I wanted to take this opportunity to express how grateful we are for the excellent care and advice you’ve provided over many years. We have been bringing our greyhound, Scarlett, to your practice since she was first rehome, many years ago, and more recently, our 5-year-old Saluki. Even though we live in London, it’s always worth the drive to visit you, whether it’s for a dental check-up, or a full health assessment as was the case last week. The thorough and professional care you offer is second to none, and we always feel that Scarlett and our other pet are in the best hands possible always. One thing that stands out to us is how comfortable Scarlett is during every visit. Her relaxed and calm body language inside your clinic speaks volumes about the level of trust she has in your team. This sense of ease reassures us that she is receiving top-quality care, which, I’m sure, has contributed to her excellent health. Despite being nearly 13, Scarlett looks and acts much younger, with no significant health concerns — a testament to the outstanding guidance and support we’ve consistently received from your practice over the years. Not easy doing a review when we have just said goodbye to our beloved 14 year old greyhound. But we were recommended Lingfield Lodge 11 years ago and despite it being 15 miles away I wouldn't have wanted our dog seen by anyone else. Thank you Lingfield Lodge (Special thanks to Hubert). I came to Carewell having taken on a very poorly young puppy I was seen by two of the vets at the Practice who gave us the most outstanding care throughout. During closed periods I had constant contact with the vet while my puppy was critically ill. He was giving me advice and comfort during those difficult times unfortunately, our Puppy who only weighed 400 g lost his fight and passed away however the comforting words and Care that we received during his short life was absolutely outstanding. I then received a sorry for your loss card with kind words from the team at Care Well I feel this Practice genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make that known. Thank you for all that you did to help us, and I will definitely use you again in the future lots of love, Mary RIP little Oreo x

Visited last week when it was time to say goodbye to our beloved cat Dave and I can’t praise the team highly enough, especially the two vets who compassionately managed everything from start to finish and the lovely receptionist who greeted and said goodbye to us warmly and sympathetically and sensitively declined to take payment as we were leaving saying that payment could be settled later. This was all in stark contrast to when we said goodbye to Dave’s sister a couple of years previously when our vet was part of a large chain. There we were left feeling rushed, and very much processed and needless to say there was a much bigger bill to settle there and then. In summary I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Carewell and I really hope this practice goes from strength to strength as it fully deserves to.

Amazing vets. Friendly, knowledgeable and above all, caring! Treated our furbaby with love, kindness and dignity right until the end. Jason, in particular, was so understanding and gentle and when it was time to say goodbye, he came out to our home. Would recommend this vets to anyone, very fair pricing structure. What a lovely practice, I’ve just picked my pointer up from the surgery after being spayed, the service is outstanding. The staff are all so caring too. As for the price well that was brilliant too. I couldn’t recommend any other vet practice. 5 stars for excellence. Thank you so much

Really impressed with the vet I saw yesterday at Allington. Her name was Joanne and she was very kind and calm with my dog Poppy. She was very patient. It made for a really great experience!

Jo is the best vet I have ever had! She is compassionate, friendly and caring and my girls all love her too. Chris was also fabulous and the girls are very happy with their pedis xxx

Pennard Vets are amazing. My cat was recently spayed. The care she received was outstanding. We had phone calls on the day after the surgery and the day after. We have had 2 follow-up appointments, and we're left knowing everything and what to look out for. All the staff that came into contact with Lettie gave her the best care. I genuinely felt they had her best interests at heart, and I knew I was leaving her in their capable hands. I really can't praise the team enough. Thank you for all you did. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for you

An excellent veterinary practice. Our Staffordshire Bull Terrier had an allergy on his stomach and area. Very red and open wounds which really irritated him. Unsuccessful attempts by our local vets we went to the Holistic Veterinary Centre. Kay the Vet spent a lot of time with him and gave us helpful advice, guidance and support. His diet was changed, support given and he’s now okay, no issues. We constantly monitor his diet and further checks at the vets show he’s okay. Great Vets and not just medicine induced but natural products and advice. Totally recommend this practice.

My dog and horse were treated compassionately and every detail examined. In both cases the homeopathic remedies worked and I cannot recommend Tim and his team highly enough.

