Steve is amazing! He went above and beyond. He fixed up my wardrobe which I messed up and then came back 2nd time and 3rd time again to make sure everything was perfect and to my liking. Moreover he then helped my mum with putting her wardrobe door back on. He is honest, very very helpful and just wants the best for his clients unlike other handymen who just want to rinse you for your money. He was also very quick on the call out and came to me within a few hours of the initial call. If your looking for a reliable, honest, friendly handyman, Steve in your man!

Quick response from Steve, came next day, assessed the jobs I needed, suggested solution with reasonable price. Steve was polite, friendly and reliable. Job done and priced as promised (fitting two radiators and checking for source of damp on the wall and cleaning gutters) and he is booked for further work to be done. Very happy with the service. They we so quick to respond. I spoke to the other partner which then directed me with Steve as he handle the assembly job. He gave me a call the next day and we had a day booked. He was punctual, efficient, quick and professional. We couldn’t assembly the second wardrobe as the sliding doors wouldn’t go up the stairs but he talked in a calm way and still tried his best. The price wasn’t bad in fact it was the lowest when compared to other quote I received. Steve was so helpful he helped with little bits at no extra cost. Thanks so much Steve. A big thank you to Beach Buoy Builders for doing an incredible job on fixing my very dodgy summerhouse roof. It was in a bad way where some rotted boards were soon uncovered once the old felt shingles were removed. David and Stewart added 10 extra plywood boards which did change the original spec of the job but this was no problem to them whatsoever. They worked tirelessly over two days to ensure my summerhouse roof was completely water tight and secure. They did make it totally water tight at the end of the first day and the second day was used to finish off the work as bad weather was looming. My summerhouse is quite old and it really needed this work done. After having some other companies not even get back to me I was quite hesitant when contacting them at first but I was pleasantly surprised when I had a very fast reply from Nicki in the head office who put me at ease instantly and arranged the initial viewing followed by the repair dates and invoicing. I highly recommend Beach Buoy Builders for any of your repair needs. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. I am so glad I chose Beach Buoy Builders for my urgent roof repair.

Grant and the bossman carried out the repair on my mother-in-laws shed and they did an amazing job. Very professional, courtesy, kind and respectful. We had an old boiler removed and decided to make the space into a store cupboard, after being let down twice we found The Beach Buoy, Dave, and despite his heavy workload he made time to look at the work required , gave us a very reasonable quote and built the most amazing cupboard within a few days. The work was very intricate as it had to ensure access to certain switches. Dave is such a professional and his right hand man, Harrison was brilliant, always a smile and calmed down our two noisy dogs. Thank you so much for giving us a bit of luxury in our kitchen. Amazing service from the company. I was after a pergola for the garden and not quite sure what to get. From the initial quote to all the work being undertaken. I was always updated and advised. Dave and co did an amazing job building the pergola. It's looks amazing, and already have a few people jealous of it. The attention to detail and care taken over the job was second to none. Handyman Hicks has helped us with many maintenance, DIY and home improvements over the last 3 years including laying loft insulation, painting several rooms, repairing fencing, countless fixtures including curtain rails and bathroom fixtures, replacing door handles, replacing bathroom and kitchen sealant, jet washing paving, conservatory roof cleaning, roof tile cleaning and gutter clearing. Top quality stuff. Friendly and professional when you're talking to him. Quick, fair and honest with his work. His prices are reasonable, especially considering his expertise in the services he offers. He very quickly identified and resolved an issue I had with water getting in to my roof. He provided a temporary fix immediately and a full fix a day or two later. He even cleared and repaired my gutters whilst up there. He was on time and tidied up after himself too. 10/10.

Lee is such a professional. Nothing was too much trouble from replacing an exterior light to fixing a hole in the roof to clearing gutters and removing moss in wind and rain. Reliable, honest, pragmatic, hard-working - highly, highly recommended.

Fantastic quality of work! Matt has completed a few jobs for me now and will be my go to contact for any work needed going forward! He has created the perfect built in wardrobes for me from ikea wardrobes as well as fixing two TV’s in the lounge and bedroom. He has also painted a few rooms for me now and they look fantastic . Raj was excellent, very prompt, reliably did exactly as he had promised, and the work was of a very high standard. He sourced and fitted a kitchen tap, repaired a leak, repaired a cracked granite work surface, replaced some fencing that was falling down, and seemed to be able to turn his hand to anything successfully. Great job! Raj has delivered an excellent job when we had an issue with the shower drainage leak which as a result damaged small part of the ceiling downstairs. He did a real awesome job, fixed the issue and even fixed the fan that hasn’t been working for years. We have used M&n on several occasions for extensions and internal building work over the past 10 plus years. All work has been undertaken to the highest standard and they are very professional and supportive in their approach to any work. Our kitchen extension was put forward by Ashford council for a building award. I will, in the future, approach them for any future internal/external building projects should the need arise.
