I visited the secret spa for the first time a few weeks ago. I had no clue what the interior would look like. Safe to say I was blown away. The spa Rachel has created is breathtakingly beautiful. The environment is so calming and inviting and very pleasing to the eye. You can see how much thought has gone into every corner. I had Hannah as my therapist. She was so friendly and kind, and helped me ‘fill my cup’ as a mum of 2 small kids who finds it hard to find time for pampering. Thank you so much lovely!

It’s always such a lovely experience visiting The Secret Spa. Rachel has created the most tranquil, relaxing and beautiful environment. Always feel so welcome and looked after. Both Rachel and Hannah are so lovely and I really appreciate the good advice on aftercare and future treatments. Looking forward to the next visit ❤️

I've had several visits to the secret spa, for eyebrow waxing, pedicure and the Gold Spa package. I can't recommend it enough. Great service in a beautiful setting, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Highly recommend!! I have been to the Secret Spa on a couple of occasions but today's review is after an amazing treatment. The new body bliss. Its truly hard to put into words just how special this treatment was. This is a massage like no other. I feel connected to my body physical and mentally. As women we tend to shy away from touch on our stomach and this has helped me regain confidence on areas of my body that I have fallen out of love with. Focusing on emotional wellbeing, firming stomach treatment, gut health, frozen shoulder, hair thing etc it's the perfect treatment for anyone whose hormones are a bit all over the place. Rachel and Hannah have created a unique and very special treatment to make you feel like you again 🙂

Highly recommend, took my 1 year old for his first hair cut today and they was brilliant with him. Had so much patience and did an amazing job with his hair. Definitely will be returning.

What a lovely barber shop. Felt so welcomed. Comfortable seating area. All so super patient and calm with the children. One cried while we waited and he calmed the boy down by constantly engaging with him. Really nice to watch. We were offered drinks while we waited, it’s clean, great lighting for snaps, well presented, nicely stocked with clear view of products. Thanks to a good friend we were recommended this place, told to make sure we have a young man named Ahmed who did not disappoint. Quick and skilled at his craft. Ahmed was patient, polite, took care and time with my little gem whilst giving him a careful haircut. My son didn’t cry at all. Reasonably priced products. Will highly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be back with my tribe!! Thank you to entire team, especially Ahmed 🤩 star team member🏆✨

We’ve been going here for a while for my son’s haircuts and they’ve always been brilliant with him, especially as he’s always been nervous of haircuts. His hair always looks so nice and neat. Today we took our one year old for his first haircut, he sat in the car and we didn’t get a single tear! The barber was so good with him and made sure he was happy throughout. His hair looks lovely. Great discovery! Have had a few bad haircuts lately and needed some new hope. This shop was open until 7pm so I headed over after work... Super friendly staff, offered me a drink and a very chilled chatty barber. Best haircut I've had in years - a proper skin fade with foils. Would recommend to anyone on the Hoo Peninsula needing a decent cut. 👍

We feel so lucky to have found Zoe - our 4 year old would refuse to have his hair cut in the past, and going to the hairdresser was always a dreaded experience for both of us. Zoe was recommended to us and since then we would not go anywhere else. She is always so patient and kind with him and does a fantastic job of cutting his hair.
