Absolutely wonderful Vet Practice. First time there, took my cats for their booster injections. All members of staff so welcoming, and so caring and did not feel rushed at all. Thank You. Would highly recommend.

The service from Skylark is a cut above. What I love is the very personal service and the way they approach things: you never just leave an appointment with a box of antibiotics as you do with so many other vets. You leave with husbandry and dietary advice, the information you need on surgical and other options, medicine as required and the certain knowledge that if you need to pick up the phone again afterwards you can speak to the people who treated your pet the first time. It's how a vet should be in my opinion and I can't recommend them highly enough. [They look after my chickens and my very reactive dog.]

This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

I cannot recommend these vets enough. They have been so kind and caring while looking after my rabbit Lily. They always made appointments available, often at very short notice as her health deteriorated. The compassion and empathy they displayed at the end of Lily’s life was comforting and respectful. I had her cremated and they all signed a sympathy card with a touching hand written message. They also had taken footprints and a cutting of her hair. I can’t thank all the staff enough for making Lily’s last few months a peaceful and happy experience. I will be forever grateful ❤️

The best vets!! My dog use to be petrified at his old vets. Would shake uncontrollably and run for the door. Which gave me major anxiety at the thought of taking him to the vet with how he behaved. Now at bobbing hill he pulls me to the door, goes in and makes himself at home. Lays right out on the floor, has to say hello to everyone in there. He thinks of it as a day out even after surgery there which I thought would change his mind. Everyone he’s seen just love on him, get down to his level and play and give him attention which I think is what’s won him over. They all love him as their own. It’s such a pleasant experience for the both of us. They are super transparent with prices, there are no hidden costs like other vets. Yes slightly more expensive compared to other vets but I would pay that and more for the treatment me and my dog get. After his surgery in the following days I’ve had calls to check up on him and ask if I need anything etc.. they want to see him post opp 2 times before giving him the all clear and these are FREE!! I would have paid anyway but it was such a nice surprise as other vets would certainly charge for check ups. It just shows they care. It’s beautifully decorated and feels super homely. Always so so clean. Thank you for everything so far in the 3 months we’ve been with you. I so wish I had moved him sooner! Glad we have found a vets for life💙

Very Happy, Oreo couldn't wish to be in better hands . Greeted first by the wonderful and very friendly Nurse and then seen by Mathew who is a very knowledgeable and super Vet with answers to all my questions. Definitely a pleasurable experience and one I highly recommend, could not be happier

So friendly and accommodating. I have an 18-year-old blind cat and they are all great with him and fuss over him. The receptionist is very informative and efficient. Usually, appointments run on time, only one time where I had to wait due to the animal in front being very poorly but they were so apologetic and kept me informed( can't ask for more) Plenty of parking at the rear and the entrance is disabled-friendly.

For more years than we can remembered we have had nothing but praise for Pennard Vets, always so reliable and caring for not only pets, but their owners.

Bella doesn’t mind at all taking a visit to the Vet!! And this is because everyone at Pennards is so kind to her - starting with the front desk, through consultations, nursing and major surgeries. And today she saw Photis (whom she adores!) at Borough Green He is the most amazing skilled and friendly Vet. Photis always takes the time to fully explain procedures, options, medications etc His calm and professional approach ensures that both pet and owner feel relaxed and reassured.

We have been very fortunate in having Pennards London Rd Tonbridge during the last 5 years; when our retriever of 9 months got hit by 2 cars , they suspended surgery and came out to assist, by good fortune he recovered from his serious injuries and subsequently he has received fantastic care as and when circumstance dictate. The entire team take a genuine interest in all of their pet clients and being a member of Pennards Club, the benefits are a bonus so I can only sing their praises which was not the case with our previous experiences at another Vet Practice who were found wanting when our late dog was in need of serious attention. So if in doubt do choose Pennards London Rd for your caring vetinary practice.

