We used Beco Carpentry for a three story side extension, starting in May 2023 and completing the week before Christmas. Ben and his team are hugely knowledgeable and very skilled - they are true carpenters and hugely competent. Our project was quite big and long but the team were fun to have around and very respectful of our home. Ben was on hand to answer our questions with patience and when we encountered inevitable hiccups, we would work together to find a solution. Ben has struck gold with Adam and Jake who were on site every day - they are a credit to Ben’s business. Communication was good and Ben’s wife Laura sent regular payment schedule updates which kept us on track. I have already recommended Beco to several others and would not hesitate to use them again. We’re delighted with the house and made 100% the right choice in appointing Beco. Thank you to everyone!

We had a small but complex project. We are also exacting clients but were delighted with the professionalism, project management and quality of the work by Beco Carpentry. We used Beco Carpentry for our 2 storey rear extension and are very pleased with the end result. The job involved a variety of disciplines, concrete base, brick&block ground floor walls, stud&panel 1st floor walls, pitched roof, flat roof. Beco had a good range of skills internally, but importantly brought in the right external specialists where necessary. The budget varied as the situation evolved during the build but Beco communicated and explained the necessary modifications well. Easy to contact, and worked solid days throughout.

Dan has completed and led a "whole house" refurbishment and remodel for us, from loft to garage and garden, no part untouched! The quality of the work and his approach have been first class throughout. Many great ideas, always consults carefully, and always takes great pride in the final finish. Without hesitation I would be delighted to use his services again and he is a pleasure to work with.

Clive is very courteous, and a fantastic carpenter/craftsman. He created some bespoke shelving for us, fitted new custom kickboards in the kitchen, mounted a TV and fitted a shower screen. I wouldstrongly recommend Clive

Clive has created some bespoke cupboards in my cottage and I am delighted with the result. The cupboards fit seamlessly into the space and the oak top is stunning. Clive’s attention to detail and level of craftmanship is of a very high standard. A brilliant carpenter!

Excellent garage conversion! Having had a bathroom refit done by another company a couple of years ago which didn’t go to plan, working with Brooks and Co was a refreshing change for the better. Excellent communication from the initial contact stage, through quoting and the project management itself. The time taken at quoting to measure and discuss options meant that the project ran smoothly even when the doors were delivered incorrectly. All contractors were punctual, efficient and courteous, and the level of workmanship is top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again. These guys show how it should be done.

Right from the beginning of the project, Sam was super helpful, professional, quick to respond to our many questions and helped us in suggesting alternative materials and finishes if anything we’d asked for was beyond budget. He came to visit us on a number of occasions before the project started to go through everything in detail even though we don’t live that close. Given it was the first time we’d undertaken such a big project, all the extra effort was really appreciated. We felt very reassured and in safe hands. The quality of work was way beyond our expectations. All the team – Joel, Matt, Martin, the plasterers and Joe and Stephen the electricians, did a fantastic job. They would always ask us for our input and would make useful suggestions of the best way to do things if they had an alternative approach that would improve the outcome. We couldn’t believe how clean and tidy they were. All very lovely, friendly guys to have around too! You always hear stories builders producing unexpected costs or projects overrunning so we had thought that there might be a little of that but it was completed exactly as per the quote and timetable which was a massive added bonus. Brooks & Co developments have recently completed a garage conversion at our family home in Tonbridge. Sam from the get go has been very informative and very helpful not only with the technical side of the building project but also the design stage. His team work to a very high standard with cleanliness at the top of their minds. The cleanest builder we have ever had do work for us. The project was completed on time and within the price agreed. I cannot fault Sam and his team. Will definitely be using brooks & co for all our home projects.

Garage conversion Sam and his team recently did a garage conversion for me. We found them to be very reliable, hard working and the finish is high quality. We are particularly impressed with Sam as he communicates and co-ordinates exceptionally well, always on time and we were always forewarned any small changes in the planned timetable of work. The additional tradesmen (electricians/decorators) he uses are also very good and everything was coordinated very well. Can not really fault the service they provide.
