The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental. I now feel at ease to go ahead with the rest of my treatment plan.

A horrific experience as a child I grew up terrified of the dentist. Since Dr Raza took over the practice I have even paid for extra treatments as they really make you feel at ease. After experiencing problems with a lower molar I have received excellent service from the practice in New Romney to try and rectify the pain. Several appointments to try and retain the tooth were arranged but sadly and finally I had to have it extracted today. The senior partner arranged a special appointment and took the time and trouble to deal with it himself going over the history before the extraction took place. I was very impressed with their professionalism and speed of action and would highly recommend them.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this dental practice. The reception staff are always welcoming and pleasant on arrival, which sets a great tone for the visit. The dentist and dental nurse are both considerate and friendly, making the process much more comfortable. The practice itself is always spotless, which adds to the overall feeling of professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

Great practice. The receptionists are always very friendly and chatty and go out of their way to welcome you. The dental practitioner and hygienist are always very friendly and keep me up to date with prices/treatments, and also sympathetic towards me with any dental problems. The surgery is always very clean, with a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Plenty of onscreen information for patients to watch, as well as good products on sale. I wasn’t feeling very well after my treatment on Wednesday after all the anaesthetic and the receptionist was very caring and made sure I was ok before I left.

Literally the best dental hygienist and fellow staff. I am usually a nervous and rather cynical patient having had some rather painful and expensive dental appointments at my old dentists in London in the past. However, I have been totally and very pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly, kind and reassuring. They gave very clear information. Best of all I didn't experience any pain at all. Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. I went to Dr Priya after seeing how natural her photos looked. I had Botox and lip fillers during my appointment. Both Dr Priya and Louisa were so lovely and reassuring. They spent time talking through the results I wanted and planning how to achieve them before starting. Everything was talked through with me during the works being carried also and I am so happy with the results. My lips look fuller, with a defined Cupid’s bow and the results enhance my features naturally. My smile lines (crows feet) and forehead are smooth and symmetrical and feel years have been taken off me. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else now. I would recommend Dr Priya to anyone looking for a professional, friendly atmosphere to gain natural but positive results.

As someone who is terrified of needles and injections, I was extremely nervous on the day. But the ladies greeted me and made me feel welcome from the get-go! They numbed my lips and the chair was so comfy! I could have fallen asleep; I felt nothing at all! Dr Priya was so gentle, warm and chatty! I will definitely be returning! I’m so happy with my lips now and I’ve gained a massive confidence boost from them! 100% recommend!!

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.
