Fantastic full body massage including scalp in a peaceful and serene couples room. The whole team were very professional and made us feel so welcome. This was our first visit to the spa but we’ll definitely be back as we both said it was one of the best massages we’d ever had. As a special treat we added a cream tea for two which was delicious, plentiful and very fresh. A lovely day out treat.

Omg thank you so much. I had a fantastic massage yesterday after being in pain with my neck and shoulders and a massive loss of sleep. I had a back,neck and shoulder massage, I slept for 7 hours last night without waking during the night. I highly recommend you. And will be back tomorrow for my head massage.

Visited for a Specialist pedicure. Annie was wonderful, attentive, explained each process and was lovely to spend an hour with. Annie and the relaxed welcoming atmosphere means I will go back and my nails look fab!

I recently began a laser treatment course at this salon, and I’m truly impressed! Having visited several other salons over the years, I’ve never experienced results as remarkable as I have here, especially after just two sessions. It's clear that the salon has invested in top-of-the-line equipment, which has made all the difference. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, especially Lydia, who performed my laser treatment. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Since my first visit to Beau Clinic, I have been blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I had an in depth skin scan on my first appointment which outlined my concerns and Lydia put together a clear treatment plan on how to get to my goal… I’m 4 months in and I could not be happier with my results so far and can’t wait for my next Hydrafacial! All of the staff you come into contact with on your visit are friendly and polite including reception who always make you feel welcome and attended to.

Amazing massage at The Beauty Corner today. Beautifully restored quirky building in the middle of Ashford. Such a lovely room for a superb deep tissue massage and a lovely experience with Stacey, who put me at ease and was brilliant at helping get the pressure right. Feel so much better. I went with a friend to this quirky little beauty parlour in Ashford. It had so much character and the room where we had our facials was beautifully warm and cosy. The ladies were gorgeous people that we were able to chat freely and comfortably with and made us feel totally welcome and at ease. The facial was out of this world, so calming and relaxing! Extremely reasonably priced for me and my friend. Totally recommend!

First visit to Dontev and extremely happy, I had a consultation with April, and appointment with Chelsea. They sat and actually listened, discussed and looked at pictures of what I want to achieve. The girls are so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and as for the conditioning head massage... WOW. I have been going to Dontev hairdressers ever since it opened over twenty years ago. Staff are unfailingly polite and friendly which makes such a difference. I would like to give particular praise to Lyn who has cut and coloured my hair for many years now. Lyn goes out of her way to accommodate suitable appointment times and is always upbeat and cheerful regardless of how busy she might be when I go in. Lyn styles and colours my hair to my liking and I have complete confidence in her professional skills. She’s definitely “a cut above” for me!

I’ve been going to Dontev for a couple years now and every time April does my hair and it comes out lovely. I get my hair coloured blonde it is always just what I asked for. All the staff are amazing and create such a lovely atmosphere for the salon. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Teresa was recommended to me by a friend and we are both very happy with her brilliant skills. Teresa makes an excellent job of my eyelash extensions. She is professional and courteous. I am allergic to lots of products and Teresa allergy tested all the things she was going to use on me before I had the whole process done. Her home based salon is clean and restful. Teresa clearly prides herself on a job well done and it shows in her work. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my eyelashes now :D

Booked in with Teresa for my first Dermaplaning treatment. I felt totally at ease on arrival as she greeted me with a wonderful smile before I was welcomed into a totally relaxing atmosphere of the treatment room. I couldn't of felt more safe. All through the appointment Teresa chatted and answered all my questions. Oh my goodness after the treatment I felt and you could see my skin was literally glowing, she had removed all the grime and peach fuzz from on my face, I was shocked to see what she had removed. Once I'd returned home I was still so relaxed I sat down and fell asleep for two hours! To anyone reading this please give Teresa a try for your beauty treatments I promise you won't be disappointed. A true professional and a wonderful human. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ever so much Teresa and I will be booking in with you again soon

Always happy with the results from Teresa. She is friendly and always makes you feel extremely comfortable. I’ve been getting my hair extensions done now for a while and they last much longer than places I have been before. I had my lashes and brows done for the first time this week and I’m so happy with the results.

Such a welcoming friendly place. I am a man who has very curly hair and came for chemical hair straightening. Left with long, sleek straight hair and couldn't be happier. The girls are so helpful when giving advice for someone like me who didn't have a clue how to look after long hair properly. Very satisfied with the service and results. Brilliant! I highly recommend this salon. Karine restyled my hair for me yesterday, and I could not be happier. I do not usually go to the hairdresser's; I dislike it. However, Karine was so friendly and knowledgeable that I immediately felt at easy. She took the time to talk to me about what I wanted, she explained all the possible options for my hair type, and she walked me though everything that she was doing. I recently had a cut and blow dry, and I can't recommend this salon enough! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had my hair done by Evie, who was calm and caring throughout the entire process. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel completely at ease. I was even offered a drink, which added a nice touch to the experience. Evie treated my hair with great care, and I could tell she knew what she was doing. My hair felt much softer, well-cut, and beautifully designed by the end of the appointment. She also gave me some great advice on how to keep my hair healthy and nourished, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I walked in to the Salon to ask fir a wash & blow dry. The stylist suggested blow drying my hair in s different way. It looks superb. I'm Very impressed & will definitely be back .

Just had my first haircut here, and Simon was fantastic, sat and talked about my hair, listened to what I said about how a felt about my hair. I had my hair cut done for the first time at Tip Top everyone was so friendly and chatty conversation definitely flowed throughout while having my hair done. My hair feels amazing and lighter. I will be 100% be coming back 🙂

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

I have curly hair and have found it difficult in the past to find a hairdresser that knows how to cut it, as it shrinks up once dry and if it’s cut too short doesn’t look right. Claire always cuts it perfectly (it’s the only time I haven’t gone home and re-washed and styled it!) and takes her time to make sure you’re happy with it. Would highly recommend her.
