ashley made several site visits throughout the project to ensure everything was on track and to our satisfaction. The team of staff undertaking the work were fantastic, polite, considerate and respectful. Fantastic work and customer service!

I can't recommend AJ services enough. My partners parents live in Margate and we live in London and unfortunately the parents are unable to look after the garden and it had been neglected for a number of years. It was quite overwhelming to look at and we didn't know what to do or how much it would cost. When I contacted AJ, I felt we were in safe hands. We did a walk through of the garden and I felt very confident of the work he was doing and within our budget. They acted fast and after a day's work the place was looking fantastic. It really gave us peace of mind. We will always use them now for top ups and more needs to be done. We are so relieved we can trust these guys to carry out excellent work when he live a few hours away. I even contacted AJ services since the big clear out and they did a great top up and but down some grass seed. Really looking forward to seeing my in laws enjoy their beautiful garden again. Today, Bill Cordes and his colleague Baz removed an old damaged five-bar gate and fitted a new one. They were both very friendly, helpful, hardworking and professional. My wife and I were very pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending them for such work.

Bill did a total makeover on our front driveway. The transformation was amazing - with a picket fence, lawn, chippings and fencing being installed. Bill worked hard and was always on time, friendly and polite and worked in a tidy manner - where the work allowed. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. Thank you!!

You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear? If your name is Bill Cordés you can! The wood supporting my ancient corrugated iron fence had rotted away and the fence was falling into next door's garden. I didn't think it was repairable but Bill proved me wrong. Everything about this job was difficult - small terraced house, access for materials meant carrying heavy planks round to the back of the building via a private car park; no access available to next door's garden so had to hop over the 5ft fence to secure the fence to the new wooden structure; next door's garden overgrown and required fighting against rambling rose bushes and raspberry canes, plus an old rotting shed; old rotten wood had to be removed from the fence without damaging the corrugated iron ... I would have given up. Bill and his colleague did the whole thing in less than five hours and made a truly impressive job of it. They tidied everything up and left it neater than it had ever been. I couldn't recommend Bill Cordés highly enough.

Bill Cordes and his team recently renovated our garden. This included installing new fences, building decking, removing old concrete and levelling the lawn. Throughout their time with us they were all courteous, friendly and hardworking. They tidied up their equipment every day and were sensitive to the needs of our family. Bill is very knowledgeable about landscaping. He listened to our requirements and suggested good, practical solutions. He kept communication open; not just with us, but with our neighbours too, making it a very pleasant experience for everyone. We are absolutely delighted with the results and very high standard of work, which has transformed our outdoor space. We would recommend Cordes Horticultural Ltd without hesitation.

Staff were great and very helpful. We have just moved to the area and so need ready to plant veg. I am pleased to say the runner beans are now in the ground and ready to grow up the sturdy canes that we also purchased from the nursery along with a couple of bags of compost. I also found a lovely kitchen bay there, and the gardening glove fit a treat, although I have to admit the abandoning them just to get earth beneath my nails. All in all, I'm a very happy customer. Thank you to the two lady staff who helped me. I shall definitely be back.

Omg!!!!! Youngs nursery are absolutely fabulous 🥰 just look at my gorgeous tree! The lady that looked after us was so friendly and helpful and found me the perfect Christmas tree 🎄If you are planning to get a real tree this year, I highly recommend Youngs!! Trees for all budgets!! Not only do they look after you but they also send the children off on a Christmas trail to find clues and they get a treat at the end 😊 also a cafe there so you can have a drink and a nibble too. Thank you so much for my lovely tree. I’m so happy 😌

As someone who doesn't often write reviews unless something is either very bad or very good and in this case being the latter, I felt I should as Patrick came out to tackle a very overgrown spiteful bush which was not a nice job!. He made a really good job of it and took his time to clear up and took away all the waste ,my courtyard was left spotless and I had no tidying up to do whatsoever. Patrick was also very mindful of not disturbing wildlife ,birds etc and was also thoughtful enough to make sure my neighbours garden was left tidy too which was so refreshing .Having dealt with alot of work men for various different Jobs it's rare to find someone who will do a good job ,turn up when they say they will and not over charge ,so I would happily recommend Patrick to anyone who needs a job done in their garden .Patrick is also friendly but professional and gets the job done without any fuss.Just to add I had an awful lot of garden waste to get rid of and Patrick just put it all into bags and took it all away ,so I couldn't ask for more than that really .Patrick also went out of his way to fit me in when he was busy so much appreciated and very happy customer!😊
