We used All in One Home Services for the renovation of our kitchen. We had a wall taken down, and had to replace the flooring, with new windows and doors being fitted. Everything in the kitchen was changed and the chimney breast which we initially wanted removed as it was in the middle of the room, turned out to become one of the main features of the new kitchen renovation with a bespoke unit covering the chimney breast. It transformed something that we were going to get rid of tried to into a great feature. That was Ben’s idea. Ben came up with other ideas which we wouldn’t have thought of, and we have ended up with a fantastic kitchen with lots of really exciting features. He talked us through the whole process and ensured that the renovation caused us as little stress as possible. Ben’s workmen worked really hard, and were always punctual and well mannered. They always left the place tidy at the end of each day and even went the extra mile, like swapping a faulty door handle in our downstairs WC with a working one from a door we were getting rid of, stapling down our fake grass after cleaning up the saw dust and even making me three large chopping boards out of off-cuts of my left-over worktop (once they learnt of my obsession with chopping boards! Thanks Jon). I was particularly impressed that when the majority of the works had finished and they moved onto the next project, the decorators still turned up to finish off the little snagging bits, like touching up, fitting a missing cupboard knob and even cleaning my windows and wiping down my kitchen cupboards. Their professionalism was reassuring. We can’t recommend Ben and his men highly enough for any kind of home improvements. The work was completed on time, on budget, and to a very high level. If we have any more work done then we will definitely use All In One again.

We are so happy with the experience and results of our renovation. Ben and his team were wonderful and a real pleasure to work with, even with the difficulties and disruptions of lockdown. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team for home renovations. We hired Ben to design and implement a new layout for our ground floor and to create an open-plan living space. He was instrumental in ensuring that the work was carried out to a high specification and that the correct experts were brought in at the correct times. He was also able and ready to make helpful suggestions which we had not considered but which saved us both time and money. His liaisons with a structural engineer ultimately resulted in a solution being reached which avoided costly structural work while still achieving the open plan result we requested. Ben and team completed work according to an agreed timescale of six weeks and with constant communication throughout the process - this was greatly appreciated, as we have young children and could not remain on site for all of the work. The work included fitting a new kitchen, flooring, decorating, and carpentry, as well as building. We are delighted with the quality of the work done, as well as the professionalism of him and his team.

We have been working with Ben and the All in One team for nearly 6 years. In that time we have used almost every trade and service they have to offer - painter, electrician, plumber, builder, carpenter, tiler, roofer, and floor fitter. If we get their landscapers in we'll finally have the full set! Without fail, every job has been completed to an impressively high standard and each tradesperson has been polite, on time, thorough, tidy and respectful. The most recent job - a full kitchen renovation - was no exception to the incredible service we've always recieved. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and everyone on site was dedicated to making sure that what was in our head or on paper became a reality. A very special thank you to Lee who was on site almost every day and always arrived with a smile and ready to get going (once he'd said hello to the dog, who is now totally in love with him). Great job by Zac, Daryl and the rest of their team, on a single storey extension incorporating a large kitchen/living area together with a new downstairs bathroom. Zac took us through the process from pre-planning to final completion meeting all agreed milestones with the project finishing on time and on budget. All of the team were punctual, professional, courteous and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We would highly recommend G &H Builders and if we need any future building work, we would definitely use them again.

Daryl, Zac and their team have recently been doing a loft conversion, rear extension and major internal reconfiguration for us. Their work was completed on schedule, on budget and to an excellent standard. Handyman Hicks has helped us with many maintenance, DIY and home improvements over the last 3 years including laying loft insulation, painting several rooms, repairing fencing, countless fixtures including curtain rails and bathroom fixtures, replacing door handles, replacing bathroom and kitchen sealant, jet washing paving, conservatory roof cleaning, roof tile cleaning and gutter clearing. Lee is responsive, reliable and passionate about his work and business. I always rebook him soon after completion to ensure I get into his diary for the next project/ maintenance that will be needed!

I have used Lee a few times to put up cupboards, replace guttering, replace roof tiles and clean a roof of moss. He is easy to communicate with, is polite and friendly, will suggest different options when discussing a job and his pricing is very fair. Finally, and most importantly, Lee is very professional and always does a good job.
