I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. From the periodontal treatments with Nidhi to the cosmetic work carried out by James, I honestly can’t put into words my gratitude to the team for not only getting me over my fear of the dentist but for also giving me a beautiful & healthy smile that I can be proud of. I would absolutely recommend Wye Dental Practice. Not only are they extremely skilled at what they do but they are all such lovely people and a joy to visit.

Absolutely perfect! I am usually anxious with dental appointments but my experience with GM Dental had been the best so far. Staff was very welcoming and my doctor was very gentle and reassuring. I never liked going to the dentist and avoided it for a while until now when a tooth started causing me a lot of pain. I found this dentist and saw the positive reviews so decided to go with them, it was the best decision. Everyone here were so calming and nice, they got me an appointment same day with no issue. The dentist could tell i was nervous and was so informative and reassuring. I don't think I've ever left the dentist smiling before especially after an extraction. I will definitely be back for my check ups now, thank you for being so kind and caring.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this dental practice. The reception staff are always welcoming and pleasant on arrival, which sets a great tone for the visit. The dentist and dental nurse are both considerate and friendly, making the process much more comfortable. Great practice. The receptionists are always very friendly and chatty and go out of their way to welcome you. The dental practitioner and hygienist are always very friendly and keep me up to date with prices/treatments, and also sympathetic towards me with any dental problems. The surgery is always very clean, with a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Plenty of onscreen information for patients to watch, as well as good products on sale. I wasn’t feeling very well after my treatment on Wednesday after all the anaesthetic and the receptionist was very caring and made sure I was ok before I left.

Doctor Sunuka makes us both very welcome, asks about the family and is prepared to listen. Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.
