Best massage ever! Such a lovely salon with really friendly staff that put you at ease instantly! It’s immaculately clean, very professional & reasonably priced. Now that I’ve found it I’ll never go anywhere else!

My first time at Eden and what a gorgeous place it is. Raechel did an amazing job with my hair and understanding my ramblings of what I wanted.

Been a customer for six years now & wouldn't have my nails or other beauty treatments done elsewhere. Claire, Lisa & their staff are lovely. I always recommend to anyone. My nails have never been in such good condition.

I have curly hair and have found it difficult in the past to find a hairdresser that knows how to cut it, as it shrinks up once dry and if it’s cut too short doesn’t look right. Claire always cuts it perfectly (it’s the only time I haven’t gone home and re-washed and styled it!) and takes her time to make sure you’re happy with it. Would highly recommend her.

As a gentleman going in to a spa often I'm aware I'm not their usual client, and some places do outright refuse to treat men - which I understand! Ontop of that, I hadn't had any massage, sports or spa, in over a year so my body was extremely knotted and tight. Katie who treated me worked wonders. I had a long massage followed by a facial treatment to really deep clean and relax the body before Christmas time. Katie who treated me was very understanding and made me feel exceedingly comfortable throughout the process. I will absolutely be coming here again, thankyou!

I visited the granary spa on Saturday for a quick back neck and shoulder massage. Amy was fantastic. It was a bit noisy outside the room with other customers talking but I spoke with the spa manager Georgia and she said that she would look into this. I was offered a complimentary treatment which I booked in the week and added a bolt on and it was perfect.

I had a pregnancy pamper morning today. From the minute I walked into the spa I felt calm and relaxed. Abbie and Amy were so friendly, looked after me, made sure I was comfortable and gave me 2 incredible treatments (a facial and a scalp, neck and shoulder massage!) The refreshments, drinks and sweet and savoury platter in the relaxation lounge were delicious. Abbie kindly wrote down the products that had been used during my treatments which I will definitely be looking at purchasing as they smelt divine. I will definitely be returning and my sister is going to book in for a massage soon as I have highly recommended you. Thank you for making me feel so relaxed and I’m all ready for baby now!

Rachael has looked after my hair for the last 20+ years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with it. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and the girls are trained to a high standard; they are always friendly and full of helpful tips and information. I love the products and wouldn't use anything else on my hair now. I would recommend the salon to anyone who only wants the best for their hair.

Today was my first time in this hair salon, and I will definitely be coming back! Rachel was absolutely lovely to me, took her time to try different length to make sure I would be happy with the result, even offered me something to drink :) I am very happy with my new haircut (if you're looking for someone to do an undercut, look no further), and the price was great too. Chelsea has been colouring and cutting my hair for over 10 years and she gets it right every time! The colour is always exactly as I ask, she takes such care in making sure each time is perfect. I’ve also had my makeup done several times by Abs and she’s great! The girls recently did my sisters wedding, and we all loved their work, 8 happy bridesmaids! Couldn’t recommend Nat’ural hair designs enough!

I recently became a new client of Chelsea & Abs, straight away I felt in safe hands. I have vivid colours and extensions and the girls have done the most amazing job with my hair. I had my hair done with Chelsea yesterday and it was the most incredible experience from start to finish. I'm extremely self conscious and have had issues with my weight since having children, so attending a salon with 3 stunning women would normally make me feel extremely anxious but the whole team made me feel relaxed and were super friendly. Chelsea is quite simply amazing, her attention to detail and her passion for creating beautiful colour is unmatched and I can't believe how gorgeous my colour looks after just one visit. The salon is beautiful and such a safe space and you could see the team have such a great bond. Can not wait for my next visit.

I get an honest answer and come out feeling great . A bonus is a drink and head massage , what’s not to like . Louise's salon and the service she provides is second to none. The salon is lovely, perfectly clean and very tranquil, I always leave feeling very relaxed and pampered. As Louise only has one client sitting at a time, you have her full undivided attention, which for me makes the experience all the more enjoyable and relaxed. Louise is an excellent stylist and is very attentive, as well as being a lovely person. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my extensions, they always look amazing, so natural and perfectly colour matched. 10/5/23pm - I had my first visit to The Hair Academy Ashford, I walked through the door and received a very warm welcome. I was booked in and Thalia (1st Year student) showed me to a chair. She listened to what I would like done. She then had a word with her tutor Annie who gave her some advice. I had my hair washed with a lovely head massage. The whole way through my appointment Thalia was very professional, she did ask Annie a few times about the cut who was always on hand and encouraging. The salon was busy but it felt relaxed, friendly and professional. It did take a little more time than if you go elsewhere but I felt that I was being taken care of. All the way through I felt really comfortable and came away with the best hair cut I have had in a long time. I made another appointment on my way out. The prices are very good. On my experience I would definitely recommend visiting the hair academy. Thank You.

Today I went to Terri Gilham for the first time as I was recommended by my mum and what a great experience it was! My stylist Maria was so friendly and attentive, always making sure that I was comfortable and happy- as were the other staff too! I’m in love with my hair and can’t wait to go back!

The salon is a lovely boutique style salon in Kent. On arrival, you are welcomed by the lovely staff. Very attentive and can’t do enough for you. They are all very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I had a delicious latte along with a lovely chocolate cake. Maria was amazing, so friendly and I absolutely loved my scalp treatment and my waves - just what I wanted. I’ve booked again and decided to upgrade my blow dry to a Keratin straight blow dry to reduce the frizz before my holiday. Recommended by Maria. All I can say is WOW… I was beyond blown away with my experience at Terri’s salon with her incredible team! I found Terri through a friend after a bad experience with my previous extension stylist! From the moment I booked the appointment to walking into the salon Terri and her team were incredible, professional, welcoming, attentive, warm and friendly. I sat in the chair and Adele (who is just fabulous) chatted to me about what I wanted, she took my hair extensions out so carefully (there was a lot) whilst I enjoyed an amazing hot chocolate (with cake & biscuits) before having the most relaxing hair wash after my colour in a massage chair which was amazing! Whilst my hair was being cut the other girls then started the long job of washing, treating & drying my hair extensions before putting them back in and cutting again to style / curl… Adele suggested cutting in some bangs to shape round my face a little & WOW WOW WOW what a difference! I left the salon with the biggest smile on my face and felt a million dollars, it has been years since I walked out of a salon and didn’t want to run home and restyle my hair! I cannot wait for my next appointment in 8 weeks… the biggest thank you to Terri, Adele & the team for the best experience! x

Just had my first haircut here, and Simon was fantastic, sat and talked about my hair, listened to what I said about how a felt about my hair. Then gave me a lovely cut , which has made me feel so much better. Thank you Simon ,I will diffently be back. And thank to the lovely lady who washed my hair and made me a hot cut of tea.

Had a great experience at the salon. They were able to cut both my partner’s and my hair, along with our toddler’s in the space of 30 mins. Super efficient, and very happy all around. Will be back!