We have been with Pennards for five years with our shih tzu Bubbles, they have always been very helpful, friendly, accommodating and caring. She went to the puppy classes too which was great for her socialising We would definitely recommend this clinic, as well as Sevenoaks when Bubbles was neutered there

Really impressed with the vet I saw yesterday at Allington. Her name was Joanne and she was very kind and calm with my dog Poppy. She was very patient. It made for a really great experience!

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. I cannot recommend Sevenoaks Vets for Pet highly enough.I have been coming here for years with many of my animals. Sylwester is THE best as far as my partner and myself are concerned as he goes up and beyond in the care and treatment of our pets. From my rats to my dogs, each and everyone of them has received 5 star treatment every time we have had to bring them in. In fact my partner will not see any other vet and travels from Essex to see Sylwester as he is the only vet he trusts with his dogs. So reassuring to have 100% trust when it comes to our much loved pets.

Changed vets late in my dog’s pregnancy due too me not feeling confident in my vet. What a brilliant decision it was . The care my dog received was amazing. Caring phone calls before and after the procedure helpful information speed of treatment. Xxx thank you guys

We moved away from Sevenoaks but we keep coming back to Sylvester and his team, because we're just so happy with their way of looking after our dogs. Our new rescue dog was in a very poor condition but in a year and after several surgeries these lovely people helped us nurse him back to health. I will always be thankful for their expertise and care. Both our dogs are now healthy and happy and i will always praise this practice for their amazing work.

You have tried the rest, now try the best! Pennards are the best veterinary practice that I have ever had the honour of being a customer of. The staff are amazing - they are empathetic, kind, considerate, compassionate and supportive of their patients and owners alike. Had a session of hydrotherapy with Caren. Can’t praise her enough. The knowledge and care she has shown Henry goes above and beyond. The work she has done on him has so improved his mobility and the most important thing is that Henry feels relaxed and happy with her. Can’t praise her enough!

Sadly my British shorthair cat Hamish developed a very sudden but short illness which he sadly passed away from over a course of 4 days, but I’ve been absolutely bowled over by the incredible veterinary care from the vets Bonnie, Jasper, Charlotte, the nursing staff down to the reception team at Pennards in Sevenoaks. They kept me updated at every step of the way, they called me, text messaged me, and were incredibly empathetic at a very difficult time for a pet owner. I never ever felt that they didn’t have the best interest of Hamish and I fully trusted them at every step of the way. My boy had a traumatic end to his life but I feel blessed that these vets handled his care with such love and kindness in his final days. There are some good people in this world. 🤍

Let me start by stating how difficult our dog can be; he doesn't much like people or other dogs (he's got a bad case of little man syndrome). The staff at The Dog Room were absolutely amazing and very reassuring from the start. I dropped him off muzzled and they made him feel happy and comfortable enough they could finish the groom without the muzzle. He was relaxed when I picked him up and he looked sparkling clean, smelt amazing and most importantly was rid of all the loose fur! It's lovely to be able to stroke him without having hair all over the sofa now. Will 100% come again (if they will have us!!) THANK YOU!

Just had my darling four and a half month old Jack Russell groomed for the first time here today. What a wonderful place. Natalie and her staff are delightful and could not have been more caring or more friendly. He is now so smart and even more than that has had such a lovely time…..Highly recommend 🤩

Was with Dacre House many years ago, then moved out of area BUT moved back 4 years later. Re-enrolled with Dacre House, updated my pets and wouldn’t go to any other vets. Israel was so caring with my young cat and (hopefully) treated her promptly. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The receptionist team are very kind & always do their best to fit you in for last minute appointments. The vets are very professional and knowledgeable and have even accommodated offering over the phone advice when needed. They always take their time and don’t rush their appointments.

Missed my appointment by a couple of minutes. Ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes. I do understand that when it's your pet you don't want to be rushed but make the appointment slot longer. When you get to see the vet it is a good experience.

My Bloodhound stole and ate 2 large mince pies. I contacted Portland at East Grinstead, a totally professional member of staff answered the phone and recognized the serious nature of the situation. She made an immediate appointment and asked me to come in now. The short version is these vets know what they are doing, the staff we saw were outstanding. The Vet was one of the best I have come across, super knowledgeable and genuinely cared.
