I've been going to Phase for years, all the girls are so lovely, it's like popping in to see friends. Kerry does my hair, she's brilliant, the cut is always fabulous and Kate does my nails - honestly, there's no one better. My nails always look amazing. We are so lucky to have Phase in Lenham, I would travel miles to have my hair & nails done here!!

This is a friendly local salon, that keeps on top of the latest trends. I can always guarantee that I will have excellent colour, cut/blow dry and good advice for my hair and the products I should use. The manicures/pedicures and other beauty treatments make this a great one-stop shop for beauty essentials. With free parking in the villlage - this salon is worth a detour - and excellent value for money. I highly recommend Phase Hair and Beauty.

It's always great here. I get so many compliments on your great my hair looks. Everyone is friendly and professional, and it costs less than many other places. Kerry and the team are great. I don't want to go anywhere else, and haven't, for about 8 years!

“Three friends wanted a pamper, so going from a recommendation we booked 2 Indian head massages and a reflexology treatment. We were greeted with our friendly masseuses. I went for an IHM, but that was shortly changed to a neck, shoulders, and back because my back really needed unknotting. It was probably the best massage I have ever had. I feel fantastic. Thank you Shannon. Julie loved the reflexology, she was amazed at how relaxing it was and how great she felt afterward. We will definitely be returning. Thank you The Fig Tree Spa for making our day. x”
