Best dental practice I have ever been to. Fantastic customer care and thorough attention. I feel more nervous having my hair cut!!

Best dental practice ever! I recently had to have 4 teeth removed & I was very nervous. However, 35 minutes after my appointment started I left with new teeth & absolutely no pain! I would & do recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service. All the staff are super friendly. I had my wisdom tooth removed last month and I was apprehensive, the dentist made me feel at ease and advised me where necessary. I requested to bring my appointment forward and they were able to slot me into a cancellation. I would recommend the practice to friends and family

Both myself and son have had treatment here and I have to say the service is second to none. From the receptionists to the nurses and dentists , everyone is welcoming and nothing is too much trouble . My sons teeth after having his brace treatment here are just incredible, im so grateful to them for making it so easy and pain free for him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone .

Great service. My daughter had her 1st appointment for her braces. They were welcoming my daughter and had her examination. And there was a cancellation for the braces, so they offered it to us. Within the hour, my daughter had her braces fitted on the same day.

I had my upper wisdom tooth and adjoining molar extracted today. From the moment I stepped inside the surgery all staff were helpful, reassuring and polite. I believe my teeth were extracted by Hosam Elmanhawany, who put me (a nervous patient) at ease. He was skillfull and managed to get both teeth out in 10 minutes, causing me no pain, only the expected pressure sensations. Thank you to all the team.

Prompt service by dentist, especially as I had requested an appointment for same day in afternoon, because of a tooth ache. I was advised that I required my wisdom tooth to be extracted. Fortunately, the surgeon was available at the surgery and I had it done straight away. I was handled with care, especially as I do not like injections. The dentist surgeon was great and did the tooth extraction within 10minutes.

Used the surgery for a good few years now (as well as my partner and son) Always easy to deal with and quick appointments. Staff are always cheerful and chatty.Definately recommend .

Modern, clean premises, with friendly helpful staff on reception and the dentists and dental assistant. Service is always with a smile and everything is always explained in full, before they proceed with treatment.

From the moment I walked into the practice the reception team made me feel welcome. The reception area is peaceful and beautifully decorated. Amanda the Hygienist and her dental nurse went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I was very happy with my experience. My experience at the practise has been absolutely amazing with both the dentist (Dapo) and my hygienist (Ayanda). Both have worked with me to truly make a difference in the health and quality of my teeth and I can't thank them enough. You'll get excellent service here, specialist treatment from professionals who really care about the result and how you feel throughout whatever procedure you're getting done at reasonable prices. You'll love coming to the dentist after meeting with them.

I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

I had to find a new sugery when my dentist retired. The reviews of Franklin house were good so I booked myself in. I was extremely impressed. No hard sell, no unnecessary treatment, helpful, friendly staff. I have also recommended them to my husband and my neighbour, neither of which had attended a dentist for many years. I left the surgery feeling like I had been listened to, rather than talked at, which is like a breath of fresh air. 5 star recommendation.

Went for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and ended up needing root canal, my dentist Jason was beyond amazing, at every opportunity he could he would squeeze me in to continue work on my teeth, always asking if I’m doing okay and honestly one of the most polite person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting if it wasn’t for Jason i don’t know if I could of carried out the extensive dental work I needed with anyone else truely a spectacular dentist, I’m truly forever grateful and indebted to you good luck in your future endeavours I’m going to miss your, “ your my best patient “ comments a lot

I'm currently receiving root canal treatment and have started experiencing pain. After contacting the dental surgery, the helpful receptionist made a same-day emergency appointment. I was able to see a dentist who provided a resolution of the issue I had.

My daughter was apprehensive about seeing the dentist, but he put her at ease straight away. He talked her through everything he was going to do before he proceeded to do anything. He took his time and didn't rush at all. She even went home with a sticker which made her day!!!

This was my first visit to this dental surgery after switching surgeries. Lovely lasses on the reception, comfortable seats in the waiting area. The dentist John (who was at our original surgery) was as friendly and attentive as usual.

Harry is a brilliant dentist. Friendly and explains everything very clearly and makes you feel comfortable. Reception staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming too. I would highly recommend.

I was treated at this amazing Dentists today and had such a positive experience. I'm absolutely terrified of Dentists but the Dentist and Dental Nurse went above and beyond to reassure me and talk me through every part of the treatment. My mother recently had a new set of dentures fitted at Wigmore Dental Practice. This involved several visits: great care was taken by Dr. Mandip Marwaha to ensure that the dentures fitted perfectly and my mother is delighted with the results. Dr. Marwaha was very patient and took the time to explain options clearly, listened carefully and answered my mother's questions fully. He and his excellent dental assistant, Claire, obviously really care about providing the best service for their patients. My mother's outstanding experience reflects my own experiences at the practice. All the staff at the clinic, including the dental assistants and reception staff, consistently provide a wonderful service: they are kind, friendly, very accommodating, professional and efficient. We are very grateful and would not want to go anywhere else for dental treatment.

I used Wigmore for some composite bonding on a broken tooth. It was a great experience from the start, easy to get an appointment and the staff were extremely friendly. Louise and Steph were the dentists that I saw and they done a great job and my tooth looks as good as new, as well made me feel comfortable in the dreaded chair. Thanks guys, I will be back.
