The whole team at Sensibuild were very professional from start to finish. I’ve been mugged off by builders before so I can’t say how much I appreciate all the guys that worked for me. They were professional extremely helpful and also the very personal. Nothing was too much trouble and they treated my 80 year old mum with loads of respect and patience. Would fully recommend them. In fact my daughter has booked them to refurbish her kitchen. Mark (& Ben) have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish doing a complete renovation of our living room, including building a fake wall & shelving units and all new woodwork and doors throughout. His workmanship really is of the highest quality and Mark was always willing to listen to us if we wanted anything tweaked & also on hand to offer any advice given his years of experience in the trade. Knowing how good his work is, we had to wait a while for him to be available (a sign of a good tradesman in my opinion) but it was definitely worth the wait. I really can not recommend him highly enough.

MST Building has done numerous jobs for us over the years, their workmanship is top quality, their pricing is good and we have them booked for yet more refurbishment work in February. They have the right tools for the job and expertise. Their design ideas are excellent when you don’t know what you want. We often have to wait for work to be carried out but would rather do that and know we will be happy with the work. If you want a good quality job we would definitely recommend.

Mark knocked the wall down between my hallway and adjoining garage to create a doorway. He fitted the door, skirting and architrave and a custom built door frame. He was very tidy, fairly priced and always kept me informed of progress. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will continue to use for further projects in the house.

Mark has just finished installing our kitchen, having taken down an internal wall and removing the rear external wall to install new support and bifolds. Very conscientious, clean and tidy work and respectful to our neighbours and their properties. Would definitely have him back to undertake more work. Good communication at all times. Would recommend him for all building work. Pictures show before we have chosen lights and before final decoration.

Top class work from Pinewood carpentry. Fantastic job done laying my wooden floor and other carpentry work. Super reliable , amazing value for money, and a tradesman who cleans up after himself, what more could you want. Would use again every time. Highly recommended.
