This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Dr. Oday was incredible—he took the time to explain every step of my treatment in such detail, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect. I felt he really cared about my comfort and well-being, not just the procedure itself. His attention to detail and thoroughness are truly impressive. I left the clinic feeling confident and so happy with the care I received. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Oday and his wonderful team more highly!

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment here with Shilpa. I am so pleased with the results and how amazing she was with everything. If i wasn't sure on how they were looking I was very reassured and Shilpa made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Im very impressed and the comments on my teeth now are amazing. I visited Hamstreet Dental Clinic this morning to have my mouth examined after having all four wisdom teeth extracted at a different practice, as I have been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort. I felt very welcomed from the moment I entered the practice; the entire team are kind and professional, but also extremely personable which made me feel very comfortable. I felt listened to and cared for which is exactly what I needed, and I cannot thank the team enough! I can't thank Hamstreet Dental Clinic enough for the care and professionalism they showed me during a recent dental emergency. I was in excruciating pain and they were able to see me on short notice, which was such a relief. Dr. Shilpa and her team were fantastic – they quickly diagnosed the issue and got me out of pain during my first visit, then scheduled me for a root canal. Although the procedure couldn't be completed in one sitting and unfortunately led to an infection, the team once again acted quickly and got me back in for another appointment. Dr. Shilpa was incredibly compassionate and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. She truly worked wonders in getting me out of pain. A special thanks also to Kitty at reception and Dr. Kim for their friendly and helpful service.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

I had such a lovely experience at Jade Dental this morning, and every time I go. Reception staff are warm and friendly. Afshan is a brilliant dentist and today took extra time with me and did an extra xray to allay my fears of decay lurking inside a tooth she pretty much rebuilt for me last year. Always very kind and caring. I have also had hygiene appointments with Jodie and Suzy both are excellent hygienists. I have been a patient with Jade Dental Practice for many years, it is a friendly, relaxed practice and I have always had excellent experiences. My regular Dentist left and Adil has replaced her. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, but after my first visit I left feeling extremely confident. Adil was outstanding, informative and thorough. He advised me that I would need a crown. Throughout the treatment and procedure that was required he clearly explained what he was going to do and you feel like you’re in good hands. I saw Adil yesterday and he was so helpful. I had been in a lot of pain with my tooth, he explained my options and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. I was nervous as I was having an extraction, but Adil made me feel at ease and it was over a lot quicker than i expected. I cant recommend Jade Dental enough. After a very bad experience at another dentist Adil at Jade took me on to finish my invisalign journey when other dentists wouldn't. He was extremely professional, explained everything, was great at keeping in touch and making the process as seamless as possible resulting in me getting my desired results. Because of him and how helpful even the receptionists were I also booked a hygienist appointment at jade over my regular dentist and she was fantastic also. So thorough and taught me a lot so all in all a fantastic dental practice cant recommend enough so thank you guys!

This was my first visit to Jade Dental Practice, firstly I was impressed by the how clean the reception area was of their Ashford branch, also their reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had to have my teeth cleaned, it’s never a pleasure to visit the dentist, however I was lucky enough to have the treatment carried out by Jodie, straightaway Jodie put me at ease and explained the process and what would be involved, Jodie was very chatty and made me forget that I was at a dentist which is an amazing feeling when a visit to the Denist can be a quite daunting experience. Jodie talked me through the process at every stage and was always checking to make sure I was ok, Jodie had a lovely caring side to her, but came across very professional, I felt I was in very safe hands. I would certainly recommend Jade Dental Practice, I will certainly be returning back to this practice in the future when I require further treatment.
