Staff are always friendly and helpful. We get the best care and the VIP club makes it really affordable. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else!

Have always had excellent experience at the vets, always friendly & very happy to give advice when needed ,every single member of staff are very approachable, would recommend to any pet owner who wants a good caring vet.

Great experience friendly super helpful staff. I was able to book my kitty cat in for the same day as she had hurt her leg treatment was thorougher and quick. Very gentle with her and gave us loads of information to help support her recovery.

John and his staff have looked after Bella and Tilly for over 6yrs now and I truly would not take them anywhere else! Caring, professional, reasonably priced and damn bloody good at what they do!

Last week, Wednesday 1st February we had to make the gut wrenching decision to send our 18-year-old cat to heaven after a short battle with cancer. We had already decided that we wanted at-home euthanasia so that our cat Fudge was peaceful and in familiar surroundings. Oli went through the process step by step so that we were aware of the changes that may happen during the process and what to expect. He made sure to let us know exactly what was happening and reassured us that we were making the right decision. Even down to the details of his cremation such as where he was going and who would be doing it. Ensuring us he would be taken care of during his final journey. What was supposed to be a stressful and traumatic experience was turned into a quiet and peaceful send off for our cherished family cat. And for that, we thank you.

On Monday I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Barney as he had reached the end of his life. It was a very hard decision to make. However, it was made easier by the kind care and guidance provided by the vet Dr Oliver Daniels from Silver Gate Vets, who helped us handle the sad process. Also for arranging everything with Di and Kat from Barnshaw Pet Crematorium. I appreciate the gentle way they collected Barney immediately afterwards and dealt so thoughtfully with his cremation. I am forever grateful for their services.

Cannot recommend enough. The thought of having to take our beautiful Tilly to the vets (which she hated) for her final moments was awful but she had deteriorated so quickly and on a bank holiday Monday we thought we might not have any choice. The decision was incredibly hard but Silvergate made the whole process stress free. Tilly was at ease the whole time and it was just as though she had drifted into a peaceful sleep, comfortable in her own home, loved and with her family which is all we could have asked for her. Thankyou for making our final moments with her so peaceful.

Oli came along to my home at very short notice, when it was time for my little cat Mae to be put to sleep . She hated the vets and I didn’t want to put her through that . Oli was so brilliant - kind, professional and respectful . I was dreading the whole thing, but his manner helped to make it all go calmly and smoothly . Thank you Oli 😌

I moved to Pennard vets recently, and I have never had a better experience with pet care as I have done with Pennards. They give each animal 100% care, and meet their needs. My boy is a very nervous dog. And they go above and beyond anything I could ever ask for, to ensure he doesn't get stressed or agitated. He is given so much love when he visits and they really do take so much pride in what they do. I couldnt recommend pennards more highly if I tried.

Thank you for looking after phoenix our 2 year old cat who lost weight and was poorly after we came back from holiday. She was given such care and attention and you were always on the end of the phone or app to give reassurance. Thankfully she is all better now

Pennard vets are great. Really friendly and helpful. I recommend the health club. The vets & nurses take their time explaining how best to look after your pet through illness & post surgery. They are caring & compassionate. Our dog & cats always have a stress free time at their appointments.

This practice is exactly what we were looking for in a veterinary service. I honestly don't think it could be any better. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The updates we received while Mr Grey was in their care were refreshing to say the least. The prompt treatment and after care he received could not have been better. This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy 😻. I cannot recommend these vets enough. They have been so kind and caring while looking after my rabbit Lily. They always made appointments available, often at very short notice as her health deteriorated. The compassion and empathy they displayed at the end of Lily’s life was comforting and respectful. I had her cremated and they all signed a sympathy card with a touching hand written message. They also had taken footprints and a cutting of her hair. I can’t thank all the staff enough for making Lily’s last few months a peaceful and happy experience. I will be forever grateful ❤️

Unfortunately had to call upon Ian’s service. It was a difficult and heartbreaking decision but we had Poppy and Meg , 17 and 14 put to sleep together. They no longer suffer. Ian was kind and professional, an amazing service which allows your pet to drift away surrounded by their loving family in their own bed. Picture of the beautiful two together in their younger days.

