I took my guinea pigs there and everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Jack was so knowledgeable and really cared for Piggy Smalls - I felt that I could trust them and I couldn’t recommend a better vet.

Faultless service from first contact. The kindness and support shown when my lovely old boa constrictor sadly had to be put to sleep was amazing, right up to and including when he was collected for cremation. Would 100% recommend this practice!!

Our lovely cat Rosemary of 18years, health deteriorated quickly and when we reached out to our own vet of 20years we couldn’t get an appointment within reasonable time. We contacted Medivet Evegate- Montgomery, who gave us the opportunity to attend straight away and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The whole service and compassion from all staff involved (reception lady who was so kind on the phone when I started crying and she led us into a consultation room and offered drinks and tissues, to the kind vet who was with us till the end with Rosemary ) was second to none. We would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We also received a beautiful card in the post today which meant so much to us. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!

Thank you for taking such good care of our dog for her neutering operation yesterday and giving her all the love in advance to keep her settled - it’s lovely to know your staff took it in turns to cuddle her as she didn’t want to go in a crate! First rate experience all round and we appreciated the reassuring feedback after the op and clear after care instructions

I am very happy with the treatment my dog has received at Canterbury Veterinary Surgery. She was diagnosed a year ago with heart failure, and thanks to the care and treatment she has received from Peter and the team she is still enjoying life. I'm so pleased that she is receiving treatment here, well worth the journey from Deal!

Peter and his team were expcetionally amazing with customer service knowledge and expertise !! I would highly recommended them so much love and care for the animals and my pup was in the best of hands had an operation we were worried anxious and they all reassured me and promised she will be fine ! Thank you to them and Peter the vet she is healthy happy pup and is recovering from the procedure . I can’t thank them enough for what they did your are all amazing I would give more than 5* . We were seen as an emergency when my dog's eye deteriorated (ulcer) They fitted us in without an appointment twice on consecutive days, brilliant advice and care - and the girls on reception were kind and so helpful - I was even made a cuppa as I was there so long! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

I came to Dafne Vets a couple of months ago for a referal and have never left! I couldnt have found a better veterinary hospital! They are truly kind, knowledge, take the time to explain everything, and most of all treat your pet as if it was there own in such a loving way. The first time I walked I, I was greeted so kindly, by Sara at reception, who was knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. We had a truely wonderful vet Emilia who I can't thank enough! She looked at Milo referral documents on her day off. Did an altrasound, and investigated throughly, he had a small surgery, the stitches were so neat and he's healed amazingly, she is truly a gifted vet, treating Milo as if he was her own. I now never need to worry, and feel lucky to have found such a great vet and veterinary hospital. Thank you, Milo Robins and his mum ❤️

I signed both our Cats up with Dafne Vets this January after a difficult time with another practice. Our little girl Mabel has been cared for so well. Firstly she needed to have all her teeth extracted which was worrying for us but was carried out with absolute care. She is now a different little cat. Yesterday I needed to take her back as she was very lethargic. Again she was treated with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Nikos and his team at Dafne Vets

My cat was referred to Beacon View for dental surgery. All the staff were super friendly and attentive - great communication, including pre-op call and post op check in to see how she was recovering. Surgery seems to have gone well with no complications. If I lived nearer, I would definitely register with them!

5 star treatment at Beacon View Vets. Had an emergency visit on Christmas Eve and the team there did a fantastic job of looking after the family pet dog following a seizure. They kept us fully informed during the few hours she was there, ensuring they updated us when they said they would and making sure we knew what to do if it happened again.

Our new little Puppy Winnie had her jabs and was very settled and calm with the lovely vet on her first visit. The vet gave us lots of advice and booked Winnie in for her next 4 week check. A very pleasant and lovely visit.

Was let down by our vet we thought we had everything covered but we had not phoned easy pet travel thinking we would miss our slot on the tunnel Phoned up he said come now we was 15 minutes away got there he had all the paperwork done and checked. And give us advise about one of our dogs from going there getting to the train and boarding the train 1 hour 30 minutes Can't thank them enough and got to pet check in the lad who was doing the check in saw they had done the paperwork and said that's fine don't need to check easy pet they are spot on every time Thanks again Forgot the cost we had 2 dogs they did both dogs 60% less than our own vet 2 dogs £200 both dogs Price is has October 2024

Really easy to arrange online. Collection was quick, friendly and the document explained as it was our first time travelling with our dogs. Much more cost effective than using our own vet. Would highly recommend and would use again for any future requirements.

Absolutely amazing service! They are incredibly responsive and called my own vet to request the details from our dogs, and they were very flexible with the collection time as our ferry got rescheduled. The paperwork was very well explained and we crossed the border without issues. And also important, the price is amazing compared to other vets. We will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately we had to have our beautiful boy Charlie put to sleep yesterday. Craig (our vet) was absolutely amazing. The love, care & compassion was above & beyond. Last week, Wednesday 1st February we had to make the gut wrenching decision to send our 18-year-old cat to heaven after a short battle with cancer. We had already decided that we wanted at-home euthanasia so that our cat Fudge was peaceful and in familiar surroundings. Oli went through the process step by step so that we were aware of the changes that may happen during the process and what to expect. He made sure to let us know exactly what was happening and reassured us that we were making the right decision. Even down to the details of his cremation such as where he was going and who would be doing it. Ensuring us he would be taken care of during his final journey. What was supposed to be a stressful and traumatic experience was turned into a quiet and peaceful send off for our cherished family cat. And for that, we thank you.

On Monday I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Barney as he had reached the end of his life. It was a very hard decision to make. However, it was made easier by the kind care and guidance provided by the vet Dr Oliver Daniels from Silver Gate Vets, who helped us handle the sad process. Also for arranging everything with Di and Kat from Barnshaw Pet Crematorium. I appreciate the gentle way they collected Barney immediately afterwards and dealt so thoughtfully with his cremation. I am forever grateful for their services.

Oli came along to my home at very short notice, when it was time for my little cat Mae to be put to sleep . She hated the vets and I didn’t want to put her through that . We knew it was time to let Roxy go after her diagnosis which was inoperable. She outlived vets prediction by nearly a year but the time had come. I wanted to do it at home so that she didn't experience any stress. For what was the saddest of times, couldn't have experienced a more peaceful send off. Michaela was kind and compassionate, no fuss was made, it was all done very kindly and swiftly as Roxy drifted peacefully away. The crematorium were waiting outside to take her way. Although a heart breaking day it was the best send of for my beloved fur baby and I would highly recommend Silver Gate Vets
