Wayne and his team were able to start the extension of our drive over a month before expected and completed the job ahead of schedule. All the guys were polite and worked so hard. We were kept informed throughout and cannot fault the workmanship and finished drive. We would definitely use Living Landscapes again and would recommend their services 100%.

We requested installation of porcelain tiles to the front of the property and a mix of Trex composite decking, artificial lawn and porcelain tiles to the rear of the property. We were very pleased with detailed planning and the precision with which you executed the work within the agreed timescales. What we really really liked was your professionalism, punctuality and hard work throughout the period. You kept us informed throughout and always managed our expectations. Chris and his team transformed a tired old greenhouse/patio area into a lovely new area with Indian sandstone and a central dwarf wall ready for a greenhouse top (fitted separately). Including raised planters for veg & herbs. We even got them to re point a previously less well laid patio to bring the whole back garden back up to scratch. Despite awful weather they were always on time, stayed late and kept smiling. Chris also kept us informed for the whole time the project was running, from conception to the final clear up. The work was extremely professionally done, everything that could be thought of was, the end result is much more than we expected We would have no hesitation in recommending them, in fact we may even find a new project for them at the front of the garden as we were so impressed.

The project was to dismantle a bathroom, retile it and install new fittings, and also to replace a shower in a bedroom. There were tricky elements to it as might be expected in an older property, and where a previous owner had tinkered. It took careful design and time to execute (longer than first predicted), but Chris and his colleagues in specialist trades were unfailingly flexible, dependable and helpful. You can be assured that Chris and his team will not cut corners or hide weaknesses that could give rise to issues in the future. To sum up: impressive in adjusting to unforeseen challenges, meticulous in workmanship, and altogether superb value.

Contacted Rogers Landscapes to reorganise our back garden following the installation of the conservatory. Very impressed with all the work done from initial planning meetings through to the completion of the work. Everything was done very professionally to a high standard leaving enough space for our plant choices. We now have a very functional space just crying out for use.

I can't recommend AJ services enough. My partners parents live in Margate and we live in London and unfortunately the parents are unable to look after the garden and it had been neglected for a number of years. It was quite overwhelming to look at and we didn't know what to do or how much it would cost. When I contacted AJ, I felt we were in safe hands. We did a walk through of the garden and I felt very confident of the work he was doing and within our budget. They acted fast and after a day's work the place was looking fantastic. It really gave us peace of mind. We will always use them now for top ups and more needs to be done. We are so relieved we can trust these guys to carry out excellent work when he live a few hours away. I even contacted AJ services since the big clear out and they did a great top up and but down some grass seed. Really looking forward to seeing my in laws enjoy their beautiful garden again. We had a porcelain tile semi circle laid as well as a path and a rear paved lounging area. We also had new turf laid. Ashley was super professional from the beginning and was very efficient with initial quotes and suggestions for our ideas. We had an awful bumpy lawn and we now have an amazing garden that we can't wait to enjoy when the weather turns. Our little girl who is 4 was finally able to ride her bike on the new path and she was so happy! All of Ashley's team were super friendly and excellent at their jobs. They were always on time and very respectful and tidy.

AJ Sparks recently repaired a hazardous drain in the car park at The Miramar care home. Their team responded promptly, addressing the issue quickly and professionally. Ashley has great vision if you’re at all undecided and the team of staff are extremely hard working and professional. Derek and Georgie carried out an extension to our existing patio and found an almost match to the existing slab. We are extremely satisfied and happy with the standard of work we received, and disruption was kept to a minimum. We would thoroughly recommend to anyone wish to have any hard landscaping work done.

Derek and his team did an excellent job with our back garden. We were very impressed with how thorough he was in the beginning and talked us through the whole project and what would be expected. We had some idea of what we wanted, and Derek helped us shape this and provide his own ideas of what we could do, which we really valued. It took us a long time to get him booked in (5 months, so book well in advanced), but when he confirmed a date, the work was completed in good time and completed with excellent quality. He was conscious of doing an excellent job, but also considered the implications of the decisions too. For example, we asked for an area to be covered in patio slabs, and Derek mentioned that we also need to consider the drainage required for such a job. He factored this into the work, and given the rain we have had over the past couple of months, we've been very thankful of the knowledge he had to ensure that the job is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. We would highly recommend Derek to others and will happily use him again.

I was looking to create a new herbaceous border but wasn’t sure where to start. I was recommended to Hythe Garden Landscapes and I have been so pleased with the service provided. The team have excellent knowledge of plants and were able to recommend, source and plant some excellent specimens for me which will provide interest and colour throughout the year. They also tidied up the rest of my garden and provided additional plants where required. I will be asking them back to maintain the garden as and when required. We used Shane and his crew when we moved in to a new build . The house was quite small and we needed to extend a summer extension to provide a seating and dining area to create more depth to the house without losing the sense of a garden . The water feature and green tropical plants complimented the garden furniture that added the space and lost no sense of the outdoor area . We had a few changes about storage , but managed to create a space that kept the lines and elegance of the garden , which is enhanced even more when the lighting is put on and does not lose the sleek look we were after . Shane came in on budget (but we did have to make a few changes ) and more importantly on time for completion (although a few return trips were needed) but this was mainly down to it being a winter build and the conditions his men worked under were pretty miserable , but they cracked on and got the job done . I would whole heartedly recommend KBL for vision and creativity. We love our Garden and the time we spend in it . The only complaint I have for this year is the lack of sunshine and even Shane can’t be held to account for that - again thank you for our beautiful garden and all the best in your future projects

I cannot praise Shane, Keith and his team enough!! During our design consultation, Shane came up with some good ideas and I'm glad I went along with them, as my patio is now a very special place for us, where we can just relax or entertain. Shane and his team are just basically amazing! They are very professional (know what they are doing…), punctual, tidy and committed to the job at hand and in a nutshell they want to create your dream. I cannot tell you how much I love just looking at my new patio, I now have my very own little piece of "Love Island" yes I love watching Love Island :) The porcelain slabs have been laid to perfection and I get so many positive comments on how well the slabs have been laid. Keith built my cedar wood pergola and it looks amazing (one of Shane's ideas….) and I have to agree with Shane it really does set of the patio. Shane is always contactable, when not on site, which we really appreciated. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and we are so over the moon that we choose Kent's Best Landscapers to build our super patio (one of the best decisions we have made!).
