Dr Patel has always been very professional and has explained in detail all required procedures. I had a root canal procedure on an existing root canal treated tooth which also had a crown. In the end all was done to my satisfaction. I know very few people who enjoy the dentist but my experience was great. I do also enjoy the option of comminicating and making appointments on WhatsApp.

I have only been with the practice for about 18 months, but am so far very pleased with the service received from my dentist Valerie, hygienist Sharon, and the receptionists, all of whom are efficient, patient and friendly.

The best I’ve ever experienced going to the dentist. The procedure to get two fillings was incredibly quick. I had my first visit yesterday and was very impressed from start to finish. Reception was friendly and my dentist, Caroline was extremely gentle and approachable.

Lovely dental practise, I always see Nayan Patel and he is always very friendly and provides a good service. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have been able to provide one on the same day and provide the relevant treatment e.g. filling at that appointment. I have recently had my first baby and was worried about taking him with me to the dentist, the whole team was so lovely and when he got a little upset whilst I was having a filling a lovely dental nurse came to soothe him. Highly recommend.

I am VERY nervous and stressed when visiting the dentist almost certainly because of very bad experiences when I was younger. A friend put me in touch with this practice quite a few years ago now when I needed some urgent treatment and since then I have been treated by three different dentists there, all of whom have been so kind and understanding of my worries and concerns. I have been to see Alanna a few times recently for a particular problem and she has made the whole process a lot easier for me to deal with. I don't think I'll ever feel completely comfortable visiting the dentist but she does her absolute best to make me feel a little more at ease. She is caring and compassionate and for that I am very grateful.

I can’t rate the practice highly enough. Dr Nathan is so kind and gentle with both of my children. My son had a tooth extraction today and Dr Nathan carefully explained what would happen and put his mind at rest. The level of care is absolutely excellent.

Just had a filling from this dentist. Absolutely brilliant service. Only one injection needed (with numbing gel first), no pain at all. Reassuring throughout. Couldn't recommend them more highly 😊

Brand-new practice, looks amazing. On arrival, the reception desk was very welcoming (Katrina was very helpful and caring), fully explaining everything. Appointments were running on time. Monica, the dentist was very thorough and a breath of fresh air (pardon the pun) from my last dentist hence the reason I moved. Excellent practice all round.

Very friendly receptionist greets you as soon as you walk in, making you feel at ease. Both the dentists that I have met were friendly, reassuring, kind and gentle. I have only had positive experiences with River Lawn and I previously had a great fear of the dentist, not now. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Absolutely delighted to have discovered Dr Ross Barden is still operating locally, not having seen him for a few years. Superbly professional as a dentist, knowledgeable and very mindful to minimise any potential pain (eg. swabbing gum with a local anaesthetic prior to injection), and operates without fuss or delay. Very satisfied with quality of work thus far (given that my current procedure requires further visits). An added bonus is the high quality of comedic banter between him and his dental assistant Amanda, which was a welcome distraction for me in what some patients would regard as a stressful process. So much so that I'm looking forward to my next visit. They are a great team.

Dentistry is expensive. Therefore I want my dentistry service to be professional and caring. I have found Caring Dentistry to be just that. I have no desire to use any other practice even though CD is 10 miles distant. Trust them!

This is an excellent surgery. Very patient and very professional. Those treating you are very expert and careful and overall I never worry about visiting the dentist now because of the levels of care they provide.

I have been going to Riverside Dental for my Botox a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the staff are so welcoming and the level of expertise Dr Honavar does the procedure is above and beyond. He is explains everything and makes sure you are happy with the procedure each and every time. I have tried a few places and definitely would not go anywhere else now.

After a lifetime of dental fear ( I’m age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. The procedure involved the removal of two large double teeth at the back of my gums. I was slightly nervous ahead of the appointment but all went extremely well with no pain, good communication during and excellent advice regarding after care within my mouth.

Absolutely amazing service from the moment I walked into dental box for my anti wrinkle injections. The staff were amazing from the warm welcome as I walked in from the lovely lady on reception , to the extremely professional service that I was provide with by Emma . I can’t fault Dental box or thank them enough for all the help they gave me for my autistic son. The care he received was outstanding and also the support for myself also. Ronnie was seen on Monday and treated with sedation and teeth out on the Wednesday. He was a very nervous child and the staff, dentists dr and the therapist nurse were all amazing and made the appointment very relaxed for my son. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him treated here again especially because of the care around his additional needs were met they went above and beyond and I now have a happy 9 year old again. First-class dental practice! The whole team are well-informed about patients and my entire experience over 2 years has been very positive. I've had root canal treatment with Ian, an implant with Peter and regular visits to the hygienist followed by check-ups with Peter and i've been very pleased with the advice and care on every occasion. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Umar Mahmood for last last 2 years and we couldn’t be happier. I recently had bonding after years of complexities with my teeth and I am over the moon with the results.
