Cannot recommend enough. The thought of having to take our beautiful Tilly to the vets (which she hated) for her final moments was awful but she had deteriorated so quickly and on a bank holiday Monday we thought we might not have any choice. The decision was incredibly hard but Silvergate made the whole process stress free. Tilly was at ease the whole time and it was just as though she had drifted into a peaceful sleep, comfortable in her own home, loved and with her family which is all we could have asked for her. Thankyou for making our final moments with her so peaceful.

Oli came along to my home at very short notice, when it was time for my little cat Mae to be put to sleep . She hated the vets and I didn’t want to put her through that . Oli was so brilliant - kind, professional and respectful . I was dreading the whole thing, but his manner helped to make it all go calmly and smoothly . Thank you Oli 😌

Last week, Wednesday 1st February we had to make the gut wrenching decision to send our 18-year-old cat to heaven after a short battle with cancer. We had already decided that we wanted at-home euthanasia so that our cat Fudge was peaceful and in familiar surroundings. Oli went through the process step by step so that we were aware of the changes that may happen during the process and what to expect. He made sure to let us know exactly what was happening and reassured us that we were making the right decision. Even down to the details of his cremation such as where he was going and who would be doing it. Ensuring us he would be taken care of during his final journey. What was supposed to be a stressful and traumatic experience was turned into a quiet and peaceful send off for our cherished family cat. And for that, we thank you.

On Monday I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Barney as he had reached the end of his life. It was a very hard decision to make. However, it was made easier by the kind care and guidance provided by the vet Dr Oliver Daniels from Silver Gate Vets, who helped us handle the sad process. Also for arranging everything with Di and Kat from Barnshaw Pet Crematorium. I appreciate the gentle way they collected Barney immediately afterwards and dealt so thoughtfully with his cremation. I am forever grateful for their services.

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

Visited today, at short notice and was so impressed by the caring and gentleness of the vet and the lovely kind receptionist too. They treated my cat with such care and softness - l was really shocked - our last visit to Pets At Home was awful. Would highly recommend this lovely practice 100%. Thankyou!

Wonderful vet he was honest, caring, gentle and kind to my dog during the examination. He explained everything to me clearly. I rang because I was concerned about my dog and although they were closing at 12 oclock they fitted us in and did not rush the consultation even though it was past closing time. The receptionist was very nice and caring as well. Wonderful vet highly recommended by me and my boy 🐕 .

I've not long joined Swale Barn Vets, but so far my experience has been nothing less than fab. Everyone is so caring. I love that they are a properly Vet run practice and not a corporate company run practice that are everywhere these days, this is why I chose Swale Barn. I recently called at short notice as my cat Binx was not himself and off his food, and although there were no appointments they fit him in there and then. The vet, Jane, noted straight away that Binx was a stressy cat, and did everything she needed to do calmly but as quickly as she could so I could get him home ASAP. He was booked in the next day for dental work, i was given an estimate prior so i knew what it would cost. I received a call after the op talking me through the whole procedure and aftercare. They even made sure he was ready for me to pick up early as I was going out that evening. I highly recommend Swale Barn to anyone looking for a caring vets who put the animals and their families first.

First class service. Ronnie is 4 days post op from being castrated, from start to finish they dealt with me faffing and worrying. Due to Ronnie being exempt they adapted to my needs to put my mind at rest, they allowed me to stay with him for initial sedation and then invited me in once op was complete. Their first thought was always my dog and whay made him feel comfortable

Pennard Vets are amazing. My cat was recently spayed. The care she received was outstanding. We had phone calls on the day after the surgery and the day after. We have had 2 follow-up appointments, and we're left knowing everything and what to look out for. All the staff that came into contact with Lettie gave her the best care. I genuinely felt they had her best interests at heart, and I knew I was leaving her in their capable hands. I really can't praise the team enough. Thank you for all you did. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for you

Jo is the best vet I have ever had! She is compassionate, friendly and caring and my girls all love her too. Chris was also fabulous and the girls are very happy with their pedis xxx

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. The staff are very patient and professional and will take the time to advise owners and calm nervous animals . I highly recommend Pennards veterinary services . A big thank you to all xx

Amazing vet clinic. Super clean, staff friendly and efficient. Even my very snobby dog liked the vet. Don’t try to send you home with anything you don’t need and prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend taking your pets to them.

We needed to get our little Lurcher Luna Spayed, we found The Manor Veterinary surgery on the Net We phoned and actually got a human that actually answered the phone in less than a minute. We inquired how much the price would be, it's was over a hundred pounds less than our old vets. We booked her in and she went in for her Op. We couldn't be happier with her treatment and after care. But what impressed me the most was the waiting room was separated for dogs and cats, lowering anxiety of both owners and their Pets. Brilliant service by people who obviously love animals Thank you & keep up the great work

I couldn’t recommend Manor vets at Chatham highly enough, from the fantastic vets to the wonderful caring and understanding nurses and staff. They’re an amazing team who go above and beyond. The vets was amazing! They were the only vets around that had the second vaccination to what my breeders told me to get Came in and the reception loved my puppy Rosie haha, she wanted a cuddle and had a lovely chat Then met the vet person himself, full of information, really interesting things, also done health check on Rosie which was all good Overall, so much information, but amazing visit ! Thank you so much 🐶😁 has been an amazing experience and would recommend! Wished I known sooner as this would be my main vets haha but who knows I might switch

John and his staff have looked after Bella and Tilly for over 6yrs now and I truly would not take them anywhere else! Caring, professional, reasonably priced and damn bloody good at what they do!

