Tim and his staff are fantastic Our westie Charlie had chronic colitis and our local vet said they had done all they could for him. His weight was dropping dramatically and we feared we were losing him. Tim began treatment and within weeks he was putting on weight and back to his active life. Later he developed a skin disorder which again Tim was able to control. Sadly Charlie passed away with cancer but we know Tim gave him another happy year of life . My dog and horse were treated compassionately and every detail examined. In both cases the homeopathic remedies worked and I cannot recommend Tim and his team highly enough.

An excellent veterinary practice. Our Staffordshire Bull Terrier had an allergy on his stomach and area. Very red and open wounds which really irritated him. Unsuccessful attempts by our local vets we went to the Holistic Veterinary Centre. Kay the Vet spent a lot of time with him and gave us helpful advice, guidance and support. His diet was changed, support given and he’s now okay, no issues. We constantly monitor his diet and further checks at the vets show he’s okay. Great Vets and not just medicine induced but natural products and advice. Totally recommend this practice.

This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy 😻. Thank you again.

This practice is exactly what we were looking for in a veterinary service. I honestly don't think it could be any better. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The updates we received while Mr Grey was in their care were refreshing to say the least. The prompt treatment and after care he received could not have been better. The best vets!! My dog use to be petrified at his old vets. Would shake uncontrollably and run for the door. Which gave me major anxiety at the thought of taking him to the vet with how he behaved. Now at bobbing hill he pulls me to the door, goes in and makes himself at home. Lays right out on the floor, has to say hello to everyone in there. He thinks of it as a day out even after surgery there which I thought would change his mind. Everyone he’s seen just love on him, get down to his level and play and give him attention which I think is what’s won him over. They all love him as their own. It’s such a pleasant experience for the both of us. They are super transparent with prices, there are no hidden costs like other vets. Yes slightly more expensive compared to other vets but I would pay that and more for the treatment me and my dog get. After his surgery in the following days I’ve had calls to check up on him and ask if I need anything etc.. they want to see him post opp 2 times before giving him the all clear and these are FREE!! I would have paid anyway but it was such a nice surprise as other vets would certainly charge for check ups. It just shows they care. It’s beautifully decorated and feels super homely. Always so so clean. Thank you for everything so far in the 3 months we’ve been with you. I so wish I had moved him sooner! Glad we have found a vets for life💙

Little Hoppers have been brilliant since transferring to them from our previous vets, our 16 year old dog is on a particular medication and Little Hoppers went above and beyond to find her medication despite it being out of stock everywhere! We are really grateful for their help so far and huge thank you for making our little lady so happy! Big shout out to Hayley and Gemma x

We went to Little Hoppers Animal hospital yesterday to see our regular doctor Dr Sara Levy. Sara has been taking care of our cats for many years and she's an expert in the field. She always explains things in detail and answers all of our questions with expert knowledge. The practice is lovely, clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Little Hoppers Animal Hospital.

Amazing vets. Friendly, knowledgeable and above all, caring! Treated our furbaby with love, kindness and dignity right until the end. Jason, in particular, was so understanding and gentle and when it was time to say goodbye, he came out to our home. Would recommend this vets to anyone, very fair pricing structure. Visited last week when it was time to say goodbye to our beloved cat Dave and I can’t praise the team highly enough, especially the two vets who compassionately managed everything from start to finish and the lovely receptionist who greeted and said goodbye to us warmly and sympathetically and sensitively declined to take payment as we were leaving saying that payment could be settled later. This was all in stark contrast to when we said goodbye to Dave’s sister a couple of years previously when our vet was part of a large chain. There we were left feeling rushed, and very much processed and needless to say there was a much bigger bill to settle there and then. In summary I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Carewell and I really hope this practice goes from strength to strength as it fully deserves to.

I came to Carewell having taken on a very poorly young puppy I was seen by two of the vets at the Practice who gave us the most outstanding care throughout. During closed periods I had constant contact with the vet while my puppy was critically ill. He was giving me advice and comfort during those difficult times unfortunately, our Puppy who only weighed 400 g lost his fight and passed away however the comforting words and Care that we received during his short life was absolutely outstanding. I then received a sorry for your loss card with kind words from the team at Care Well I feel this Practice genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make that known. Thank you for all that you did to help us, and I will definitely use you again in the future lots of love, Mary RIP little Oreo x

After being failed by our previous vets, Polly saw my Anatolians and her guidance and medical knowledge has been a game changer. From having conversations of planning for the end, to now talking about how my girls run around the house and have never been happier.

Mum has been using Pattenden Vet Clinic since they started and she cannot praise them high enough. We recently took her new puppy there for her jabs and a few other things, they are really friendly, helpful and polite whilst remaining professional. They are not overly expensive and we can definitely recommend them for all of your pets needs.

We have been very fortunate in having Pennards London Rd Tonbridge during the last 5 years; when our retriever of 9 months got hit by 2 cars , they suspended surgery and came out to assist, by good fortune he recovered from his serious injuries and subsequently he has received fantastic care as and when circumstance dictate. The entire team take a genuine interest in all of their pet clients and being a member of Pennards Club, the benefits are a bonus so I can only sing their praises which was not the case with our previous experiences at another Vet Practice who were found wanting when our late dog was in need of serious attention. So if in doubt do choose Pennards London Rd for your caring vetinary practice.

Pennard Vets are amazing. My cat was recently spayed. The care she received was outstanding. We had phone calls on the day after the surgery and the day after. We have had 2 follow-up appointments, and we're left knowing everything and what to look out for. All the staff that came into contact with Lettie gave her the best care. I genuinely felt they had her best interests at heart, and I knew I was leaving her in their capable hands. I really can't praise the team enough. Thank you for all you did. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for you

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. Very professional, from counter staff to the vet that did attend to my young dog. I very pleasant experience for me as well. The only downside was the lack of buses.....but it not there fault !!!! Car next time as parking available, but as first time I was unsure. A good selection of treats & toys leashes at very good prices 🙂🙂🙂

My little friend Maximus, working cocker, decides to chew and swallow my wife’s sock. On phoning our vet, George answered and without any hesitation asked me to bring him in. This was an out of hours call, 9.35pm. In short, the calm and immediate response from George saved my friend, I am in your debt and extremely grateful as always. Relieved to get an appointment on a bank holiday weekend when our 'default' vets was closed. Have now swapped to this practice as the service was great and common sense was used, plus their prices were cheaper too! We have been bringing our greyhound, Scarlett, to your practice since she was first rehome, many years ago, and more recently, our 5-year-old Saluki. Even though we live in London, it’s always worth the drive to visit you, whether it’s for a dental check-up, or a full health assessment as was the case last week. The thorough and professional care you offer is second to none, and we always feel that Scarlett and our other pet are in the best hands possible always. One thing that stands out to us is how comfortable Scarlett is during every visit. Her relaxed and calm body language inside your clinic speaks volumes about the level of trust she has in your team. This sense of ease reassures us that she is receiving top-quality care, which, I’m sure, has contributed to her excellent health. Despite being nearly 13, Scarlett looks and acts much younger, with no significant health concerns — a testament to the outstanding guidance and support we’ve consistently received from your practice over the years.
