First visit to Dontev and extremely happy, I had a consultation with April, and appointment with Chelsea. They sat and actually listened, discussed and looked at pictures of what I want to achieve. The girls are so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and as for the conditioning head massage... WOW. I walked out of the salon feeling great and looking great... already made my next appointment for 6 weeks. Thankyou girls

I have been going to Dontev hairdressers ever since it opened over twenty years ago. Staff are unfailingly polite and friendly which makes such a difference. I would like to give particular praise to Lyn who has cut and coloured my hair for many years now. Lyn goes out of her way to accommodate suitable appointment times and is always upbeat and cheerful regardless of how busy she might be when I go in. Lyn styles and colours my hair to my liking and I have complete confidence in her professional skills. She’s definitely “a cut above” for me!

April consistently impresses me with her exceptional hair coloring skills. The results are not only long-lasting but also leave me feeling confident and rejuvenated after each visit. April consistently demonstrates a high level of attentiveness to your desired hair style and never fails to deliver exactly what you envision. I will never consider going to any other hairdressers!! I’ve been going to Dontev for a couple years now and every time April does my hair and it comes out lovely. I get my hair coloured blonde it is always just what I asked for. All the staff are amazing and create such a lovely atmosphere for the salon. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Sue and her team are absolutely great, she did mine and my bridesmaids hair for my big day. We gave them full control on what they wanted to do with us and she did not disappoint in anyway. Everyone was so happy with how it all turned out. She had already come highly recommended and we were really happy we picked her for the occasion. Thank you so much for everything again!

10/10 for our bridal hair and makeup experience with Sue and Charlotte. They both instinctively knew what I wanted and gave advice during informal chats and for trials. I was completely 'blown away' by how good they were on the wedding day. Sue and Charlotte were so professional and speedy. I was having too much fun to be nervous and the end result was even better than the trial. I trusted them completely and they both delivered. So happy with the result. I have curly hair and have found it difficult in the past to find a hairdresser that knows how to cut it, as it shrinks up once dry and if it’s cut too short doesn’t look right. Claire always cuts it perfectly (it’s the only time I haven’t gone home and re-washed and styled it!) and takes her time to make sure you’re happy with it. Would highly recommend her.

Since my first visit to Beau Clinic, I have been blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I had an in depth skin scan on my first appointment which outlined my concerns and Lydia put together a clear treatment plan on how to get to my goal… I’m 4 months in and I could not be happier with my results so far and can’t wait for my next Hydrafacial! Highly recommend

If I could give a higher rating I would. Charmaine is amazing at what she does as well as being polite, professional and making it a very personal experience every time you visit. All of the staff you come into contact with on your visit are friendly and polite including reception who always make you feel welcome and attended to.

My first visit today was a triumph!...Great salon with a quietly luxurious ambience. All the staff I met were absolutely lovely, Ocean was my therapist today....the treatment I had was the 'Winter warmer'...a delicious mix of 3 treatments that compliment each other perfectly, I left practically 'floating'. Highly recommend....it felt like I'd had a real treat...great experience.

Nicola is an incredible therapist, and has invested so much time and money into ensuring she has the skills and knowledge to solve your skin issues. Iv often gone to her in tears with his horrendous my hormonal skin is feeling, and she always provides incredible advice but also a kind listening ear. She’s a beautiful soul, highly recommended

Nicola is incredible, I was advised to reach out to Nicola which I did virtually during lockdown, I suffered from severe acne and it had massively affected my confidence and I hated applying makeup because I knew I was doing it for all the wrong reasons. She got me onto Alumier and let's just say I've never looked back. She completely transformed my skin even with the facials I've had from her (I'd go every week if my husband allowed it), but she has a wealth of knowledge of all things skin and making sure you get the most out of your appointment. I strongly recommend her for any skin needs or concerns!

Every treatment I have had here has always been second to none. Nicola is always on hand for whatever my skin needs and I always come away feeling amazing and completely relaxed. Even though finchwood is an hour away from me, I honestly would not go anywhere else. 5 star service every time!

I have visited Nicola for a few different reasons this past year and she has exceeded my expectations each time! I first visit Nicola to remove some skin tags and a cherry angioma that I had developed during pregnancy. After getting the sign off from the doctor, I visited Nicola to have the treatment carried out. She put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable from the get go and the aftercare was great. I could not have been happier with the results and will definitely be visiting again in future! On the second occasion, I had booked in for a specific facial with Nicola. Upon arrival, she inspected my skin and gave me her honest professional opinion , which was that my skin was in great condition and didn’t need the treatment after all. Nicola carried out a consultation, asking what my skin concerns were, and I left the appointment with a brilliant product that has since eliminated the issues I was previously having with it’s my skin. Although she offered to still carry out the treatment, I decided to go with the product and really appreciated her honesty. Highly recommended!

What an amazing experience. I am so pleased with the excellent cut and style all done by a brilliant stylist. The salon is just wonderful and the staff so happy and helpful. It is definitely my go to place from now on.

I had been with my old hairdresser nearly 8 years however the travel out of Ashford was too much with my life and job. I looked at online reviews for salons in Ashford and Gorgeous stood out as both highly rated and 10+ years in business. I arrived early but immediately the atmosphere was amazing. When I was seated and explained what I wanted, the wonderful owner knew exactly what I was asking for and was extremely knowledgable. My hair came out looking amazing and so soft..! I took a chance to find a new hairdresser and I got lucky first try. HIGHLY recommend.

Friendly,lovely to talk to. I've got my hair done there for gosh knows how long and everytime they amaze me. Got my hair recently done here and I did not know what I wanted all I knew was I wanted blond fading from the brown and they took that and turned it into something amazing. I love it so much and they do variety of hair.

Rachael has looked after my hair for the last 20+ years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with it. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and the girls are trained to a high standard; they are always friendly and full of helpful tips and information. I love the products and wouldn't use anything else on my hair now. I would recommend the salon to anyone who only wants the best for their hair.

Teresa was recommended to me by a friend and we are both very happy with her brilliant skills. Teresa makes an excellent job of my eyelash extensions. She is professional and courteous. I am allergic to lots of products and Teresa allergy tested all the things she was going to use on me before I had the whole process done. Her home based salon is clean and restful. Teresa clearly prides herself on a job well done and it shows in her work. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my eyelashes now :D

Highly reccomend, I have had hair extensions, lashes tinted and permed, waxing and demaplanning and now micro peeling and wow. Absolutely amazing results. Booked in with Teresa for my first Dermaplaning treatment. I felt totally at ease on arrival as she greeted me with a wonderful smile before I was welcomed into a totally relaxing atmosphere of the treatment room. I couldn't of felt more safe. All through the appointment Teresa chatted and answered all my questions. Oh my goodness after the treatment I felt and you could see my skin was literally glowing, she had removed all the grime and peach fuzz from on my face, I was shocked to see what she had removed. Once I'd returned home I was still so relaxed I sat down and fell asleep for two hours! To anyone reading this please give Teresa a try for your beauty treatments I promise you won't be disappointed. A true professional and a wonderful human. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ever so much Teresa and I will be booking in with you again soon

From December 2023: It was my first time coming to this salon today, the staff are all really lovely. My hair hadn’t been cut for 15 months and it needed sorting badly as I got fed up with it being so long and knotty etc. I am really pleased with my hair, not sure of the lady’s name but she did a wonderful job. I will be returning and will recommend this salon to family and friends ! X
