Has a consultation booked in at Southbank Clinic. The whole process was very well handled from making the appointment to the actual consultation. On the day I arrived at the clinic and asked to wait by the receptionist ( very friendly). The consultation was carried out by Roshith and after a quick examination I had a x ray and CT scan done . Then was sat down and explained, in great detail what treatment they thought I would need and a plan made up of what would happen. The whole process was very good and the staff were all very helpful and supportive. Can definitely recommend the team and the clinic.

I find the staff courteous and helpful. I've had 2 implants here. The treatment is first class. Things are explained every step of the way. I'm very pleased with the end result.

From the moment I contacted this fantastic dental surgery with an emergency appointment for my wife who was in considerable pain the service was excellent from start to finish with a highly professional team the dentist who successfully dealt with my wife a Gentleman by the name of Richard and his supporting team were absolutely superb I cannot rate this surgery and their excellent service highly enough we will now be registering as a family with them to deal with all our dental requirements thank you again Mr Glenn Pugh

I have always had a fear of dentists but after having my teeth done twice at Westgate Dental Studios I could not be happier. All the staff and receptionists are very friendly, helpful and explained everything very clearly. Aatif was the dentist who did a very difficult filling on my first visit and second visit was to rebuild 3 broken front teeth. He and Racheal his nurse were excellent and were very professional in their treatment of me . I would highly recommend the practice to anyone requiring dental work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Being a very nervous patient I wasn’t looking forward to this visit BUT I was assured by Sophie that she had placed me with the best dentist in the practice. I met Richard and he was so reassuring and really eased my nerves. A day later and I have no pain with the extraction site and all seems well. I had an extraction done here with a back tooth which was pretty tricky to remove but my dentist talked me all through the procedure & I had no pain at all. It took some time and dentist was very patient & kind all the way through. Was successful in the end & has healed nicely. Just like to add his assistant was very friendly & kind too. Good experience with this dentist seeing as I don’t really like visiting dentists

Have been very uncomfortable at dentists all my life with several bad experiences. Had a snapped tooth that quickly got infected. Called Laurel House, got an appointment the next day and within an hour of entering the practice I’m leaving with a lovely capped tooth and no pain. Dental wizards. In regards to pricing as far as private dentists go they are so reasonably priced. You really get first class service without paying extortionate prices. I’m not normally one for leaving reviews but I am that impressed I felt compelled to do so. If you don’t like dentists or have had bad previous experiences give these guys a call. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’m an extremely nervous patient at a dentist and after moving to the area was dreading my first visit for a filling. I should not have worried. All the staff are wonderful and are extremely caring. No pain was felt at any time and almost looking forward to my return visit!

Arrived to a warm welcome, visited Hygenist Melanie. Wonderful happy smiling lady, nothing too much trouble, excellent customer service, not rushed great service she takes her time and my teeth feel wonderful.

I have had regular check ups, hygienist treatment, veneers, fillings and one wisdom tooth extraction, over the course of many years I might add! Stuart and team are indeed caring, patient, gentle, careful, friendly and very professional.The quality of service is very high in my view considering that the cost of this service is reasonable. When I have needed an urgent appointment then one has been made available. I would highly recommend Laurel House Dental Practice.

I can highly recommend Richard at The Denture Shop Margate. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed unlike other places I have been to. Dentures made in just 2 weeks. Fantastic service!

The Receptionists were welcoming and friendly. They explained everything clearly. The Practice was smart, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of seats available in the spacious waiting rooms. The dentist, Dr Hugo Marques was chatty, friendly and very thorough and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. The dental nurse was friendly and polite. The procedures were explained well and I felt very pleased and confident about my treatment. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

My crown came off and I rang immediately. Was given an appointment for the following day. Was given excellent service, reception and dentist. Feel so lucky to be an NHS patient at this dentist for at least 30 years! Thank you 😀

All staff have been amazing. I struggle with anxiety and other things but everyone has been so welcoming/ supportive. I've been seeing Andrew and hes just an absolute god send. Never met someone so passionate about their job and compassionate for others! Very grateful to have been recommended this clinic and would recommend it to anyone myself 🙏

I recently had a Wisdom tooth extraction at My Dentist, Margate, which I was dreading, having had a very painful experience at another dentist whilst having a similar procedure. Fortunately I didn’t feel any pain, or discomfort during my appointment with Dr Ayub. I can recommend practice for their very professional and caring approach to patients.

Have been coming to this dentist for a few years now as a family of 5 we have no complaints. Helpful receptionists, nurses and our dentist is superb! Absolutely fantastic with all 3 of our children they are never worried, put at ease and generally like coming and seeing the dentist. Dentist is friendly, kind and funny towards the children. No complaints here feel very lucky to not only have a dentist in the current climate but a fantastic one too!

Very happy with the outcome for my son - teeth are now aligned and the overbite corrected. Once we came under the care of our therapist, Hayley, it was plain sailing - she is so good. A special mention to Mandy on reception for her patience. She always went above and beyond when repeating and clarifying information to me when I couldn't attend the appointments, and couldn't rely on the reports of those that did!

We’ve had excellent experience and couldn’t recommend Portman clinic enough. Lovely nurse Nat and doctor Zahida answered all our questions and were very friendly and kind. Mandy at the reception desk is always so lovely and can’t do enough to make sure everyone is happy.

I attended this practice during the pandemic due to a extremely painful tooth that was causing me not to be able to sleep or move my jaw. The staff were so polite and friendly. They followed all the new covid rules yet made you feel welcome and safe. I had to have a tooth removed which I had never done before and they made me feel comfortable & safe due to my anxiety. They made my follow up appointment quickly for me and called me the next day to check I was feeling ok. I would recommend this dentist to anyone

I have been coming to this practice for a number of years now. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Derek and his team are thorough and always provide great advice and service. Derek really puts you at ease. Pricing is also very reasonable. Hands down the best dentist I have had.

I attended a first appointment today and cannot praise Derek enough.He listened, took extra time to fill my tooth and scale and polish.I didn't feel the needles at all which was fantastic. We arrived in Ramsgate 9 days ago and I got a bad toothache because a tooth had broken over a long time and had grown into the gums. Now of all times it was making itself felt. We found help here straight away. Everything went smoothly. The whole team around Derek Watson was really great, friendly, uncomplicated and very knowledgeable. The doctor had to pull the tooth. He did this really quickly and painlessly. Even after the anaesthetic I didn't feel any pain and was given an appropriate dose of antibiotics before and after. I can really recommend this practice.

I am very nervous when it comes to dentists, and in particular needles. However, Derek and his lovely dental nurses and receptionists were so warm and welcoming they made it feel as if I were being treated by old friends, I've never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair.
