We needed to get our little Lurcher Luna Spayed, we found The Manor Veterinary surgery on the Net We phoned and actually got a human that actually answered the phone in less than a minute. We inquired how much the price would be, it's was over a hundred pounds less than our old vets. We booked her in and she went in for her Op. We couldn't be happier with her treatment and after care. But what impressed me the most was the waiting room was separated for dogs and cats, lowering anxiety of both owners and their Pets. Brilliant service by people who obviously love animals Thank you & keep up the great work

Took my cat for his first visit at Manor Vets in Chatham today, having ended my contract with his previous practice. The experience was great! Very pleasant reception staff and the vet was fantastic, keeping everything calm and explaining everything to me. Very happy with our new service :-) Would recommend Manor Vets in Chatham to others.

My little friend Maximus, working cocker, decides to chew and swallow my wifeās sock. On phoning our vet, George answered and without any hesitation asked me to bring him in. This was an out of hours call, 9.35pm. In short, the calm and immediate response from George saved my friend, I am in your debt and extremely grateful as always. Very professional, from counter staff to the vet that did attend to my young dog. I very pleasant experience for me as well. The only downside was the lack of buses.....but it not there fault !!!! Car next time as parking available, but as first time I was unsure. A good selection of treats & toys leashes at very good prices ššš

An amazing independent veterinary practice offering the absolute best in professional care. Today huge thanks to vet Tom for his professionalism and skill in spotting a problem with my elderly cocker and for his care in her final hours. Special thanks to nurse Will for helping so much. This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy š». This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

I cannot recommend these vets enough. They have been so kind and caring while looking after my rabbit Lily. They always made appointments available, often at very short notice as her health deteriorated. The compassion and empathy they displayed at the end of Lilyās life was comforting and respectful. I had her cremated and they all signed a sympathy card with a touching hand written message. They also had taken footprints and a cutting of her hair. I canāt thank all the staff enough for making Lilyās last few months a peaceful and happy experience. I will be forever grateful ā¤ļø

The best vets!! My dog use to be petrified at his old vets. Would shake uncontrollably and run for the door. Which gave me major anxiety at the thought of taking him to the vet with how he behaved. Now at bobbing hill he pulls me to the door, goes in and makes himself at home. Lays right out on the floor, has to say hello to everyone in there. He thinks of it as a day out even after surgery there which I thought would change his mind. Everyone heās seen just love on him, get down to his level and play and give him attention which I think is whatās won him over. They all love him as their own. Itās such a pleasant experience for the both of us. They are super transparent with prices, there are no hidden costs like other vets. Yes slightly more expensive compared to other vets but I would pay that and more for the treatment me and my dog get. After his surgery in the following days Iāve had calls to check up on him and ask if I need anything etc.. they want to see him post opp 2 times before giving him the all clear and these are FREE!! I would have paid anyway but it was such a nice surprise as other vets would certainly charge for check ups. It just shows they care. Itās beautifully decorated and feels super homely. Always so so clean. Thank you for everything so far in the 3 months weāve been with you. I so wish I had moved him sooner! Glad we have found a vets for lifeš

The updates we received while Mr Grey was in their care were refreshing to say the least. The prompt treatment and after care he received could not have been better. Excellent, 5* all round. Empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, gentle and friendly. I called my usual surgery in Wadhurst, the receptionist and I agreed an appointment for the following day. About 10 mins later she called me back to say that she had spoken to a vet and their advice was to come earlier. I really appreciate the fact that she took it upon herself to seek out this information. I went to the Crowborough surgery. Jennie, nurse practitioner saw how nervous my dog was and went out of her way to befriend him. Our appointment was with Dr Evans who was extremely thorough in both her examination and advice. She was really kind and patient. Thank you Culverden Vets, Wilfred and I would not go anywhere else.

Took my poorly dog to the vets. They have been sooo helpful and patient about the whole process, medication and post op care. I dealt with a wonderful lady at the reception (called Jenny), she is one of the most pleasant and happy people you would ever come across in a veterinary clinic and she will make your day :) We dealt with vets Vicky and Philip and both have been amazing. Vicky has been following up with her care of our dog (he was in a cone for over a month). I was very worried in the beginning, but there was no fuss with the vets completing the insurance paperwork, so its been a smooth journey. My dog is all recovered now, thanks to everyone at Culverden Vets :) If you are looking for reliable Vets, i would highly recommend this place.

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Matt Wilkinson from Culverden Vets in Wadhurst. Last week, we faced the heart-breaking decision to put our beautiful cat, Biscuit, to sleep. We are deeply grateful to Matt for being so calm and empathetic towards us during such a distressing time. This was the first time my husband and I had ever had to make this difficult decision, and Matt talked us through each stage with great care and understanding. Thank you for making a terrible time that bit better for two heartbroken people.

Relieved to get an appointment on a bank holiday weekend when our 'default' vets was closed. Have now swapped to this practice as the service was great and common sense was used, plus their prices were cheaper too! We have been bringing our greyhound, Scarlett, to your practice since she was first rehome, many years ago, and more recently, our 5-year-old Saluki. Even though we live in London, itās always worth the drive to visit you, whether itās for a dental check-up, or a full health assessment as was the case last week. The thorough and professional care you offer is second to none, and we always feel that Scarlett and our other pet are in the best hands possible always. One thing that stands out to us is how comfortable Scarlett is during every visit. Her relaxed and calm body language inside your clinic speaks volumes about the level of trust she has in your team. This sense of ease reassures us that she is receiving top-quality care, which, Iām sure, has contributed to her excellent health. Despite being nearly 13, Scarlett looks and acts much younger, with no significant health concerns ā a testament to the outstanding guidance and support weāve consistently received from your practice over the years. I cannot recommend this vets enough. They were recommended to me back in 2010 when we had our first rescue staffie called Annie who loved going to Blackberry vets. Sadly she passed so we have adopted another rescue who isnāt so keen to visit Blackberry due to her anxiety so we are going to book some socialiation visits.

We have been very fortunate in having Pennards London Rd Tonbridge during the last 5 years; when our retriever of 9 months got hit by 2 cars , they suspended surgery and came out to assist, by good fortune he recovered from his serious injuries and subsequently he has received fantastic care as and when circumstance dictate. The entire team take a genuine interest in all of their pet clients and being a member of Pennards Club, the benefits are a bonus so I can only sing their praises which was not the case with our previous experiences at another Vet Practice who were found wanting when our late dog was in need of serious attention. So if in doubt do choose Pennards London Rd for your caring vetinary practice.

We have been with Pennards for five years with our shih tzu Bubbles, they have always been very helpful, friendly, accommodating and caring.
