We always receive excellent level of care from Kent Smile Studio for many years. All staff are very caring and professional. My son, who has additional needs, is well looked after and he has been referred to service in a timely manner when needed. Dr. Melody Prado has always looked after us very well. She always give us her expert recommendations. Thank you. Highly recommended !

My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

Kent Smile Studio (Maidstone) provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend. Having Dentophobia and avoiding dentist for years, I can honestly say I feel much more at ease here. After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. Apologies for accidentally only giving a one star review first time...5 star is order of the day....

I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.

Ian is always thorough, considerate, and takes the time to explain his treatment plan in detail, ensuring I feel fully informed and comfortable throughout each visit. In addition to Ian, Sam, the hygienist, has also been fantastic. She is efficient, thorough, and the attention to detail in her work is excellent and I always feel well cared for. The reception staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns a smooth and pleasant experience. Banning dental surgery is amazing. I haven't had my treatment yet but I am going through my consultations. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease as I do get very anxious. Everybody is so nice right down to the receptionist. I actually look forward to going.

I am writing this review for my husband Phil. He was in great pain with tooth infection seen promptly and given diagnosis. Unfortunately he needed a root canal filling which he had today 15.10.24 carried out by Dr Shamir Dalsania. He thoroughly explained procedure, very little pain, he really looked after me. I am not a brave person at the dentist , but my Dentist Shamir Dalsania had to re crown my front tooth. He was so kind and gentle making the process I was dreading more bearable. The tooth was so good that you cannot tell it’s been replaced. I can not recommend Shamir enough, he is so kind, professional and a real expert in his field . Thank you Shamir

I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

I have only just started attending this Dentists and I think that that they have a friendly and professional approach. I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. They are also very gentle and considerate of the patient.

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. I was put at ease from the very first moment of the first in series of appointments to have a dental implant. Mark explained every stage of the treatment plan clearly and he and his team provide a very professional and caring service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. My son home from uni needed an emergency appointment he was seen by Dr Linton the same day. And said what a nice chap he was, very happy with his experience.

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Unfortunately a few days before Christmas a front tooth filling decided to make a break for freedom. Not a good look for Christmas! Luckily the lovely team managed to get me an appt the same day and fixed my tooth. They were so kind and polite, and took their time making sure the colour of the filling matched my teeth. I had been a little concerned I’d be walking out with an outrageously white tooth but I shouldn’t have even been a little anxious. It looks so much better, especially considering the original filling had been put in over 20 years ago! I’m never disappointed when I use this dentist service. Highly recommend.
