I am truly amazed by how welcoming and friendly everyone is when interacting with customers. A huge shout out to the reception team! Despite handling incoming calls and assisting patients at check-in, they go above and beyond to be helpful and approachable. In fact, when I visited today, their kindness and care really stood out, which reflects positively on the business. When I met with the dentist and the assistant, I was equally impressed by their personable and friendly demeanor. I always feel at home when I come to the surgery, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others in the area. Fantastic team, excellent dentist, and outstanding service. Thank you to everyone.

I had my first visit yesterday and was very impressed from start to finish. Reception was friendly and my dentist, Caroline was extremely gentle and approachable.

The best I’ve ever experienced going to the dentist. The procedure to get two fillings was incredibly quick. I felt very comfortable knowing I was in good hands of an experienced professional and the staff are also very friendly. Really happy with my visit and I highly recommend Tonbridge Dentistry.

Lovely dental practise, I always see Nayan Patel and he is always very friendly and provides a good service. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have been able to provide one on the same day and provide the relevant treatment e.g. filling at that appointment. I have recently had my first baby and was worried about taking him with me to the dentist, the whole team was so lovely and when he got a little upset whilst I was having a filling a lovely dental nurse came to soothe him. Highly recommend.

My daughter has had her braces fitted today by Sandra and Gracie. They were lovely, friendly and took their time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. They made Lily feel comfortable and relaxed. The reception staff were also welcoming and everybody had confidence and a smile. Thank you

Had a really good experience at Total Ortho, Tonbridge. Everyone we came across was lovely and were amazing with my very anxious daughter. The braces are off and the results look amazing. My daughter particularly loved Ester (her favourite) who treated her throughout the whole process. It was so good to have continuity with staff. She explained everything and we never felt rushed at appointments. The front desk were always friendly and efficient if appointments needed to be moved. Thank you everyone.

Amazing staff, they all made us feel very welcome. We were given time with dentist, ( some dentists rush you out the door), which meant the staff made sure everything was explained and we were happy with treatment going forward. The team at Brenchley Dental are fantastic. During our time at the clinic my wife and I have had two dentists, both have been great, taking the time to talk through, in detail, any examination findings and associated treatment. My daughter is also a patient (NHS) of the clinic and the team have been just as good. They always arrange family appointments to make things easy and have been very flexible when we needed to rearrange at short notice. As far as value - dental treatment is, of course, expensive but Brenchley Dental appear to be competitively priced and have never tried a ‘hard sell’ for any service. The service and treatment is so good that the costs constitute good value for me.

On my first ever visit as a nervous patient I was made to feel welcome and put at ease straight away. The dentist was kind and explained everything in detail. There was a friendly atmosphere in the surgery too. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently took my daughter to Brenchley dental visit from Mr. James Cullen , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was warm, patient, and welcoming, putting my daughter at ease right away. I came to the practice as a new patient and had back to back hygiene and dental appointments. Both treatments were the best I’d ever had. The dental staff were extremely thorough and personable. The treatment was expensive, but I suspect it’s just the going rate these days. I found the waiting room to be uncomfortable, particularly the odour - as such I was glad to wait in their lovely garden!

I have recently been to Andrew House for the prep and fitting of a bridge. Throughout the procedure I couldn't fault the expertise, kindness, care and attention to detail from my dentist Hema and her nurses, and I am delighted with the results. Absolutely first class. Due to various reasons (excuses) I had not visited a dentist since a house move over 6 years ago so I was somewhat concerned (terrified actually) at joining a new dental practice and not knowing what work they would find and how much it would cost (not to mention the pain). A good friend of mine recommended I join Andrew House. He was absolutely right. The staff were all very friendly, caring, put me right at ease and were utmost professional. To my surprise (relief) I did not require any additional treatment beyond a clean and I strongly felt they were not looking “to make unnecessary work/money” out of me which I feel some dental practices probably do. All in all I can not recommend the staff and the practice high enough and almost look forward to going back there in six months time for a checkup!

