We always receive excellent level of care from Kent Smile Studio for many years. All staff are very caring and professional. My son, who has additional needs, is well looked after and he has been referred to service in a timely manner when needed. Dr. Melody Prado has always looked after us very well. I recently had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Melody Prado, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Melody Prado took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns with patience and professionalism. During the procedure, I felt comfortable and well-cared for. The dentist’s skill and expertise were evident, and I appreciated the gentle approach that made the experience much less daunting than I had anticipated. I’m happy to report that I’m now pain-free and on the road to recovery! I highly recommend Dr. Melody Prado to anyone in need of dental care. Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. I would, and have recommended to others.

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Dr. Oday was incredible—he took the time to explain every step of my treatment in such detail, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect. I felt he really cared about my comfort and well-being, not just the procedure itself. His attention to detail and thoroughness are truly impressive. I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

I was due to go away on a 10 day holiday and two hours before departure a tooth came out! Disaster loomed! But no, Atkinson Brignall reception immediately found me an appointment time 20 minutes later. I arrived, with tooth in hand, and after a rapid examination of the problem, my dentist Jay took action. I have just finished having my teeth straightened by Ian Brignall using Invisalign. I cannot recommend him more highly. Ian has done an amazing job, I am so pleased with my results. The whole practice is lovely, a team of helpful and friendly receptionists, amazing kids play room which was a real help when I had to bring my 1 yr old and 4 yr old to some appointments. We will all be continuing to see Ian Brignall for our regular check ups. My children are already excited for their next visit!

Dr Patel and team were extremely kind, sensitive and respectful of my younger one’s moods and feelings, they didn’t give him any pressure during his first ever dental check up to ensure it remained a positive experience throughout. They also encouraged my son to come back on a visit when my daughter was having her teeth filled, he became much more comfortable with being at the dentist and was able to cooperate with the team to finish his dental assessment. The green dinosaur in the examinations room and the kids exploration dentist room (the one next to reception) was also very helpful in terms of getting my kids calm and ready for their appointment. Would definitely recommend this dental practice for young kids. Not to mention that my daughter was also at ease when she had her fillings done due to how friendly the staff were.

Without doubt this is a quality caring dentist, from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the warm reception team I have just finished my invisline treatment, it was so much easier and quicker than I thought it would be , it was followed by teeth whitening and 2 porcelain veneers on my front teeth. This was all completed in under eleven Months and carried out by the very skilled caring Ian Brignall. My smile is now transformed giving confidence. I am so pleased I made the decision to have this procedure carried out , it was well worth it Thankyou Ian !

I saw Adil yesterday and he was so helpful. I had been in a lot of pain with my tooth, he explained my options and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. I was nervous as I was having an extraction, but Adil made me feel at ease and it was over a lot quicker than i expected. I would recommend Jade Dental Practice if you want a caring yet professional service.

I had such a lovely experience at Jade Dental this morning, and every time I go. Reception staff are warm and friendly. Afshan is a brilliant dentist and today took extra time with me and did an extra xray to allay my fears of decay lurking inside a tooth she pretty much rebuilt for me last year. Always very kind and caring. I have also had hygiene appointments with Jodie and Suzy both are excellent hygienists. I take both of my children to Jade Dental too and have always had positive experiences. Thank so much Jade Dental!!

This was my first visit to Jade Dental Practice, firstly I was impressed by the how clean the reception area was of their Ashford branch, also their reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had to have my teeth cleaned, it’s never a pleasure to visit the dentist, however I was lucky enough to have the treatment carried out by Jodie, straightaway Jodie put me at ease and explained the process and what would be involved, Jodie was very chatty and made me forget that I was at a dentist which is an amazing feeling when a visit to the Denist can be a quite daunting experience. Jodie talked me through the process at every stage and was always checking to make sure I was ok, Jodie had a lovely caring side to her, but came across very professional, I felt I was in very safe hands. I would certainly recommend Jade Dental Practice, I will certainly be returning back to this practice in the future when I require further treatment.

I cant recommend Jade Dental enough. After a very bad experience at another dentist Adil at Jade took me on to finish my invisalign journey when other dentists wouldn't. He was extremely professional, explained everything, was great at keeping in touch and making the process as seamless as possible resulting in me getting my desired results. Because of him and how helpful even the receptionists were I also booked a hygienist appointment at jade over my regular dentist and she was fantastic also. So thorough and taught me a lot so all in all a fantastic dental practice cant recommend enough so thank you guys!

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. I keep moving forward with Roma, she is skilled and amazing. See you soon, hope you noticed the squeeze ball survived my dental surgery 👌

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward.
