I had the sincere pleasure of capturing a beautiful wedding, here at Oak Tree Barns, in May 2024. As a local Kent photographer, it was a real treat to visit one of our county's most beautiful wedding venues. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL! Very well thought out and, clearly, very carefully and lovingly looked after. I must also praise the exceptional staff. The entire OTB team were incredibly kind, supportive and helpful. Everything a couple (and a fellow supplier!) could hope for on an otherwise busy wedding day! I very much look forward to returning and working alongside the fantastic staff at Oak Tree Barns again soon.

We had the most incredible wedding day at Oak Tree Barn in August 2024 (I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review). From the moment we stepped foot in the venue for a viewing, we knew that this was where we were meant to get married. Renee and the team made us feel so at home instantly and we fell in love with the venue itself. It really is breathtaking, even more so on the day! Prior to the wedding, the team could not be more accommodating, answering all of our questions and making suggestions based on the kind of vibe that we were going for. There was no ask too big or small. They really understand what people want to see at a wedding and use their experience to help you make decisions that make the day special. During set up, the team were on hand to support. Even when I had a small mental breakdown that the wrong serviceware was delivered, Renee stepped in to help figure it out and take away that pre-wedding stress, something that I truly appreciated. She really does care about making the weddings held at Oak Tree Barn perfect! On the day, they made us feel like celebrities. Special thanks go out to Lydia, our wedding coordinator, who found ways to give us special surprises throughout the day (our room reveal with The Function Band) that we were not planning to do, but has become one of my favourite memories from the day! I think the most special thing about this venue is that they are constantly learning from each wedding they do and adapt their venue to add more and more to what they offer (like the Soggy Salloon and the Disco balls that were installed as a feature the day before our wedding - which we adored!) We cannot wait to continue visiting year after year to celebrate our anniversary at OTB, and to reconnect with the amazing team. Renee, Lydia, Teresa and the whole OTB family, we cannot thank you enough!

We had a wonderful Christmas wedding at Oak Tree Barn. Renee, Lydia, Theresa and the rest of the team were on hand to answer all our queries both in the run up to the wedding and on the day itself. Having the venue for the whole weekend meant we had plenty of time to set up and decorate without any stress. We stayed in the Bothy with our family and enjoyed a lovely evening before the wedding. Plenty of space for up to 7 adults and a lovely master bedroom for the bride and groom. Also lots of space to ready separately on the morning of the wedding. We used caterers and a DJ recommended by Oak Tree who were both fantastic. Our favourite part of the venue was all the fairy lights and disco balls - it looked so magical. We can’t thank the team at Oak Tree enough for a perfect day and would recommend to any couples who want a relaxed wedding in a fun and rustic setting.

We couldn’t have picked a better venue. From the moment we went to view it, we knew we’d have to get married there. The rustic style of the pub and buttery and the modern glasshouse are the perfect match. Our wedding coordinator Emma was amazing and was a perfectionist in making sure that the day ran smoothly, you can tell she really cares about the couples she works with. The whole team of staff at the glasshouse were amazing and we can’t fault them one bit. The 48 hour wedding package really made it that extra bit special as we were able to set up the day before, meaning we could have a lovely dinner with family the night before. And having all our family staying in the hotel the night of the wedding, with breakfast together the next morning was really amazing. The buttery and glasshouse really exceeded all of our expectations, and we had the most special wedding day there. Thanks again to Emma and the whole team 🤍

Amazing wedding venue and planning. Emma and the team made our dream day go seamlessly and we thoroughly enjoyed every second. The food, the space, the customer service and the thoughtfulness / attention to detail in the lead up and on the day. We loved the fact we could stay the night before with our close friends and family to set up and it made the morning after really relaxing. We even took our young daughter to the park round the corner after breakfast before the morning preparations began! We had plenty of time the morning after the wedding to enjoy breakfast, check out and clear up the rest of our things. We were not rushed and so many guests commented how relaxed the day was. Loretta and I got married here on 29,06,23. We would highly recommend The Bull as a perfect venue for your special day. The Buttery is gorgeously intimate for the ceremony while The Glasshouse is a really classy spot for our Wedding Breakfast. In between the sun beat down on the decking while we chatted and had drinks with our guests. The coordinators are brilliant at quietly steering your day along making it seemless with no stress at all. We also took the option of the rooms so family could stay and have breakfast before they left the next morning and the feedback from everyone was that the rooms were fantastic and breakfast just as good. So it's congrats to everyone at The Bull as well us on our wonderful day and if anyone's looking for a venue , come and see here before you make a decision on a booking cos you may miss out on a perfect venue.

We got married here just a few days ago, on Sat 8th June 2024. We fell in love with the venue when we visited on their summer open day last year and knew we had to book our wedding here. We loved the relaxed rustic vibe. We are so glad we did! The venue is so versatile, offering various spaces and packages. We were able to make the space our own with just the right input from Emma, our brilliant wedding co-ordinator. Emma was great, through all the planning and preparation, and on the day itself from start to finish. We felt in very safe hands and the day ran like clockwork due to the brilliant staff. The food was also amazing, and something which made our day extra special was being able to include our Labrador, as the venue is dog friendly! Many of our guests are still commenting on how much they loved the venue, food and staff. You won’t regret booking your wedding here. Elegant events provided a wonderful experience. The balloon arch was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The set up was quicker than I had anticipated but they still paid attention to every detail. It was the most beautiful back drop for our evening. Wow what can I say except a huge thank you to Angela and her family for making my daughters 5th bday so colourful, magical and damn right amazing!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to make their special day that bit more special. Thank you to Kerry and the team for creating and absolutely incredible backdrop at the stunning venue Roseyard Kent for my husband's 40th. From start to finish they were so professional and so helpful and able to create exactly what I envisioned. Also last minute I had to change the date and extend the hire. No questions asked they were more than willing to accommodate my request. The who set up was stress free for me! I wish Elegant Events were located to where I live as I organise so many parties and would loved to have used their services. Thank you Elegant Events of Kent for the decorations! I would 100% recommend this team to anyone looking for decor set up for events!