Ian was very kind and compassionate during a very difficult time for the family. He came out within the hour of contacting him. Ian explained the process of putting the dog to sleep and gave us all the time we needed with Kira after she had passed. It was a very dignified ending for the dog and much nicer than taking her to the vets. Thanks again Ian We will be recommending you in the future.

Today we had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Simba. He lived a very long life of 13 years old which we are so grateful for but unfortunately his back and front legs in the last three years was giving away to the point he couldn’t get up and walk anymore. We decided that today was the day we all had to say our goodbyes which Ian helped us by putting him to rest. We contacted Ian back in April 2024 because thats when we thought it was time, but our strong boy continued to live on a little longer 💪🏻 When recontacting Ian he managed to come in the morning on the same day. Ian was very caring and the process went smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for a better send off. Thank you Ian.

After severe negligence by our vet, my cat Mac Mac unfortunately developed a terminal injection point sarcoma. After trying everything possible to reverse this, including holistic and emf treatment, unfortunately there was no improvement. To prevent further suffering, and not wanting to go back to the vet that caused this, I stumbled upon Farewell Friend on the web and am so glad I did. Although he had a full day, Ian kindly came back on my msg immediately and offered to make me the first visit of the day as I didn't want my young boy to be present. Ian was simply fantastic. He let me take whatever time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved cat. Similarly, after the event, I was very distraught. Again Ian let me have all the time I needed to grieve before passing her over for cremation. Although Ian in no way tried to rush me, I am sure I made him late for his other appointments. Thank you so much, Ian! You offer a crucial service, and I'm so glad my cat could pass in familiar surroundings and as peacefully as possible.

Pluto gained some vet trauma from other veterinary clinic and we went to Pennard vets for help. They were very comprehensive and caring from the beginning. We started our behaviour consultations with Sophie who was amazing and so patient with him. After a few months we managed to get him vaccinated. Thank you so much for everything both Maidstone and Langley.

Langley park vets have look after our 2 dogs minnie and Hallie for years now. They are always great and so helpful on the phone. New staff lately; but still friendly and helpful. Last week my dog dog poorly after a spay and we had to go for numerous appointments to help her. The vets, receptionist and everyone was amazing and had her best interests at heart. Yes the tablets and products weren’t cheap, but they helped our dog so much and I’m so grateful for this! We have the pet plan where we get discount today which really adds up. The vets loved my little Hallie and really looked after her. Thank you all for looking after our doggies xxx

Lovely service here today from the lady I'm reception, she was really polite and accommodating to our pet. The vets is so clean which is very noticeable, such a good vets to be part off. Definitely will be renewing the insurance with them!

We cannot recommend Caron the physio at Pennards highly enough! Her expertise, patience, and care have made an incredible difference in our dog’s mobility. From the very first session, it was clear that Caron not only understood canine anatomy but also had a deep compassion for animals. Each session was tailored to his needs, with clear explanations provided so we could continue exercises at home. Caron’s gentle and encouraging approach put him at ease, and it has been a joy to watch the progress over time. This is the first vets practice that has offered us a physiotherapist service and we really cannot recommend Caron highly enough.

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

I cannot praise this practice enough. They certainly love all animals nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Jo for all you do. My Yorkie loves you. I appreciate you and I hope your Boss does too. Thank you to all of you at Allington and Maidstone

Really impressed with the vet I saw yesterday at Allington. Her name was Joanne and she was very kind and calm with my dog Poppy. She was very patient. It made for a really great experience!

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far. Also had a chat with our local pet shop that backed up the good reviews I'd heard elsewhere. Great stuff so far. Thanks.

It was a quick and efficient service. Staff were friendly and did what was necessary, during our quick visit. Vet was friendly too, although couldn't find anything wrong with the pooch. Maybe he was faking his limp!

Bought my childhood dog here 10+ years ago, always a great experience then and recently my new puppy had a fall and fractured his leg, the whole team have gone above and beyond for us making sure he got what he needed as soon as he possibly could, such a warm welcome and all our questions are listened to and answered no matter how small. Absolutely no concerns leaving our boy with the team, they all very clearly adore what they do, Such a daunting, upsetting experience made just that bit easier all thanks to you. Thank you so much!

Excellent vet's we had an emergency with our cat and they fitted us in sadly it was a one way trip for our cat but the vet confirmed what we already thought and reassured us we were doing the right thing. The vet and staff treated us very well I couldn't fault them at all. A very good service and would recommend this vet's
