Very kind patient with me, lovely clean space and well lit (I am partially sighted and struggle if places are too dark) everything explained well and clearly (I am hard of hearing), reasonably priced. I felt at ease and I love the style of my cut. I will be back when my next cut it due and would highly recommend. I also love that you can get something to eat and drink whilst you wait for your appointment. The food is lovely too and the paying for food and hair at the same time made it much easier

I had a lovely lunch here with a friend, service was just right & the food was delicious. Then I spent a very relaxed hour with Lilly having a fabulous pedicure. Such a nice place and lovely people.

Had a lovely iced mocha from the tea rooms here. Lovely set up, cakes look delicious. They also have indoor and outdoor seating :)

Fantastic service. Kiera was very friendly, polite and professional. She did an amazing job at neatening up my brows. The salon was warm and clean and cosy. The staff were able to accommodate seeing me a little bit earlier than I had booked in for which was really helpful. I’m forward to coming back next week for a different treatment.

Felt like a totally new person after my pamper with Sam. Everything lasted well so good value. To top it off Sam is just a lovely person snd instantly makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend a visit.

I have been to Sam for both lash extensions and Lip filler. I've got to say Sam is the best beautician I have been to by far and I've been to a few! She's warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The appointments never feel rushed either. I would recommend Sam to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

Sam is amazing at doing my lashes, she is very experienced, reliable and makes me feel very comfortable during my lash appointments. My lashes are always exactly what I ask for and last very well. I can not recommend Sam highly enough!!

This is my second BIAB mani with Rachel, and honestly I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with her faultless skill, technique and manner. She is warm and welcoming, her salon is spotlessly immaculate. I’ll definitely be a regular for mani’s going forward, and will go to Rachel for the other treatments I’m currently considering too.

I had a French manicure done by the lovely Natalie to go to Jamaica. I have to say they are amazing, after 2 weeks of being in & put if the sea & the pool they still look as good as the day they were done. Not forgetting the lovely natter with Natalie while my nails were being done 😊Will definitely be back

I had a Dermaplane facial with Rowan Retreat and I couldn't be more happy with my results. My therapist (Natalie) was friendly and made me feel at ease straight away as I have had very few treatments in the past. The room was clean and comfortable and it had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The actual treatment was amazing! I felt so relaxed and Natalie explained what she was doing and why at all times. The treatment was not rushed and I felt as though Natalie was totally dedicated to making my treatment special. When my treatment was completed, my skin felt so soft and it actually felt as though I had a new face!! Natalie explained the after care and was completely professional at all times. I would recommend Rowan Retreat to anyone that would like any sort of beauty treatment and I will certainly be going back.

Nat is fabulous. I leave every time relaxed and feeling really good. She's not only great at getting rid of muscle tension but also great listening to those little lifes niggles. It's an hour or so of bliss in a very busy week. Highly recommend.

Finding Natalie at Rowan Retreat feels like finding a true gem! Not only do my nails now look lovely but Natalie's warm and friendly nature made it such a wonderful experience. Natalie really knows her stuff and will look after you in the most caring and professional way. I can highly recommend, especially if you are looking for somewhere that genuinely welcomes everyone.

Beautiful salon with lovely staff. I got a curly cut from David and he REALLY knows his stuff! Anyone with curly hair knows it can be hard to find someone you can trust and who knows curly hair. I was looking for a new hairdresser after moving to the area and was a bit nervous to try somewhere new, and I’m glad I found David! He gave me an amazing cut, great advice, and clearly really cares about what he does. I am super happy with my hair and will now be a regular client!

Had a great experience today. Cannot recommend Shannon enough, she totally got the brief and understood my nervousness of having a shorter restyle. She aced the brief and I left grinning. 100% recommend and will be back.

Dave has been cutting my hair for over 15 years and when he moved to Faversham it was a no brainier that i would follow him! It takes me about an hour to drive there but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fab new salon, bright and staff are really friendly too.

This is the best hair salon in Kent! Every single member of staff is friendly and welcoming. From the moment I was welcomed in by the lovely young lady at the desk I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Emmie was brilliant from start to finish. Giving helpful and honest advice. We spoke about my long term hair goals and how we are going to get there. We had a great chat while my hair was being done and now I can’t wait for my next appointment. Other members of the team I had a quick chat with that were also friendly were Dave and Shannon ( I believe those were your names but sorry if I got it wrong). I will not be going anywhere else to get my hair done. Thank you all for being amazing.

10/10 for our bridal hair and makeup experience with Sue and Charlotte. They both instinctively knew what I wanted and gave advice during informal chats and for trials. I was completely 'blown away' by how good they were on the wedding day. Sue and Charlotte were so professional and speedy. I was having too much fun to be nervous and the end result was even better than the trial. I trusted them completely and they both delivered. So happy with the result. Sue and her team are absolutely great, she did mine and my bridesmaids hair for my big day. We gave them full control on what they wanted to do with us and she did not disappoint in anyway. Absolutely cannot recommend Steven James salon more highly I started in going to James in May 2024 and he has restyled my hair. Just giving me confidence with a slightly longer length but with a very stylish undercut. A great atmosphere and everyone is welcoming. And happily recommended to two friends who are with Tilly

Tilly is an amazing hairdresser and gets it just right every time, a really lovely kind young lady who is a true breath of fresh air. James runs the most lovely hairdressers with all wonderful staff. I’ve been coming here for several years now and they have always done a great job of my hair. Tilly started cutting my hair about two years ago and she’s really great, really listens, gives sound advice and the cut is always just what I want, holds really well, grows beautifully etc and my hair feels so much better for weeks afterwards.
