I booked in for a cut and finish with Mandy this morning. I received a warm welcome from Jo (and a lovely cup of tea!) I am thrilled with the results- Mandy is a great addition to the team- she listened, made suggestions and gave some tips to try at home. The cut and blow dry looks fantastic and has given my tired hair a new lease of life. Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience at Infinity Hair Salon today. I had a bob cut, wash and blow dry and style by Katie who was training with Brendon supervising, Katie did such a great job and was friendly throughout, and Brendon was great taking the time to train, also friendly. Incredibly happy with everything, both took the time and passion to do a lovely cut and blow dry plus curled. Left very happy indeed and will be going again. Thank you so much! Very professional.

The owner Brendon did my hair today and I have to say what a great experience. He listened to what I asked for and never deviated once. The wash was amazing as I had a head massage also, so was nice and relaxed. I had a cappuccino whilst in there and Katie the lady who does nails etc was really lovely too. We had no problem starting a chat between us all and as customers came in they joined in. I have never had this kind of experience at any hairdressers before. I have now booked to have my highlights done in April. I am very impressed with the layout of the salon. And how nice he and his staff are. Nothing is too much trouble. I was really surprised when he said he will have been open for a year comes April. Not the impression I got at all. It’s like he had been in Birchington for a lot longer than that. Highly recommend for hairstyling etc and from what I saw of the young lady doing nails I would recommend her too. It is very obvious that both care for their customers and to me that is one of the big things. Thanks Brendon

It was my first time visiting and I was impressed it is such a lovely chilled salon, all staff members are welcoming. Christie worked her magic on my hair and she did an amazing job very happy. I went from very long, thick dry hair to short healthy hair. They listened to what I wanted done and did not hesitate at all. Christie did a lovely head massage very relaxing. I will definitely be returning to have regular thinning out and colour.

Brendon is the star at this salon, the quality of the haircuts and the haircare he offers to his clients is unmatched to any other salon you would think of going to as he really does care and love hair, he would is say so himself. You would not leave disappointed as you’re in good hands he's being doing my hair for years and not once I've been discouraged by his skills as a hairdresser additionally he's also a great person in general you would be in for great chats along aside him delivering great services .

Professional and welcoming salon. All members of staff are very friendly and make you feel like you belong there. I get my hair done by Zoe, who is very knowledgable and good at what she does. My daughter gets her hair done by Olly; she has her own style and he always accommodates what she wants perfectly. She also gets her gel nails done here by Alex. She loves getting different designs and nail art and they always look fab! Would highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oliver is not only a very good hairdresser...he takes time make sure you are happy with the service you are booked in for. He is so friendly and makes you feel at home ! Lovely salon too.. modern and very clean and he uses great products.. highly recommend 😀

Had my nails done today by Kiera, haven't had them done in a very long time so went with something neutral. She put my anxiety at ease and was lovely, very friendly and so nice to chat to. My nails have come out perfect, absolutely love them. Would 100% recommend going here if you're wanting your nails done.

I've known Clare for nearly 20 years. I think she has performed every treatment she offers on me! Clare did my wedding make up, removed a raised birthmark which has been life changing and cost a lot less than the surgery I had planned, electrolysis, regular waxing, massage, facials, lash lifting, vitamin injections etc etc... Clare continues to take as many training courses to improve her knowledge and skills. This really shows, as she is very confident in everything she does which makes you feel very safe in her hands. Because she is so qualified and is so passionate about her work you just feel that you can trust her instantly. I always feel at ease and confident I will have a treatment better than anyone else could provide for me. I always have a great time and we laugh and I can trust her to be totally confidential with anything we talk about. Clare is very open minded and so understanding! I can't wait to try all the new treatments to come!

Clare is hand down the best in Thanet (and probably further) she really knows how to shape your eyebrows to your face. Takes time and never rushes so you always get the best results. Very skilled and equally lovely!

Clare is an incredibly kind, professional, and attentative therapist. I've had a couple of treatments with her and she always listens closely, asks me any questions, and tailors her suggestions and care to my specific needs which I really appreciate. Clare has also given me amazing after care experience. The business location and Clare's room is quite small, but has a really cosy and personal vibe to it. Not the best for anyone with accessibility issues as there are steps. Really recommend! x

Great place, the lady on the top floor (I can’t remember her name) was so friendly and did a fabulous job of eyebrow waxing. She made me feel very welcome and the room is relaxing and beautiful. Great experience!