Tim and his staff are fantastic Our westie Charlie had chronic colitis and our local vet said they had done all they could for him. His weight was dropping dramatically and we feared we were losing him. Tim began treatment and within weeks he was putting on weight and back to his active life. Later he developed a skin disorder which again Tim was able to control. Sadly Charlie passed away with cancer but we know Tim gave him another happy year of life . Tim and team have looked after my family pets for some time, thank you all especially the ladies that work Tuesdays. I would trust Tim's expertise with any of my animals and a great advocate for alternative therapy, it does work very successfully and recommend it if you are hesitating trying it as I was some years ago.

Best vets I have ever joined! Took our cat to have him neutered and they looked after him so well! Receptionists were lovely and the vet explained everything simply and clearly! Such a lovely bunch, like a little family who really go the extra mile to care for your pet. Definitely would recommend 😄

Little Hoppers have been brilliant since transferring to them from our previous vets, our 16 year old dog is on a particular medication and Little Hoppers went above and beyond to find her medication despite it being out of stock everywhere! We are really grateful for their help so far and huge thank you for making our little lady so happy! Big shout out to Hayley and Gemma x

We went to Little Hoppers Animal hospital yesterday to see our regular doctor Dr Sara Levy. Sara has been taking care of our cats for many years and she's an expert in the field. She always explains things in detail and answers all of our questions with expert knowledge. The practice is lovely, clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Little Hoppers Animal Hospital.

My three shitzu are well looked after by all and appreciate there support in keeping my fur babies well and happy

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

Friendly reception staff and rarely a long wait for appointments. Our dogs are skittish at best but the vets are great and patient with them

What can I say about Patrenden, they gave my two girls a new lease on life. After being failed by our previous vets, Polly saw my Anatolians and her guidance and medical knowledge has been a game changer. From having conversations of planning for the end, to now talking about how my girls run around the house and have never been happier.

We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. All reception staff have always been so lovely too and me, Thomas & Freddie are very grateful to you all. Thank you x

An amazing independent veterinary practice offering the absolute best in professional care. Today huge thanks to vet Tom for his professionalism and skill in spotting a problem with my elderly cocker and for his care in her final hours. Special thanks to nurse Will for helping so much. This is a wonderful team and we are so lucky to have them. A bad day made so much easier by their care.

Friendly, independently owned practice. Reception staff are efficient and wecoming and the vets are thorough and don't rush you. Bonus is parking!

First time there. My pomeranian had kennel cough vaccination. Very welcoming staff, vet too. So glad we registered there now.

Very professional, from counter staff to the vet that did attend to my young dog. I very pleasant experience for me as well. The only downside was the lack of buses.....but it not there fault !!!! Car next time as parking available, but as first time I was unsure. A good selection of treats & toys leashes at very good prices 🙂🙂🙂

Went to Park Vets with a very stressed and nervous cat. The vet and the receptionist were both very calming and reassuring and Milo was treated quickly and well.

We've been with this vets for a few months and I can't recommend them enough. All staff are so kind and helpful and the pet plan plus is very beneficial. Although they don't have specific parking, waitrose is just around the corner so very handy

We have been with Pennards for five years with our shih tzu Bubbles, they have always been very helpful, friendly, accommodating and caring. She went to the puppy classes too which was great for her socialising We would definitely recommend this clinic, as well as Sevenoaks when Bubbles was neutered there

I’ve been with the vet practice for over seven years. The care has always been excellent. And really helpful. Leaving a review today as my cockapoo had surgery and everything was superb. Lots of info before and after -sent on email as well . Great support from the vet team. And one dog who is still excited to go to the vets!

We have been very fortunate in having Pennards London Rd Tonbridge during the last 5 years; when our retriever of 9 months got hit by 2 cars , they suspended surgery and came out to assist, by good fortune he recovered from his serious injuries and subsequently he has received fantastic care as and when circumstance dictate. The entire team take a genuine interest in all of their pet clients and being a member of Pennards Club, the benefits are a bonus so I can only sing their praises which was not the case with our previous experiences at another Vet Practice who were found wanting when our late dog was in need of serious attention. So if in doubt do choose Pennards London Rd for your caring vetinary practice.
