I came to Dafne Vets a couple of months ago for a referal and have never left! I couldnt have found a better veterinary hospital! They are truly kind, knowledge, take the time to explain everything, and most of all treat your pet as if it was there own in such a loving way. The first time I walked I, I was greeted so kindly, by Sara at reception, who was knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. We had a truely wonderful vet Emilia who I can't thank enough! She looked at Milo referral documents on her day off. Did an altrasound, and investigated throughly, he had a small surgery, the stitches were so neat and he's healed amazingly, she is truly a gifted vet, treating Milo as if he was her own. I now never need to worry, and feel lucky to have found such a great vet and veterinary hospital. Thank you, Milo Robins and his mum ❤️

I signed both our Cats up with Dafne Vets this January after a difficult time with another practice. Our little girl Mabel has been cared for so well. Firstly she needed to have all her teeth extracted which was worrying for us but was carried out with absolute care. She is now a different little cat. Yesterday I needed to take her back as she was very lethargic. Again she was treated with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Nikos and his team at Dafne Vets

What a great place & really lovely receptionists. Initially spoke on the phone for advice whereby Jo made some enquiries & called me back within a few hours. Treatment arranged & so I was able to collect for our little Barbie. Very impressed. Thank you for your kindness & understanding.

Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Lovely vets, easily accessible with a very clean and calm reception are. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful and the vet was very knowledgeable and great with my new puppy

Bourne Veterinary Practice is an outstanding practice. After a lifetime of animal family members, I have been a client for many years since the practice opened, and during that time I cannot think of a single thing to fault. The vets and nurses are professional and clinically brilliant as well as kind, approachable & genuinely caring about your animal companion. Fantastic new vet practice in Chartham. Clean and modern facilities and friendly staff. I urgently needed an appointment for my dog but was registered at a different vets. Despite this they gave me an appointment at very short notice. The veterinarian Charlotte was fantastic - she did a thorough examination, explained her observations clearly and gave useful and practical advice. After a stressful few days she really put my mind at ease. A big thank you to the Vet Shack team!

Adam, Vicky and their team are absolutely amazing. They have two of our dogs on pet plans and are amazing with them. They have also recently helped us say farewell to our other dog. Everyone who dealt with us was amazing and empathetic, nothing was to much to ask and they are without a doubt the best vets any where. Special thanks to Vicky and Emily who were so amazing, to the point that Emily stayed with our dog until Treasured Friends collected her. We are forever grateful.

My dog hates all vets but Vicky was great with her. They don't rush you and provided additional advice above what I came in for. Lea is also extremely helpful both via email and when in the practise. Thank you for taking care of my dog!

Having been accepted with a 13 year old dog with terminal heart problems, can’t fault the care and compassion shown by the vets and all the staff. The way the at home PTS was handled will always warm my heart. So no question where our new rescue (Penny) would be registered. Three years on, we have recommended many, even though we have to travel 9 miles to get to the vets, would not consider changing. My only concern is over the new booking system “PetsApp”. It was very urgent situation, I booked an appointment online, this was followed by vet reception, which helped to arrange the appointment on the same day. Vet examined my dog very carefully explained everything and prescribed treatment. Prize was very reasonable. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you

Vets for Pets-Canterbury Sturry Rd practice is both very personable and professional. Reception staff were excellent. Craig, the vet, was very professional and friendly. The manner in which my cat was handled during the session was very gentle and I have never seen my cat so 'chilled'. The check-up she had was explained in detail and in an easy to understand manner. In all a very welcoming practice that I would recommend to any pet owner. Many thanks to all.

Friendly and professional service received as I always do from here. This time was for a prescription enquiry. Thankfully (in the sense of my cat staying well and injury free) I don't have to visit very often and it's mostly routine checkups, but every time I do, the service is impeccable 😁

Incredible vets! Have been with them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I managed to take my dog in for not only an appointment, but also an operation on the same day to fix a badly damaged nail on his paw. Pol the surgeon was amazing, very knowledgeable and super calm. Would highly recommend.

I really can't find the right words to say how grateful i am to everyone at barton vets . Their care and dedication to my cat "Dotty" definitely saved her life !!. They were all very kind to me as I was a total wreck . She stayed 5 nights and 6 days . They brought her back from the brink . Amazing care and service given after a worrying weekend with our Chihuahua Sid. We called Corner House Vets at 9.30am on a Sunday morning and within the hour we were registered and being seen. 5-star service from start to finish, Thank you so much ❤️

Lovely vets. All the staff are so kind & caring. Our Addison's rescue dog is terrified of the vets, but the team are so great with her (especially Emily & Alex!) & I'm sure she realises they saved her, after a recent Addison's crisis. Great team!

This is a great, friendly practice. It’s reasonably easy to get an appointment, there’s always been parking available and you don’t have to wait around for ages. I first visited with a friend and immediately changed from my previous practice, as the vibe was so good. Even my dog likes it!

Amazing practice. Receptionists always greet my dog and get to know you and your pet. Always feel welcome and listened too and always calms my anxious big baby with lots of cuddles and fuss. Highly recommended have seen a few different vets here but all are amazing, friendly and have the dog’s best interest! Couldn’t thank them enough including the lovely girls on reception

Lovely staff, who obviously love animals. Made my boy feel comfortable and happy during his appointment, from checking in to his consultation and treatment. We have had to visit a few times since moving to the area and everyone went above and beyond and I couldn't ask for better treatment for my over enthusiastic pup! Highly recommend. Someone is feeling much better!!!

Briar house have always and continue to be amazing! Our puppy Nugget was in today for castration and we were kept up to date throughout the day. Staff are incredibly polite and didn’t mind the calls we made and when I popped my head in to check if all was ok - anxious nelly over here! Nugget came home sore and weary as expected but we know he has been in safe hands! Thanks to everyone at Briar House 💛

Had coffee and cake here after a walk in the forest nearby. Everything tasted great, especially the ice cream alongside the crumble was the star of the show. Enough shade in the garden for us and the dog on such a hot day.

This veterinary practice is for those on low income. The nurse was professional and polite and the vet was kind, compassionate and extremely caring. She microchipped my puppy and he was happily playing with her, didn’t feel much. Absolutely recommend the practice and it’s coffee shop next door to support this amazing charity. And what beautiful views and surroundings.

Dog friendly and lovely place. The soup was tasty. We could relax after the forest walking.
