Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. I would, and have recommended to others.

I had braces fitted at this practice. Kevin and Paula were very patient with me as I am very frightened of dentists. They both put me at ease and guided me through my journey wearing braces. I had my braces removed last week and my teeth look amazing. Thank you Kevin and Paula.

The best botox I've ever had at a great price & painless!!! Over the past 10years I've tried many (including Harley street) but nothing compares - WRINKLES GONE & I love the way my eyebrows have been lifted, opening my eyes up, taking years off me. I can't recommend Caizen enough & unbelievably located right here on the isle of Sheppey!

Just a quick review for anyone who is unsure on Blue raven. I’m a super nervous patient and really struggle sitting in a dentist chair let alone having any work done. Back in April 2024 i went under sedation for an extraction. 6 months later i am back without sedation for a scale and polish. This is how at ease Kevin & his team has made me! The whole team & setting is so amazing! I will never go to anyone else now! Thank you all so much!

Friendly, and very efficient staff. Have been going to Lenham dentist since I was old enough to legally go. My allocated dentist is always lovely and talkative, very easy to speak openly with and very kind. Nothing bad to say at all. Keep up the phenomenal work 🙌🔥

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.

First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

Good all round friendliness and for someone who had a bad experience in a Chatham dental practice 4/5 years ago. So glad to have what I deem to be a more professional dental services to go to.

Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. This is a super experienced team, thank you so much!

Had invisalign and other treatments here. Whole experience of the practice is amazing. Shirley and the team were amazing throughout the Invisalign treatments and very supportive.

Really find all staff here great. Have had recent fillings, crown fitting and Enlighten whitening done. All excellent. The dentists take time to make sure all is pain free. And the results from Enlighten whitening have been brilliant.

Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! As a patient of more than 10 years I can recommend the Gabriel’s Hill Dental Practice without reservation, both for dentistry and dental hygienist services. My experiences there have always been positive and the preventative / proactive approach to dental care is well judged in my view. Excellent service.

Kent Smile Studio (Maidstone) provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend. Having Dentophobia and avoiding dentist for years, I can honestly say I feel much more at ease here. In particular, Dr Melody Prado is incredibly professional, supportive, and makes you feel comfortable at all times. Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Melody Prado took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns with patience and professionalism. During the procedure, I felt comfortable and well-cared for. The dentist’s skill and expertise were evident, and I appreciated the gentle approach that made the experience much less daunting than I had anticipated. I’m happy to report that I’m now pain-free and on the road to recovery! I highly recommend Dr. Melody Prado to anyone in need of dental care. I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

My son home from uni needed an emergency appointment he was seen by Dr Linton the same day. And said what a nice chap he was, very happy with his experience.

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. Dr Sofia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and provide detailed answers to my many questions. Lilly was also helpful and knowledgable . A wonderful team and very thorough.