We hired a church hall for an 18th, I was so fortunate to find Party Doctors. Brad was super helpful, engaged and supportive throughout the entire process. The lighting, DJ, draping of the hall - fantastic!! The guys were very polite & professional and worked throughout the evening on a tricky timescale…they were completely packed up on time. Well organised and very competent. Highly recommend this company.

Such an amazing event! Party Doctor took all the stress and worry out of arranging an 18th birthday party in my garden. They kept the kids safe and they had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend and plan to use again.

Our company has worked with Party Drs on several occasions. They are a joy to work with, creative, professional and patient. Nothing seems too much to handle, and they understood our brand and requirements very quickly, carrying this through each event. The staff themselves are great, both friendly and humourous whilst maintaining professionalism. Our recent even was a large exhibition which they took care of from start to finish. From designing our stand to completing all the paperwork and formalities with the venue. Raj and Dom took great care in making sure our stand was ready and even took over aspects that were not in their remit to ensure it met our standards. Raj, Dom and their staff took very good care of our company and customers. When our stand was extremely busy, they took the initiative to mingle with the crowd, offer drinks so our guests were not left hanging around empty handed. Even "off the clock" they assisted in arranging transport home for our stranded customers. This was just a typical example of the lengths they will go to to ensure the event is a success for their customer. We have not hesitated to book again for next year.

Photos can't translate how amazing our wedding day was. Raj, Dom and everyone at Party Doctors did an incredible job, working around the clock to make sure our dream wedding happened just the way we wanted. From marquee to chairs to lighting, everything was meticulously planned and executed to perfection. Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chic were amazing! We hired them for our wedding flowers and they delivered. The consultation was perfect as Tammy listened to our vision of what we wanted. We were also able to adapt our choices as we started to have better visions as we engaged with other suppliers and saw various inspiration. The flowers lasted ages after the wedding, so the enjoyment could continue after the big day. I absoultely loved my bouquet with all the special flowers and it was great to be able to have one of my favourite flowers in there even though it was only at the start of the season. If you’re looking for someone to style your venue and take all the stress away. Hire these guys now. We found them through our venue and went to one of these procecco and browse days. Well these guys formed my wedding. I found them, my rings and my stationary through there show room! I wanted an Autumn wonderland and they delivered! They came in the morning and when I went to check on them they needed no direction they knew what they were doing I could go upstairs and enjoy my morning stress free. When I came down for my ceremony I couldn’t believe it was the same room it looked amazing. The colours, the attention to detail, the neatness!!! Everyone of my guests were in awe and took so many photos infront of our arch! These guys know weddings. Book them tell them your vision and they will make it come true. I didn’t have a clue what flowers I wanted and let them have complete control and my bouquet and the boys pocket flowers were stunning! Chic arranged the flowers for my wedding at Hayne House and created the most beautiful bouquets and archway. They listened to my many and ever changing ideas, helping to make it a reality and put it all together. They even created mistmatched bouquets in colours that were sentimental to each bridesmaid, yet tied in with my bouquet and including all the colours and flowers that I liked. It was a real pleasure to visit The Oak Barn again this time to perform for the newlyweds Abbie & Tom, the venue grounds are well kept and a beautiful setting for such a special occasion, the barn is a great space to host the evening party with a raised stage area for the bands to perform on, the staff are there to greet on arrival, friendly and helpful throughout and one of Kent’s finest wedding venues! We had our team offsite at The Oak Barn and it was perfect from start to end - the venue, the suppliers recommended, all the staff! The location! It is a truly gorgeous place. Especially for us Londoners that need some county air!! Deana and Tim are the nicest people to work with ever, the communication before the event and during made everything so easy. I really appreciate how much effort they put in to make the day a success. I’ve had multiple people ask me about the venue after they’ve seen photographs and everyone is already asking if we can go back again next year!! We had our wedding in October 2024 at the Oak Barn Frame Farm and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue! From the moment we looked around the barn, we both knew it was the place for us. Having 3 barns meant we were able to keep our 50 guests entertained and still have beautiful spaces. We weren’t sure what to expect with dry-hire, but the barn is so beautiful it could be kept minimal if you’re on a budget, but being able to personalise it to how we wanted it made it extra special for us. The open fields, waterfall and sheep meant we got some amazing photos (from our photographer Matt Birchall) as well as the best memories. Chrystelle couldn’t have been more helpful, from her communication in planning, to the materials provided in the run up to the wedding, and her excellent organisation on the day meaning our wedding ran seamlessly and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The list of trusted suppliers was great too, and we used quite a few who were also great. The accommodation on site was an added bonus for us and family, and all of our friends and family commented on what a perfect venue we’d chosen. Being environmentally focused was also a huge bonus for us, as it really aligned with our values. Thank you to all at the Oak Barn for giving us the happiest day!

Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect. From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything. The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect. If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Kayleigh is just wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with her on our wedding journey. She is warm, friendly and really helpful. The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision. We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout.