Having been terrified of dentists most of my life, I was nervous of going to a new practice. I was delighted with the care and professionalism I found at River Lawn Dental centre. From the very understanding reception I was given all the way to the attentions I received in the chair, everyone was kind and considerate about my nerves. The procedures were discussed, in a professional manner, and treatment has been good and timely, with great consideration for my nerves. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Until a few years ago, I had to be sedated just to sit in a dentist's chair. Now I am happily booking my next appointment.

Brand-new practice, looks amazing. On arrival, the reception desk was very welcoming (Katrina was very helpful and caring), fully explaining everything. Appointments were running on time. Monica, the dentist was very thorough and a breath of fresh air (pardon the pun) from my last dentist hence the reason I moved. Excellent practice all round.

Very friendly receptionist greets you as soon as you walk in, making you feel at ease. Both the dentists that I have met were friendly, reassuring, kind and gentle. I have only had positive experiences with River Lawn and I previously had a great fear of the dentist, not now. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Calm and Gentle absolutely lived up to their name. I’ve had a course of appointments to plan and have treatment. Everyone I saw and spoke with really wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible with what was happening. I was particularly nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist for some time. I felt everybody really listened to my concerns and Pieter especially took time to explain what was happening during the treatment to help me understand. He got the balance right of telling me what to expect and not telling too much so I became overwhelmed. I did not expect to feel this, but I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back when it’s time for my next appointment. Thank you to a lovely practice for putting the people first.

This was my first visit to Calm and Gentle Dental Care. I met for a consultation. Right from the beginning of our conversation I felt relaxed and able to express my feelings about previous Dental work. The atmosphere was quiet and calm.

Anna Pergamalian was very helpful and patient in explaining her treatment plan at all stages of it. Her and her assistants were mindful of my comfort through some lengthy sessions in the chair! She took time to explain what was happening at every stage. I am very pleased with the results.

After a lifetime of dental fear ( I’m age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely amazing care was taken and my tooth was rebuilt. I’m almost looking forward to my next appointment. A truly professional practice, thank you so much.

The procedure involved the removal of two large double teeth at the back of my gums. I was slightly nervous ahead of the appointment but all went extremely well with no pain, good communication during and excellent advice regarding after care within my mouth.

As a nervous patient who has neglected his teeth, the staff at this place make me feel at ease in comparison to any NHS practice I have used. I felt comfortable with the hygienist and even with the other chap for an extraction.

Brilliant! My crown came off, went there for a consultation, Leon managed to fix the problem, refitted the same crown as it was intact, job done, and it cost me a lot less than I expected!

I'm not normally a fan of the dentist but wanted to say a big thank you to the Tonbridge Dental Centre for making me feel at ease and for the professional treatment I've received so far. I have always had a terrible, irrational fear of the dentist but this practice and especially Leon, are amazing. They are all so kind, considerate and really empathetic to my fear, meaning I can now go for treatment without feeling totally terrified! The receptionists are really helpful and always make sure they can fit you in for emergency treatment. Today, I rang at 8.45 and secured an appointment for early afternoon. Leon is not only empathetic but also a brilliant dentist. I literally completely trust him. He is honest, patient and straightforward but I really feel he always has my best interests at heart. I still panic about going but i know he will take the time to make sure i feel comfortable with what he has to do. I have spent a lifetime avoiding the dentist at all costs but finally have found a practice which I genuinely trust. The hygienist, Gemma is also amazing although I think she dreads me coming in because I can only manage about 5 minutes treatment at anyone time! If you're looking for an outstanding dental practice , I absolutely recommend these guys.

The lady at reception has always been very warm, kind and helpful. My dentist was fully attentive and most important to me is that she was kind and helpful to her assistant, throughout my appointment. The thorough clean down of the chair and other equipment at the end of my appointment gave me great confidence in the full attention that the practice gives to hygiene.

I am very pleased with the Dentist in Tonbridge gentle Dental . She was very gentle , polite , patient and most understanding with me !! She knew exactly what the problem was and everything done perfect ! I am really very happy and I will go again if I have any problems. I lost a filling but was unable to get an appointment in Devon where I now live. I drove 6 hours and had my filling replaced, as there was a cancellation I was also able to have X-rays a checkup and a second leaky filling replaced. Everything was clearly explained through the whole process, I prefer not to have an injection, & only felt slight discomfort. Gentle Dental is an apt name! Highly recommended.
