Nathan replaced all my internal doors which were horribly outdated. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make the experience as quick and easy as possible, from sourcing everything for me, to giving me different quoting options. He was also happy to return and readjust a couple of the doors when the weather changed. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Toby not only installed but designed the wardrobes 5 in total in our main bedroom. 2 concealed an old fireplace, one was massive (80x80cm), a two formed a walk-in wardrobe with automatic lights, he then built 2 bedside cabinets to our exact specification (185cm apart) to fit our super king sized bed, together with panelling behind it! Looks magnificent!

Toby and his colleague Aaron replaced all of our old internal doors with 13 new oak doors which have transformed the look of our house. Toby was very responsive to questions before the work and was the only provider I asked to quote who responded quickly in fact within 24 hours. He suggested slightly different doors to those I proposed which while of the same quality were slightly cheaper. The work was undertaken in a very professional manner and we are very pleased with the outcome and in fact are considering having further work done by Militao Carpentry. They were happy working round our inquisitive dogs, protected the carpets, cleared up at the end of each day (the work took a week) and were always polite and flexible. I would happily recommend.

We got in touch with Toby having followed his work on social media. We had reached the end of a large renovation project and needed some bespoke carpentry items to fit some quirky spaces - fitted ‘open style’ wardrobes in our dresser maximising space, converting a strange shower cupboard in my daughter’s bedroom into some huge storage cupboards (making good the surrounding area), building corner bookshelves in my husband’s study. And creating a storage unit to hide our TV/Console items! On initial meeting, Toby took time to understand our requirements, creating excellent drawings which brought these to life. I got to select the finish in farrow & ball paint to match our rooms, they look fabulous! The products were made and installed with great efficiency. Toby and his team were perfectionists on site and didn’t complete the project until they/us were 100% happy. We would highly recommend his services.

Thank you to everyone at JJ for their professionalism and hard work when completing our kitchen renovation. We found everyone to be very reliable and easy to communicate with. From the onset, Alan had a nice, friendly manner and it was his designs that enabled us to achieve a beautiful kitchen within our budget. Shelley in the office was easy to get hold of throughout the whole process. All the trades that visited our home were friendly and skilled. Matt and Rob were both outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and they worked so hard every day to ensure that they fitted our kitchen to the highest standard. We are so happy with the work completed in our garden which included the building of an external staircase, renewing the deck and making a lovely feature of an out of an control tree! We've been delighted with the work from JJ Carpentry, creating and installing bespoke casement windows for our home in Lewes, which is a Listed Building. They took great care to respond to a tricky and very exacting brief, to conform exactly to very tight planning regulations. They also did the work bang on schedule, bang to budget, and worked in tricky weather to install the windows on the top floor of a tall town house within the time schedule promised. Great care was taken throughout, while the craftsmanship and the communication with us, as customers, has been exemplary. Will happily recommend the company to anyone.

Dan has completed and led a "whole house" refurbishment and remodel for us, from loft to garage and garden, no part untouched! The quality of the work and his approach have been first class throughout. Many great ideas, always consults carefully, and always takes great pride in the final finish. We recently had JK Joinery & Construction in to refurb our bathroom. From start to finish, Keith and Kieran were excellent and we will definitely be using them for all future projects. Their workmanship is second to none, with every last detail considered and executed to the highest standard. They worked very efficiently and were very communicative throughout. The house was kept tidy each day and where possible, they made the bathroom usable each evening for us. We really can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had a great experience working with Ben, Laura and the Beco team when they did a ground floor extension and added upstairs dormers to our property. They were a pleasure to have around which was important considering we were living at the house whilst the work was happening. We really felt we could trust them and we were very happy with the work. So much so that we approached Ben again to put in a double garage for us most recently. Once again we are really happy with the finish and Ben and Laura were open and easy to communicate with throughout.

We used Beco Carpentry for a three story side extension, starting in May 2023 and completing the week before Christmas. Ben and his team are hugely knowledgeable and very skilled - they are true carpenters and hugely competent. Our project was quite big and long but the team were fun to have around and very respectful of our home. Ben was on hand to answer our questions with patience and when we encountered inevitable hiccups, we would work together to find a solution. Ben has struck gold with Adam and Jake who were on site every day - they are a credit to Ben’s business. Communication was good and Ben’s wife Laura sent regular payment schedule updates which kept us on track. I have already recommended Beco to several others and would not hesitate to use them again.
