“We were seen as an emergency when my dog's eye deteriorated (ulcer) They fitted us in without an appointment twice on consecutive days, brilliant advice and care - and the girls on reception were kind and so helpful - I was even made a cuppa as I was there so long! Would HIGHLY recommend!”

“Dafne vets have always gone above and beyond for my Doggies! They have always been professional but with so much compassion! I am so grateful to Nikos and his team for giving my beautiful Girl Lottie an extra 18months with us! The team and Yoni couldn’t do any more to support us and give Lottie the dignified, compassionate care when it was her time to cross Rainbow Bridge. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Tracey, Nick (and I know Lottie would agree.) Xxxx”

Whitstable Bay Veterinary Centre

“We have been very lucky to have this vet close to us and they have always provided excellent care for our four cats including directly, through referring and through helping with tests. I was compelled to write a review after 8 years however because we had to make the very hard decision to have our cat put to sleep after a very sudden illness and Vicky was a fantastic support during this time. She did what she could to make the process calm and reassured me throughout. They also arranged for the cremation and saved me a little clipping of fur and paw print to keep which has meant the world. Whitstable Bay also liaised with a specialist vet to ensure that they had all the right info to provide us and to help us understand what was happening. They have always helped with any concerns that our cats have presented with including eye conditions, weight loss and we have never felt judged about how we treat our cats (one of ours is very anti-brush/groom and does get very matted and the nurses have supported us with this at times).”

“Our dog had an emergency CT scan yesterday and the care and compassion was fantastic. Not only for our woofy but also for us as my husband had a medical incident whilst running through her treatment. I cannot thank the vets enough and the other staff who took it in their stride and saw to my husband as well as our dog: I’m sorry I don’t know all your names to mention you personally but your acts of kindness were amazing. Thank you for sharing your staff biscuits 🍪”

“Harrison and the nurses have been fab looking after our cat while she was spayed. They are always so thoughtful of her feelings and experience at the vets, consequently she has no fear or minimal of being there. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and give lots of snuggles and compliments to the animals. Following her spay we’ve been offered multiple check ups included in the price and the option to send in photos of any concerns. Couldn’t ask for better help. Harrison made sure we were confident with the after care. Harrison is the vet we see every time, so he has got to know all our family pets and us, we have trust in his treatments. We would happily recommend the vets to anyone.”

“Fantastic help for people who have pets and are on low income! They’re always so helpful and I wouldn’t know where to get help for my pets without them! The cat however is less impressed with her new lampshade accessory.”
