The vets saw my cat on a Saturday even though they had no appointments left. They put Stewie first above the cost and the time. They were patient with me and thorough with the examination. They went above and beyond to help him.

I just love White Cliffs vets - we've been going for 12 years and every time it's a lovely experience. Not only for Archie my cat but for me too. I feel very well looked after! Thanks to all the staff - great job! Xx 👍😊🐱

I cannot recommend highly enough White Cliffs vets. Their reception area is clean and spacious with separate areas for cats and dogs. The vets listen and always call you back for a chat. And lastly, there is plenty of safe parking.

Our new little Puppy Winnie had her jabs and was very settled and calm with the lovely vet on her first visit. The vet gave us lots of advice and booked Winnie in for her next 4 week check. A very pleasant and lovely visit.

Our cat was recently registered at Beacon View and we have been very impressed by the excellent standard of service and care provided by Claire and her team. We took Dinky in for boosters and annual health check initially and Claire was so patient and kind, taking time to make Dinky feel comfortable and relaxed, the experience was entirely stress free for all. There is a designated cat waiting area and the surgery is welcoming and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

My cat was referred to Beacon View for dental surgery. All the staff were super friendly and attentive - great communication, including pre-op call and post op check in to see how she was recovering. Surgery seems to have gone well with no complications. If I lived nearer, I would definitely register with them!

5 star treatment at Beacon View Vets. Had an emergency visit on Christmas Eve and the team there did a fantastic job of looking after the family pet dog following a seizure. They kept us fully informed during the few hours she was there, ensuring they updated us when they said they would and making sure we knew what to do if it happened again.

Many thanks to the two lovely ladies who came out to us Wednesday to put our dog to sleep. You where both great and caring. Your pricing compared to another vets in deal we was with was half the costs quoted by them. So happy with the service, we will be bringing our cats to you and any future animals we have. Alex

Panayot saw our dog for an eye problem. We felt he really cared and connected with Stanley and it was so reassuring. We transferred here from another vet who told us we needed specialist care and didn’t want to give us any options. Thank you Panayot for all your help as Stan is recovering well under your care.

I always find the staff at Manor Vets professional and caring. From when we had kittens through to the old boy being put to sleep, he was always well cared for and looked after. Now I take my dogs there and the staff do what they can to support and help you. The receptionists are great at putting you at ease, even when you're really stressed with your pet.

Manor Vets are excellent, because since I have moved to Folkestone in 2021 they have looked after my cat and dog in the best possible way. All members of staff are working to a high standard. I can highly recommend Manor Vets to you! 😊

I have used Manor vets for years and so have other members of my family. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. The vets are knowledgeable and skilled regarding my animal’s health issues. They are very transparent with costs and up front about prognosis etc. I have had some very sad times over the years when I have lost my beloved animals. They have been faultless and very caring and compassionate. Highly recommended.

Our dog had an emergency CT scan yesterday and the care and compassion was fantastic. Not only for our woofy but also for us as my husband had a medical incident whilst running through her treatment. I cannot thank the vets enough and the other staff who took it in their stride and saw to my husband as well as our dog: I’m sorry I don’t know all your names to mention you personally but your acts of kindness were amazing. I really can't find the right words to say how grateful i am to everyone at barton vets . Their care and dedication to my cat "Dotty" definitely saved her life !!. They were all very kind to me as I was a total wreck . She stayed 5 nights and 6 days . They brought her back from the brink . Incredible vets! Have been with them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I managed to take my dog in for not only an appointment, but also an operation on the same day to fix a badly damaged nail on his paw. Pol the surgeon was amazing, very knowledgeable and super calm. Would highly recommend.

We have just got a puppy who needed her second injections. We looked around for a vets and came across this vets which is within walking distance. First impressions of the place were good and the reception staff were friendly and the place is clean and tidy. We went into the vets room, and it was a very warm welcome. She told us all the information we needed to know and was more than happy to answer our questions. Overall, the vets is lovely, and we would definitely recommend them.

As a licensed dog boarder, I've faced numerous challenges with animal vaccination certificates and related documentation. Recently, I needed an AHC certificate for a dog in my care, and I reached out to Maison Dieu Veterinary in Dover. I was impressed by their exceptional service. They provided all the information I needed, explained the process clearly, and even invited me in to review the paperwork together. I had the most traumatic experience whilst putting my dog to sleep, where she managed to bite my face. I cannot praise this practice enough for their quick thinking and the way they assisted me. Carole the practice manager needs to be mentioned especially, whilst my face was heavily bleeding, she was with me and held my hand throughout being extremely supportive. I will never be able to thank Carole enough for just how good she was and will forever be eternally greatful to her. She thinks quickly on the ground, she stays calm under pressure and the way she is with her team reassuring them equally as much is something only an everyday hero would do. Thank you all, thank you Carole!
