First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.

Friendly, and very efficient staff. Have been going to Lenham dentist since I was old enough to legally go. My allocated dentist is always lovely and talkative, very easy to speak openly with and very kind. Nothing bad to say at all. Keep up the phenomenal work 🙌🔥

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Excellent service, prompt and very courteous too. ♡♡

I used to find it hard to visit the dentist but all the staff are very kind and understanding and make me feel at ease. Now my visits are much easier. The dentist is really kind, patient and reassuring, explaining everything to me so I'm able to make an informed choice for my treatment. The actual treatment is very professional and done with care and sensitivity. I feel much better when I leave after my appointment.

My daughter (10) has been attending here for a couple of years now. She was extremely nervous and scared to start with but now she actually gets excited and loves seeing her dentist. Unfortunately a few days before Christmas a front tooth filling decided to make a break for freedom. Not a good look for Christmas! Luckily the lovely team managed to get me an appt the same day and fixed my tooth. They were so kind and polite, and took their time making sure the colour of the filling matched my teeth. I had been a little concerned I’d be walking out with an outrageously white tooth but I shouldn’t have even been a little anxious. It looks so much better, especially considering the original filling had been put in over 20 years ago! I’m never disappointed when I use this dentist service. Highly recommend.

I recently had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Melody Prado, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Melody Prado took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns with patience and professionalism. During the procedure, I felt comfortable and well-cared for. Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

I booked an appointment at the end of July to see Dr Jan Einfeldt as I was suffering from an ongoing abscess which was really painful and needed treatment. Also I was overdue a checkup having moved to the area 18 months previously. Dr Jan was absolutely wonderful as he not only thoroughly checked my teeth, but also x-rayed and scanned them. The result was that the abscess had been draining but the tooth needed attention along with two other teeth up on the same area and next to the problem tooth. He advised that the best long term solution would be to have a cap and a bridge providing that the existing teeth could be saved by being root filled. Obviously that couldn't be guaranteed at this stage but hopefully that would be the preferred outcome. Dr Jan said that if I was happy with his suggestion, which I definitely was, then he would refer me to a specialist dentist who was an expert in root canal treatment. That course of action was taken and my teeth were successfully saved and root canal filled and prepared for Dr Jan to then provide and fit the new bridge and crown. I have done a separate review for Pearl Dental Care and Dr Karim who is based in Sevenoaks and undertook the root canal treatment. I then returned to Dr Jan and again he fully explained the next steps, told me the cost and went on to scan my mouth and to provide all the information required to send to his chosen technician, who would then produce the new bridge. Two weeks later, I returned to have the new bridge fitted and I am absolutely delighted - it is just like having my original teeth back but so much better. The bridge is easy to keep clean and I am thrilled to be able to eat and chew food without discomfort. It has been money very well spent and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Jan and his team to anyone needing to see a dentist. Both he and Dr Karim are absolutely unique and real craftsmen, whilst also being very down to earth and explaining everything very clearly. They are both anxious to help maintain and protect original teeth as far as is possible unlike previous dentists that I have been to who just want to take teeth out and fit implants! My grateful thanks to both these dental practices and these two exceptional men who go above and beyond with their excellent approach and dental care.

I am an Invisalign patient nearing the end of my treatment and all I can say is WOW! The whole team are great at this practice... Dr Jan has been incredible and the results I am seeing are nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and in an easy way to understand, you never feel rushed and he is extremely friendly, approachable and gentle. I have also had 2 appointments with Victoria during my Invisalign treatment, the first for hygiene and the second for a filling. Victoria is so friendly (it's like chatting to a friend) and, like Jan, incredibly gentle and amazing at explaining what is happening during the treatment process which really makes all the difference. I have never received such care at any other dental practice.. I have finally found a gem of a dental practice.

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Einfeldt at Staplehurst Dental Practice and I am so happy with the results! ( pictures below, Whitening still to go tho) From start to finish the whole team at Staplehurst Dental Practice have been fantastic. They have been honest, very friendly and really did made me feel comfortable while I was there. I had finished the initial course but after a consultation they wanted to do a few more tweaks to get my teeth absolutely perfect! It added another 7 more weeks but what a difference! All in all it took only 8 months to get the perfect smile. I had a few Invisalign consultations else where before I started my treatment but Staplehurst dental was by far the best! After seeing Dr Einfeldt, I knew I was in safe hands as I could tell he is a perfectionist. I’m just so glad I went with them! Thank you to you all.

I thoroughly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice to anyone. Starting with the hygienist appointment (which I have always been afraid to attend due to sensitive teeth). The hygienist totally listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I will ALWAYS trust the hygienist there and never use another. I then had porcelain veneers fitted on my top four teeth. Again, I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. Throughout my whole experience there I was made to feel comfortable, informed throughout by professional caring individuals. I have had a wonderful experience although I nearly gave up in the first week as I’d had a tooth removed and the invisaligners were so sore, BUT I persevered and I am so pleased I did. 56 weeks later I have a new smile and I am so pleased. Also because I was strict with myself as to how long I had them in over a 24 hour period I didn’t need to have any more news aligners. I would highly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice too, everyone was very helpful and kind.
