The vets saw my cat on a Saturday even though they had no appointments left. They put Stewie first above the cost and the time. They were patient with me and thorough with the examination. They went above and beyond to help him.

I cannot recommend highly enough White Cliffs vets. Their reception area is clean and spacious with separate areas for cats and dogs. The vets listen and always call you back for a chat. And lastly, there is plenty of safe parking.

Many thanks to the two lovely ladies who came out to us Wednesday to put our dog to sleep. You where both great and caring. Your pricing compared to another vets in deal we was with was half the costs quoted by them. So happy with the service, we will be bringing our cats to you and any future animals we have. Alex

I always find the staff at Manor Vets professional and caring. From when we had kittens through to the old boy being put to sleep, he was always well cared for and looked after. Now I take my dogs there and the staff do what they can to support and help you. The receptionists are great at putting you at ease, even when you're really stressed with your pet.

My elderly dog, Marvin, passed away while I was travelling. Went to Vets4Pets, who sorted cremation and posted my dogs ashed to Belfast. A young lady called Hanna did everything, and I wish to leave a special thank you to her.

Panayot saw our dog for an eye problem. We felt he really cared and connected with Stanley and it was so reassuring. We transferred here from another vet who told us we needed specialist care and didn’t want to give us any options. Thank you Panayot for all your help as Stan is recovering well under your care.

Our dog had an emergency CT scan yesterday and the care and compassion was fantastic. Not only for our woofy but also for us as my husband had a medical incident whilst running through her treatment. Incredible vets! Have been with them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I managed to take my dog in for not only an appointment, but also an operation on the same day to fix a badly damaged nail on his paw. Pol the surgeon was amazing, very knowledgeable and super calm. Would highly recommend.

Love visiting this vet practice always a friendly welcome and excellent help and care! Also I get my poo bags there now… it’s an easy bag to use and good for the planet to.. when you work out the per bag cost it’s affordable as well. Carry on the good work Maison Dieu!

We have just got a puppy who needed her second injections. We looked around for a vets and came across this vets which is within walking distance. First impressions of the place were good and the reception staff were friendly and the place is clean and tidy. We went into the vets room, and it was a very warm welcome. She told us all the information we needed to know and was more than happy to answer our questions. Overall, the vets is lovely, and we would definitely recommend them.

I had the most traumatic experience whilst putting my dog to sleep, where she managed to bite my face. I cannot praise this practice enough for their quick thinking and the way they assisted me. Carole the practice manager needs to be mentioned especially, whilst my face was heavily bleeding, she was with me and held my hand throughout being extremely supportive. I will never be able to thank Carole enough for just how good she was and will forever be eternally greatful to her. She thinks quickly on the ground, she stays calm under pressure and the way she is with her team reassuring them equally as much is something only an everyday hero would do.