Great experience friendly super helpful staff. I was able to book my kitty cat in for the same day as she had hurt her leg treatment was thorougher and quick. Very gentle with her and gave us loads of information to help support her recovery.

Such a great Kennel, all the staff love the dogs and they are do friendly. We have an XL Bully (Mas) and a Pug (Sid) they are always excited to go there.

To put it simply. This was the first time we ever needed to board our dogs so I was nervous. I have never left my girls for too long and if we ever needed someone to take care of them there were friends and family at the ready. We got to pop down for a visit with our girls to view the space. At first our girls were nervous from hearing other dogs in the area but then they saw the field and they were happy as Larry. They investigated the kennel space and were very curious all good signs. When it came to dropping them off it was swift and painless. I on one hand was offended that my dogs didn't kick up a stink about being taken away from us. But at the same time because everything was done calmly the girls knew from our normal behaviour that there was nothing to worry about. When it came to collection. Well they were happy to see us but not at all desperate to go home. I actually would have liked them to act like they missed me more. Overall it was a very professional and pleasant experience in which I will confidently be able to leave our girls here again.

Left our 5 month old puppy for a night as a try out and she had such a brilliant time. Beaux Aires really looked after her like she was their own. Super happy and wouldn't go anywhere else. Update she is nearly two and adores it here. Their care is wonderful.

After my dog being treated unfairly by Borden lane vets, I registered both my dogs with well pets after a recommendation and I can not thank them enough. They treat my girl so well and do not care that care that she is a large breed, she went into to be spayed on Thursday and made me feel so comfortable and knew I was very anxious. The nurse knew my baby didn’t like the clippers and decided to get in the kennel with her to put in her iv, she played with her before the surgery and everyone made a fuss of my baby. They are so welcoming and so caring

We trust Vanya more than anything with our boys. She is fantastic and always knows the best thing to do. We have been through a lot with our poor dog who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and the team at well pets, Vanya & Molly in particular, have been unbelievably understanding and patient. Our boy was diagnosed over a year ago and we were told he would have 9 months - a year but he is still going strong and I truly believe that is through the amazing help and care of this lovely surgery. Lovely building, love the segregated area for cat owners so they can get some peace. Price was a little high, but that's vet's for you unfortunately. But my cat is well again and staff and service was very good.

Excellent vet's we had an emergency with our cat and they fitted us in sadly it was a one way trip for our cat but the vet confirmed what we already thought and reassured us we were doing the right thing. The vet and staff treated us very well I couldn't fault them at all. A very good service and would recommend this vet's

I couldn’t ask for a better vets for my beloved dog. They have looked after her for years and when it was time for her to pass on they treated us with the up most compassion. They made such a painful time as easy as possible. The vet gave us as much time as we needed with our girl after she passed and she reassured us that we’d made the right decision. They worked well as a team, arranging payment in the room to give us privacy and showing genuine care for us and our dog. From her younger years our dog benefited from the companion plan where you have flea, worm and vaccinations for the year plus 10% off treatment and a free health check once a year. She was spayed here years ago and received great treatment back then too. Every member of the team we have encountered over the years were outstanding. Our girl looked forward to meeting Jason and getting a treat from reception. Every vet I visited with her explained everything, taking time to discuss different options. Our dog needed pain medicine which the vet prescribed and dispensed. The pictures are of my beautiful girl and updated with what the lovely staff put together for us. We received a sympathy card in the post from them after we collected our girls ashes. I really cannot fault their service.

Bought my childhood dog here 10+ years ago, always a great experience then and recently my new puppy had a fall and fractured his leg, the whole team have gone above and beyond for us making sure he got what he needed as soon as he possibly could, such a warm welcome and all our questions are listened to and answered no matter how small. Absolutely no concerns leaving our boy with the team, they all very clearly adore what they do, Such a daunting, upsetting experience made just that bit easier all thanks to you. Thank you so much!

We visited Fern Cottage for the first time today with our springer. The vet was amazing and gave us such reassuring advice regarding care of our dog. The whole experience from reception through to veterinary consultation was excellent. We will definitely be joining this practice - best I have ever encountered.

I just want to say thank you to the staff. My dog has been with this vets all her life and she is still going strong as she is nearly heading towards 18 years old. All the staff love her and its a pleasure to see them love her as much as I do. They take such good care of her. I've grown up with my buddy and she means the world to me. Though my dog can be energetic they are always patient with her. Even though she nearly 18 she still wags her tail and jumps up for a walk. Thank you.
